Unreliable service. Often my shirts are not starched. They don’t seem to know how to do a crease in trousers. Very expensive. I only use them for the supposed ecological benefit.

Good quality cleaners overall. Professional and clean environment, however parking may be a bit tricky. Take note, this cleaners is a bit on the expensive side, especially with items like men’s shirts. As where I have no issue paying a higher cost for quality service. I’m my opinion, at the price we pay, the turnaround time should be much better.

Always on time and never any issues. Maybe a little pricey but never any failures so the value is verifiable.Also the after hours pickup system is incredibly valuable, it’s so easy and you don’t have to worry if you’re late, you just use their technology to access your cleaning, privately and routinely without hassle!I love XOXO Cleaners!

They are negligent, rude, they didn’t return all my expensive items they had for cleaning. The receptionist told me without consideration that they don’t have my items anymore and she can’t help me. When I ask for a manager I was told that it’s Friday 5pm and the Mgr won’t respond till Monday. Be careful with this company bc the people who run it don’t take responsibility for your lost items even if they loose them.

$4.75 per men’s shirt is steep compared to other places I have used in the past, but I gave it shot considering proximity. I came during business hours both times and the staff seemed confused that I wanted to have small talk and I didn’t want to use the ATM outside system to retrieve my clothes. I can understand the benefit of this for after hours pickup but the staff forced me to go outside to pick up my clothes instead of just handing them to me inside during normal business hours. The cost and catering to only after hours clients have steered me in a different direction for my dry cleaning needs.

The place is welcoming...all the girls that iron have known me for over 6 years and they always a knowledge me and my kids which is great. Maria is extremely caring although she does not speak English it doesn’t stop her from communicating to me, I adore her!

Was VERY expensive.... With extra $2 per 4 items for next day, it was $45 for 1 pair of pants and 3 shirts....Outrageously expensive. So $37 without the next-day fees.... Would be $16 where I live.

I use the dry cleaning services at the location. Prices are a bit high but worth it, quality is always good and convenient pick up at any time.

Lost my clothes after the dry cleaning. Promised to investigate, look at the cameras. But never found it. Very disappointed and upset.After they lost my clothes, next day delivered someone else shirts to my house. Surely I am not alone who can’t get the clothes back from OXXO Hollywood

Service pick up and delivery via Milissa is excellent.Dry cleaning and shirts are always tops. Any questions or concerns have been addressed. I have been getting shirts mostly white brooks bros cleaned professionally for 30 years from Grand Haven/Grosse Pointe now Hollywood these folks do a nice job.

Took care of my grandmother’s hand made linens after I had a rough week. They came back spotless, and complete.

I have to re-iron all my shirt collars and cuffs after pick up. Always totally crumpled. Their ironing on shoulder area of dress shirts terrible. Where else can I go?????

I have been using OXXO at Young Circle for sometime north of 12 years. Overall, this is a great service, with two specific attributes worth mentioning. First, they use what they call green cleaning chemicals. I am not a chemist, but my clothes dont smell like a factory. Also, and it might just be my observation, but my clothes appear to stay newer longer.Love their ATM retrieval booth. Since this is pay up front cleaner, you drop your clothes off, then you can pick them up either during store hours, or anytime using a card access system. I would say it works 95% of the time, rarely is the ATM offline.In 12 years, I have had few problems, and of course there were items that were taken back to be either cleaned again, or something, but thats expected.Other folks have mentioned higher prices, and I gather they are not the least expensive cleaner, but the convenience of after hours pick up is worth it for me.In short, i like this place. Otherwise, I wouldnt have been doing business with them for 12 years plus.

I have only used this location once so far. It was great. The quality of the laundered shirts looked to be hand finished. I absolutely love them. I will be back again!

My first visit the external window said I got all my shirts, but I noticed I was missing one, so I went inside to find out it had been pulled because they had stained it and needed to fix it. I would have had no idea if I hadnt counted my shirts and had to go back the next day to pick up that one.

Took an irreplaceable shirt I had managed to cover in stains. They were upfront telling me it may be a lost cause but I signed a release and went for it. Went to pick up the shirt and it was spotless! I really appreciated that they were honest about the possible outcome and the fact that the shirt is clean now is an added bonus.

EVERYONE in this establishment is very kind and helpful.I stopped using dry cleaners after a bad experience with a different company.I would ABSOLUTELY reccomend OXXO cleaners to everyone.

1 star because 0 is not an option. I dropped my purse off on June 26th and they told me it would take 1 week. I call back a week and a half later and they told me they had not even started cleaning it and that it would take another week.... I never received a call or an update from them. Now this stain has been sitting on my purse for weeks when I could’ve taken it somewhere else and gotten it cleaned. Never coming back here again. 100% do not recommend.

Brought my girlfriends dirty white dress because she dropped her drink during dinner. Wait for 3 days. And when I and my gf went to the store to pick-up, it was like MAGICC!! The dress is totally looked like new with no stain.. AMAZING Job!!

This place stained a shirt that my husband was going to wear. Then they didnt want to take it back to fix anything.

Its over priced and the customer service is very bad and rude. I took the same dress twice, the first time they charged me $20 and the second time they charged me $45 for the same service and the same dress!!!! This place is ridiculous!

If I could give zero star I would. This is the worst service ever. First they are more expensive than everywhere else. True they are a proximity business but their skills to deal with customers are ZERO. This is the last time I will give my stuff to get cleaned. Im the kind of person who tries twice but enough already.

Took 13 normal items in for, cleaning 8 blouses and some sweaters. After stand in this suana of a place for 10 mins while attendant fumbled to create an acct. I was told cleaning would be $130+ for my 13 items. Ridiculousness not tomention they wanted for days to complete this meager job. Stay away
