Bad service. Wrong color of headliner in my car... Not recommended.

Terrible customer service. rude people. Now my car has new damages because these people scratched the car when removing the chair that needed to be fixed. No one is going to pay for the damage to my car, the only response I received was yelling and insults. I had to call the police. I do not recommend this place, they do not work well, you waste your money. I paid 360 dollars and left with my scratched car. dishonest and yelling at me in front of my 8 year old son.

I have been a customer for over 20 years, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my seat covers. In that time I’ve bought 5 - 6 sets of seat covers and never had any issues with them. As a matter of fact I still have one of the first sets I bought from them for a 2001 VW Jetta, no longer have the car still have the covers.

A+ start to finish! First set lasted 12years !! I have been a customer for 20yrs and would recommend them if you value quality . Just ordered another set with tactical tiger design .

Wanted to get my dad new seat, covers for christmas; they put in seats that had tears in the fabric, the covers were falling apart. Refused to pay for the horrible seats and the guy screamed at us. DO NOT BUY SEAT COVERS HERE.

Awesome seat covers. Purchased 3 rows of seats for an SUV in the water resistant fabric, and I am totally satisfied. Waited to review for about a month and through a road trip to see how they wore. The seats fit perfectly, and they kept working on them until I was satisfied with every seam and binding. I have used this company for two cars, and the covers keep everything kid and dog proof. Plus, the staff is great.

After not being ready as promised, wanted to charge an extra $100.00 No customer skills. Can not stay in business much longer. If you make a Mistake like I did, not reading reviews. I hope you dont leave a cash deposit.

This is in my area but so many bad reviews and everyone is saying the same thing there’s no way it can’t be true so will be going else where. Won’t get my coins! Thanks for the honest reviews guys

Very dishonest businessman. Told me he had matching fabric but would not show it to me before I left my car component. When I returned, I saw the cover he had made for me was made of a non-matching leather (it had no grain, like the leather interior of my car, and had smudges of pizza grease on it.) When I pointed out that the leather did not match, he said, I knew I should not have taken your job when you asked about the matching leather. (Doesnt everyone want the center console to match the pleather on the dashboard, front seats, back seats, front and real door inset panels? Of course it should match.) He said, in all my 30 years in this business, NO one ever cared about matching! He also told me his stapler was broken and he could not finish the job at the time he agreed upon. He laughed at me and ridiculed me as I tried to resolve these issues. Dont give him your business. Hes not a nice man.

Terrible craftsmanship seams showing or not complete... embroidery seams not tight took to long to receive and it doesn’t fit doesn’t even 1 Star do not go here... worst company ever

DO NOT PAY FOR THIS SERVICE!!!! The owner is very rude and dishonest. This was absolutely the worst experience Ive had in purchasing any product. He lied about the material that was used and showed me examples that he could not deliver. Trim on the upholstery was done very sloppy, very loose fitting like a sheet was thrown over my backseat. Owner would not rectify or help the situation REFUSED to give me a refund, then after REFUSED to even fix it.

Wonderful. I called them and they took me right in. My Cadillac seats had a few rips in them due to age. This company was very helpful from Betty on the phone and the main technician Pedro did a beautiful job on my car. Even surprised me with the doing the seeing wheel as well with the same matching leather 2 tone color matching my searts. The owner John overseed everything And showed me many options, a true gentleman. Betty text me pictures showing me the seeing design prior to approval. The entire experience for me was great and Im very happy with my new look in my car.

The money you pay for the end job is well worth it! Every vehicle we own gets their expert treatment, we are always satisfied, and have sent friends there for years!

Worst customer service. Covers are too loose or too tight. Asked for money back told call the police if you dont like it and get the hell off my property. Not too sure what the police could do but this guy is a crazy person.

The owner lied about the material he used. Told me it was water resistant, it was not. When I went back to ask him to fix the issue he would not. Very rude and dishonest people.

Stay away this guy stated to me it would be $200 to fix my seat after the owner came out and said over $400 I asked why !!!! he told me because of the car not the work needed !!!! crazy I went to a shop one mile away from there and got it done for $175.00 I will never go to this guy and send anyone to do anything total crooks !!!! !!!!! stay away !!!!
