******Beware*****My wife and I received a call from a 386 area code, where a representative stated they were wanting to set up a appointment based of possible damages we may have received from hurricane Sally. We were kinda confused how they received out information and kept asking, they would say “ the insurance company forward us your information” and when we ask our insurance they told us no were do not share your information! A tarp agency came out and provided services off our roof leaking. And solicited our information to this company claiming to be sent out by our insurance! When speaking to the office about this matter and each individual I spoke to was completely and utterly rude and defensive when we explained how their business was based off false pretenses. WE HAVE FILED A POLICE REPORT, and do not recommend any business with this company, we are reaching out to BBB and every forum we can to spread awareness, that they tried to take our insurance money for services that were not needed, by taking advantage of those with unfortunate circumstances. So please watch out! And make sure if you do not become a victim! In most case your insurance will not pay and the victim will be left with a 3k-4K bill from these services. Please ask questions and if you don’t know do not let them in until you ask your insurance company. This is a military affiliated area and they will try to take what they can. They are in the northern part of Florida and are based in southern Florida and are claim to be helping people, but when I asked a series of question related to my insurance they became very rude and defensive. They also claimed that my neighbors gave them our information to call.... please don’t fall for this like we did! A lot of people are in tough situations because of COVID-19 and this hurricane, this company is just trying to take advantage of you! Please be safe and report any occurrence to protect anyone else from becoming a victim!
