My vehicle in June and at first the experience was pleasant. The day I purchased my vehicle, everyone was nice and friendly. A week into getting my car I had to come and do more paperwork. that was ok. After almost 3 months into having my vehicle, without a call I receive a letter stating I needed to turn in the vehicle. I immediately call the dealership and am tossed from person, to person, to person and get no where. I show up to the dealer speak with the finance dept. to find out the loan was not 100% approved. after MORE paperwork and almost 3 moths, everything is fixed. upon purchase of the car, I was advised Id have free oil changes and tire package on the car. Come almost 4 moths into having the car I catch a flat. I call and make an appointment to have this fixed per my package on the day of purchase and also request an oil change as they stated was covered. When making the appoint I was again passed from person to person with no one able to give me a concrete answer. so I take the appointment time show up to the dealer explain why Im here only to find out I HAD NOTHING COVERED from what was told to me. I call the finance person and my sales person at the dealer to find out and no one has given me any time of assistance. over all this dealer has POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I would have known this i would have gone elsewhere to purchase my vehicle.

Took our 2020 RAV4 that we purchased from Toyota Hollywood in September 2020 to complete the regular scheduled maintenance performed at 15,000 miles as well as some other issues addressed because one of the tires kept going low. I took it to a nether shop for a technician to take the tire off and look at it and it was nothing in it so when I requested the scheduled maintenance I requested all four tires be replaced because we had the hazard policy when we bought it. I was told by Brian Singletary the service manager that he refused to look up the paperwork from when we purchased our vehicle and was going to charge me $150 for a new tire that didn’t even match the tires on the car but they let me pull off the lot with a screw in my tire.We also had a few more concerns because the brakes are starting to squeak at 15,000 miles and my husband started hearing a rattling noise under the passenger side of the dash so I requested that that is be addressed… The brakes never got addressed and a technician drove the car and didn’t hear anything but yeah I told him that it was on the passenger side…. This place is an absolute joke and nightmare!!And the pictures from the dirty hand inside of the vehicle is AFTER they say they detailed it!! Yeah right!

I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone in other Toyota Service Centers for a month to have my fuel pump recall taken care of.I called Toyota of Hollywood, Fernando from service answered and set me up for an appointment for my car and my wife’s to the convenience of our schedule. Upon arrival he checked us in right away and then sent us home in an Uber — he also brought us back once the car were ready within the promised time. He was very prompt and kind to get us in and out! Do not go here they use bait and switch sales as well as false advertising. Tyler is the worst I spoke to him on the phone asking if they had any stock in my price range. He confirmed the models in my price range being in stock. When I showed up to the lot Tyler told me that “we will say anything to get you in here” and the vehicles I asked about were 10k-20k over my budget. I had to walk three hours home. This was terrible

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a car dealership. We brought in our 97’ Supra to get an oil changes which took TWO DAYS and came out with no oil cap and the engine being covered in oil. If that’s how they treated our car, I wonder how they treat everyone else’s to try and get money out of them. The service manager, Dan, lacks everything that has to do with customer service. We have been trying to get into contact with him for a whole WEEK and never got a call back. I had to call them for an hour and finally got ahold of him. He started changing his story many times to try and avoid taking responsibility of what happened. He was very rude and wouldn’t even let me speak. They’re completely screwing customers over. How do we leave the dealership with more problems when we wanted an OIL CHANGE? DO NOT GO HERE. Complete disaster. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Go anywhere else but here. Toyota in Clermont in Orlando has the best customer service and actually care.Update: Tried calling John Díaz 4 times, no answer and no call back per usual.Update: Once again tried calling the person who replied, this time it was Steve ostrov and no answer PER USUAL.

The worst car dealership ever. I spoke with Lazaro.We agreed on a time. I arrived to my appointment. As he told me, I asked for him. One of the girls at the front desk said that he was busy, but that he will come as soon as he is available. I waited for more than half an hour, and I decided to leave.Five minutes after I left, Lazaro called me, and said that he was waiting for me. I told him that I got tired of waiting, so I left. He said to please come back that he would be waiting for me at the door.I went back, and he was not at the door. He was nowhere to be found. We asked around and nothing.I waited a few minutes and decided to leave again. He called once more and I told him I was not his joke and that I was not coming back.These people are rude and do not value peoples time. There people talking to each other, loud music, party environment but zero consideration or customer service. I would not recommend anybody to go to this place ever. Go where your time and business is valued.

I had a good sales person which prince dike to help me but i would never a family member or friend that would need a car to buy from that place its all about numbers try to get a sale i love the Toyota Rav 4 2018 i am fiance the car i had for 32,200 and my payments will be 556. A month i have told my friend that need a car not to go to that place its a rip off.

Horrible experience. Took in my truck for service. Gave the keys to a porter they proceeded to move the truck. Somebody came and scratch the truck while it was in the service lot. When I went outside and saw that it was scratched the managers came down and said that they will not take responsibility Even though they are the ones that took the keys and moved the truck. Very frustrating . I do not recommend Toyota Of Hollywood.

In this world of craziness, I believe that when I walked into this location, I walked into another world. Everyone was so nice and welcoming, but when I met Joel he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Today I had a horrible service experience at toyota hollywood, I took my car for an oil change overhaul and had to wait for more than 5 hours for my car to be ready and at service time I was informed that the car would be ready in 3 hours, after this delay in service, when I went to retrieve the car, the attendant lost my car key, they found the key inside another car that had just entered the garage, the car arrived unwashed and I asked the manager to wash it and she told me she wouldnt wash it because it was raining as if the dirt was going to come out in the rain. I hope I dont come back there

I loved the service. The young lady “Andris” was courteous and professional. She even sent me home in an Uber while my car was getting service, not every dealer does that. I was definitely impressed.

A terrible sales experience. Spent over 5 hours in two visits. Lack of product knowledge on car functionalities, misrepresentation of the trade-in process in order to bring us back into the dealership. Returned to Mazda and within 2 hours was in a brand new CX-30 lease. It is very sad the salespeople and managers we dealt with do not have product knowledge and the sales manager either did not take an interest in how we were treated, while continuing to encourage his salespersons to misrepresent Toyota’s trade in rules in order to lure customers back into the dealership.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I called ahead the same day and spoke to one of the sales manager javar crockett he told me the car I wanted was there, I drove over 40 miles to go there he sends out some other to tell us the car isn’t there, I asked him when was it sold and he said we never had it here, I called crockett he stated it is there and he is going to call me back, it’s been hours since I’ve been waiting for this call back and still nothing. I wasted my gas money to come all this way just to be lied to, that is not good customer service. I am going to complain to corporate manager about this because I need to be acknowledged for my time and gas that was wasted because of being lied to.

I have to say one of the best customer service I’ve had was with Ruben, he knew exactly what I was looking for, was very knowledgeable and guide me through everything. Recently bought a prius from Hollywood Toyota. The salesman, Richard Jean-Louis was one of the best salesman I have encountered. He listened to what I wanted and did not try to force me into something else. Showed me the features of the car, and explained some of the technical details.The trial run lasted as long as I wanted and he did show me the way to handle the car. I was comfortable buying the car from him, and in future will recommend him to my friends. He is pleasant and thorough, and did his best to get me into that car without being aggressive.

I had just one day to purchase a car. There is currently a shortage of cars caused by the worldwide problems with computer chips supplies. The salesperson that made it possible was Richard Jean-Louis. Exceptional service, competence, and all-around wonderful person. Id also like to mention the finance specialist that made the deal possible by the name D.J. - extremely competent, patient, and, once again, a wonderful person. If I could do less than 1 star I would. I purchased my car and the dare of purchased they where the nicest people but after that they where horrible. In a nutshell I would speak to multiple people and left multiple voicemail and just got no service and was brushed off like I was nothing.. I had questions about my warranty and NOTHING. I took off the plate that said I purchased my car from Hollywood and started going to another Toyota dealership and never want to deal with them ever again
