Shawna is amazing. As someone who was a leasing agent previous she made me feel at ease and with no pressure unlike other places I looked at. It felt more like I was looking at the place with a friend and not an agent. Definitely a top quality leasing agentThe apartment themselves are beautiful and spacious. The biggest bonus for me is that the apartments are newly built. You have a garage, patio, and your own entry way. Ceiling fans are included and central AC! There units have plenty of windows for sunlight as well.The neighborhood gives off the vibe of young professionals/ new families instead of the college student vibe while also being a few minutes away from East Lansing. The neighborhood looks beautiful and you dont have to worry about mowing your lawn/clearing snow. Thats a big bonus.The only con is that it is a bit pricey.I will update this review after living in the community for a few months. However for now definitely 5 stars on the Google rating and would personally dock half a point to a 4.5 just because of the price.

The team is taking good care of us and are very responsive and proactive. There where a couple of issues with the apartment, but the team is working on solving it.
