Not a fair work place and work not done up to standards

The owner and son Yani are very professional and easy to get along with, they pay reasonable wages depending experience on each field. I work for them 7 months as a construction equipment delivery driver in the Miami area and let me tell you with the Miami traffic and bad drivers in the area it was a miracle i never had a crash . The workers are great people and the sites construction managers are very helpful.Why 3 stars? well the only problem is in the office of CTC at Hollywood Blvd, the treatment you get from one of the office person there (Lilly) is so unprofessional, shes colombian a small blonde white women that will scream at you and put you down for the most insignificant things, and she will do it just becouse she has a bipolar disorder, she will do it in Spanish so the rest of the office personal wont understand what shes saying, and by the way she is the only Spanish speaker to hire so she will play her game good.Other than that this company is a good company and i never regret working for them and i had a good time learning from many people that contributed there.I work there from mid 2015 to mid 2016 and hopefully they had made better choices on changing things at the office. They are great people and wish them the best.

I am in shock! I just call for a job as an carpenter which I have over 15 years experience in. The lady on the phone said they do not hire Women for the field only to work in the office...after all these years they still discriminating against women!!
