Rory and the entire Bulovas crew were compassionate, empathetic, friendly, professional, tidy, and punctual. The response time between my initial call and their arrival at my house was amazingly fast. Even before I we agreed to start the project, the crew left equipment in my house to start drying and cleanup. Within a few house of taking on the project, a dumpster and a pod were delivered and the crew arrived to begin cleanup and demolition. Rory and his crew worked tirelessly over about a week to make my house dry and mold free. At all times, the crew worked with smiles and impressed all members of family, friends and neighbors with their professionalism. I give them my highest recommendation.

During Hurricane Ida we had flooding in our basement. I called the company at 10:00PM and by 10:30 they were at my house pumping water. If they hadn’t been there when they were we would have had a complete disaster. They pumped the water, placed fans and dehumidifiers. Came the next day and cut out the damaged sheetrock, took all the damaged items we had stored and cleaned up. Great company. Great service

The fire occurred in February 2021. Due to the severity of damage, we needed the house boarded up and secured right away. Once the fire department left, different people began walking up the driveway. Sensing vulnerability and confusion, all they wanted was a signature. It was nearly impossible to get these people to leave. Luckily, someone recommended Bulovas Restorations. After a quick phone call, Anthony and a team arrived at the house. They were friendly, efficient, professional and honest. Anthony is extremely personable. He helped make sense out of a terrible situation, and even explained the process ahead. Not only did the Bulovas team secure the house, they helped collect some of our belongings, and even provided a generator to keep our fish pond up and running. To me, this was outstanding service, not only preventing the loss of our koi, but going above and beyond to show they care. Over the next week, Anthony and Don kept in touch with us daily, not only to ensure we were okay, but to answer any questions or concerns, and to simply lend an ear. Knowing Rory and his team are just a phone call away, and knowing that you can trust them, makes the clean up and rebuild a lot easier. As the difficult process of fixing our house continues, we know we can call Rory, Anthony and Don any time, and that when finished, we will have a beautiful house to call home.

We met Rory after he attempted to assist with a sharpie/carpet incident from our 4YO, but had the pleasure of working with him after a pipe burst in our kitchen/family room. We called him on a Sunday morning and his team came within a few hours to help us. He was thorough and professional and helped us deal with the insurance company during an incredibly stressful time. He met the agent at our home and walked them through his estimate. From there he passed us off to his project manager Shawn and the work they did was impeccable. They even pulled off the impossible, working on Christmas eve just so we could have a functional kitchen on Christmas morning. This company saved our families house!! In a serious blizzard, none the less! Within hours of our emergency call, Rory and his team of guys were to the rescue, drudging through the snowstorm to Hampton Bays. Bulovas Restorations was a true Godsend after a sprinkler pipe burst in my condo. They were at my home within an hour and had already opened the walls and ceilings, pulled up the carpeting and padding to dry everything and make sure that no mold would grow. My Mothers hot water tank gave out and spilled at least 15 gallons of water in her living room, closet and bedroom. Carpeting was saturated. Rory and his team are true professionals! My moms house was converted to natural gas heat by the previous homeowner. Rory and his team of magicians worked an absolute miracle in a rental property I manage and also in a second property I own. Tenants often times are hard on carpeting and 5 children under 12 years old can be a challenge to any flooring. After having an ejector pump fail At one of my properties I had water trapped between the flooring and concrete subfloor. Rory and his crew care shortly after I called and took moisture readings of the floor and walls and within a half hour of arriving they had their equipment setup taking care of the water. They came back two days later took new readings and checked that the water was all gone. The crew was professional and knowledgeable. All the equipment was set up neatly and safely with very little disruption to my tenants. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know.

I had a terrible flood on Saturday,Nov 9th. I called Bulovas that night and was texted within hours that they would come the next day SUNDAY to empty out my place!! They came and wrapped everything carefully and worked very hard for 7 hours!! . After the repairs were done I asked Rory the owner when,my stuff would be returned. He said Tuesday or Wednesday, I asked if it was at all possible to have it done on Monday and low and behold he made it happen!! My house burned down in the morning while i was asleep luckily my dogs woke me up. The entire house burnt down and i was in such a panic between firefighters telling me what to do next and a whole assortment of companies telling me what i needed to do next. Can’t say enough good things about Rory and the guys at bulovas restoration. Very professional and knowledgeable with whatever your needs are. Mold, fire, water they can help. My family and I came home from vacation to our basement flooded with 2 feet of water. I called Rory at midnight and he came over within 30 minutes with all his equipment and took care of the flood and restoring everything. He came back a couple times that week and made sure everything was good. Can’t thank him and his crew enough.
