I dont live around here, I came for vacation from across the country. I found this place on google, obviously, since I stayed in a hotel nearby. The lady managing the place was very helpful and didnt make me pay for the card since I would only be here once. It is clean and not crowded like other laundromats Ive been to.

The reason I like this place is because they have the big washer and dryers so that you can do less loads - since the new owners took place they have the place clean and there is always a person managing the place - it is expensive compared to others in the area but it is worth it because you can finish fast - machines are clean and they do NOT smellFunny - the place is never crowded even in rush hours and of course it opens 24/7 - you don’t need quarters as the machines work with a card which is way more comfortable than gathering coins -

What can I say other than get it done. This laundromat is exceptionally well it has an array of washers at different prices and sizes. It also has several different dryers which dry your clothes very hot and very fast. The laundromat is normally kept clean so it is easy to do your laundry safe and efficiently. Check out Hollywood Laundromat and you wont be disappointed and how your clothes turn out.

Clean, all machines were working, attendant was very informative, bathroom clean. Dryers $.30 & $.45 -bigger dryer....each for 8 mins. They have a $.55 dryer..not sure of time but they are the biggest dryers. You. Can put money on your card with debit/credit card! Nice!

Customer service was great! And the air condition building is great! I just didnt like the swipe machines I didnt feel in control of my money I had to keep adding money to the card to dry my clothes but overall the young lady working was helpful and happy even though it was damn near 9 oclock.

Pretty decent laundromat. Charge card allow you to fill up with debit or cash (expert tip: get $2 free every time you use a $20 bill to pay). Definitely beats having to go out of your way to get a bucket of quarters and remember to cart it along with you. I almost always meet cool, friendly people here doing their laundry.

This is my favorite laundry spot I love Dawn and Sarah they always super nice and try their best to bring the best customer service. It’s always a help to me to be able to drop off my laundry with a busy schedule . Thank you ladies

This place always smells like someone took a massive dump in the bathroom and its blowing through the ac. You cant use cash. You must buy a prepaid card from them. I believe the cost is $2. Other than that I think the machines are faster than other places. Which means youre in and out faster.

Havent had to use a laundromat in over 25 years but this business is top notch! The staff is super friendly and helpful and the facility is safe, clean and air conditioned with HD television! I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone who needs a laundromat!

Laundromart is a very clean laundry mat with tvs and air conditioning. Thry staff has always been friendly and nice, i frequent this laundry because of the size of his machines and because of the owner hes very helpful and if for any reason u have a problem while on site u can give him a call.

Couldnt take cart outside but over all good.

New owners have taken over and have really cleaned the place up although it is still quite expensive here. The staff, especially Natalia is great. The machines have all been fixed since the last owners and I havent had the same issues I use to have with them. They fixed all the fans and the AC is now working much better. TV and AC are must, as I dont know how people use those outside laudromats in South Florida?

My wife and have been coming here for years. Staff not to friendly but they are very underpaid. Once u understand them they are as sweet as possible. They will tell you what machine work properly and which ones will not. Even tho management still has them running.smh Try the wash and fold we save $15 a week letting them do everything. Otherwise you will get ripped off washing yourself. Employees rock management sucks at this particular place

If I could rate zero stars I would. The washers smell like mold and funk, or sewer water, I had to go on a mission smelling washers to find less a less stinky one. All this only because I had already HAD to buy a money card in order to use the washers because there isnt a coin exchange machine. The card stopped working after a couple of uses with cash still on the card and I had to purchase a second card ($2 each card) and there was no attendant to be found. Do not waste your money and time going here for the benefit of it being indoor with AC, it was a 90 degree day today and it was cooler outside than in this place. Spare yourself!

$2 to buy a card, $10 minimum purchase for a card. Prices seemed reasonable, but I was just passing through. Also has WiFi. Further walking around revealed other places with just coins but they were much more expensive for laundry. Three loads looks like the turnaround point.

I like that you can use their free wifi also very friendly staff when I go (older, blondish lady with shorter hair. Sorry I dont know her name). I come with an infant and everything and its easy and fast. Most of the times there are many broken washers but has never been a time where I couldnt find one that worked. If you go when its slow its not too bad. Sometimes kids do let their kids loose and dont watch them or make them mind and behave but my experiences have always been ok. And yes wish they would say something to the parents of the wild kids. I have my own and dont need to listen to 5 other kids screaming and running wild through the place with dripping ice cream getting everywhere while I have to sit there and wait. Not too bad of a place.2/6/2016I am updating this review because I just came in on a weekend and had an awful experience. I needed to add a $1 to my laundry card and the machine took the dollar and spit out a receipt telling me to try back later and did not add the money to my card. I spoke with the so called associate that walks around like she hates her job and people in general to see if she could assist me with this. She told me no and she would not add the $1 to my card. She was very rude and in no way offered any kind of assistance other than pushing my babies stroller out of her way and walked off. I asked her for her name 4 times before she would tell me so I could speak with her manager in person next week when I come again. Im here twice a week and always have a great experience. FAIR WARNING: DO NOT COME ON THE WEEKEND WHEN ESTHER is working. You will not get the same customer service that you will during the week! NOT very happy with this experience! Im sure there are plenty of people out there that needs a job and would feel blessed to have one obviously she doesnt care if she has a job or not!!!!!! She doesnt deserve this job! Many people with way better customer service skills and better attitude are out there in dire need of one!! Hope this helps and hope they find someone better than her to take her place!

A/c is great when doing luandry. Just hated having to listen to laundry attendants horrible music on blast! Couldnt wait to get done and out. She needs to keep that music to her self!!!

Worst experience ever. The attendant is very rude and not helpful one bit. Washers break while your clothes are still in the machine. The machines have no emergency stop which only leaves you to force open the door lock to get your clothes out. When machine malfunctions they do not return your money or have an emergency card on hand with attendants that can apply to new washer. This place is a joke save your time and money and go some where else.

This Laudry is thefts, I had to spend $10 for a one time wash, because they reduced big time the rinse water to have you paying for xtra rinse which it means pay double, two times of the same price. Not even Coral Gables at the best Laundry in Coral Way and 13 AVE do this type of customer abuse! I told the lady, and she said, this is turistic area, so I responded to her, so what it is still too expenssive, Coral Gables, Brickell, etc is a touristic area too and is more resonable Laundries prices.

Machine cost to much cost more to wash with hot water dont dey clothes well at all. Lady didnt really feel like helping card cost and cost to add money

The place is going down the drown, I am not sure if their under new management. Most of the washers are not working properly, I like that I can use their WiFi the best times to wash are in the early AM 12a, early mornings in the weekdays, late weekend evenings.

If you want to get ripped off and buy drugs from employees this is the place to go. My stuff didnt even leave the weighing basket and when the manager got an attitude and I wanted my clothes back she said no refunds. Junkies

This place is a scam. The machines leave soap on your clothes after washing. They make you use a card to lock you in to this location. The minimum to load on your card is $10 at a time. Never coming here again.
