We have been using Dietz for over 10 years for our business janitorial needs. The quality has majorly suffered the past 2 years. Things have come up missing, spaces not cleaned as per contract, and when contacted about it, no response was received by the company. Notes are left for the cleaning crew that are ignored or responded back with dry humor from them. We will be looking for a new janitorial company.
