Mary Jo is a hard worker and she is wonderful! We recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We have used her services for both buying and selling. She does a great job every time!

Mary jo lied about me being her client to my realtor, would not negotiate, was rude and dragged on submitting offers and responses. We finally decided to accept their only counter offer and then she raised the price and took things away. Terrible sales skills, would not reccommend to anyone.

This firm does not charge a Buyers agency fee for buyers. Most other firms charge this fee.
