A year ago I cut the cable to start streaming. I immediately ran into issues, mainly due to the structure of my house, which is LOTS of concrete to block the wifi signal on one level of almost 3,000 sq ft. I had already exhausted all options with the cable provider, who couldn’t solve the problem of keeping the TVs at either ends of the house operational even with their wifi solutions. Their answer, after multiple appointments, was, “Sorry.” Additionally, the challenge was to keep my Ring cameras and internet in the front of the house as stable as the garage Ring camera and internet located in the far back of the house. My Ring cameras would routinely go offline and drop off. My husband’s treadmill in the back of the house required wifi for iFit stats to download and the majority of the time couldn’t connect due to the weak signal. My husband couldn’t sit in the front of the house to read the news in the morning with his laptop due the weak signal there. You get the idea: It was frustrating, to say the least. I started searching for help, read reviews, and came across AAA Computer Service. The reviews were accurate—professional, knowledgeable, and they did what others couldn’t do.
