Yesterday I picked up my car from this workshop, it was there for 24 hours and I was very satisfied with the work they did, at first I was a little skeptical but the mechanic (kerry) I think thats his name, Im not sure, a young man from Rhode Island took me inside the workshop and explained in detail what the problem was, with the AC compressor,belts and others problems with radiator, very professional, also the Service manager Albert was very nice with all the explanation and very professional, he helped me a lot, he gave me some discounts, this young man Albert is very nice and I was very satisfied with the work. Thank you Albert for everything. I have no doubts that in the future if I need some work with Any car of my family I will return to this place.
I used to visit the Hallandale location for service but it has gone downhill when my favorite worker Lee moved to this location. I have been treated with respect and my car was thoroughly checked inside and out. I cannot thank this location more for fairness and honesty. Ask for Lee when you visit!
Incredibly disappointed in my most recent and last visit to Tire Kingdom. I went to get a couple tires replaced after work after having recently just bought a brand new pair of expensive sunglasses. They went missing out of the case during the transaction and after following up on the subject matter, there was no response from the establishment. They said theyd give my father and I a call back and never did. Having only gone to work and the tire shop that day, I knew for certain they went missing while they had possession of my car. I would have gotten tires here for life if they had made good on the situation but its seemingly a too bad, so sad situation for myself at this point.
STRAIGHT-UP, NO-FUSS operation offering basic car services, Tire Kingdom and the crew at this Broward County facility did me well today. I needed a flat fixed and it was done quickly and at a fair price. Sales associate Rodrigue Javier took care of business and got an attaboy from another customer, who said he drives 10 miles out of his way to this TK venue on the edge of shopping plaza.
The mechanic fixed my alignment and the gentleman Rodrique at the counter was helpful. Great location

Extremely expensive to just check your vehicle.. Paid for refill on AC fluids as well, went to another local mechanic immediately after and they showed us fluids were not filled or even touched. Very disappointed as I trusted the Tire Kingdom brand, but it seems as though each location does things very differently.. Never going back there again.
I went to the shop because my low tire indicator light kept going on. They told me that it was because my two front tires were both worn out, and sold me two new tires, costing me over $400. They promised the tire replacement would take one hour, instead it took over two. To make matters worse, the new tires didnt solve the problem, as the next day the tire indicator light was on again. Turned out that the problem was with the other two tires to begin with. Ended up having to replace them, so I bought four tires instead of replacing or fixing the two that were actually the problem. To make matters worse, the second round of tire changes took three hours.
Beware.Worse service.no apologizing, definitely no communication.Will cheat you out of service you paid for.Went in my car was driving smoothly .Now it’s sound like at truck.And they will lied about the service they did but really didn’t do it .If you want your car to remain in good shape please don’t go there.They need zero stars .
Super expensive and they try to scam you. They wanted to charge me 50$ plus tax to mount and balance a tire without putting it back on the car and removing my spare i used to drive in. I found a place close by that changed the tire and mounted it on my car for 25$ plus tax.
I went to this Tire Kingdom at Cooper City for oil change. After maybe 15 minutes of waiting time one of the employees showed me a list of things that I have to do to my car but what surprise me was when he told me that I need to do those things first and then they change the oil. I asked him to change the oil and I will do the other things later. He said no. I asked for a tire rotation because I bought and installed my tires with them and they answer no because I need to use the tires a little more because they are not even???. I left whent to Tire Plus and they change the oil without problems and the few things they suggested me to do they said I can do them later.
Love this place! They worked fast, efficient, didn’t try to sell me on anything else, were professional!!! Will take my car here anytime I need fast and quality work!

Stay away from this place. I took my mustang GT because the AC was not working, they made a repair that only lasted 3 months, then I took it back and they tell me it was the compressor, I decided to take my car to Ford and what happened was that the supposed repair that Tire Kingdom did to the AC, they used liquids that were not for this type of car and that caused severe damage to my car. The repair cost me $ 4000 dl due to the damage that Tire Kingdom did to my car. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, do not waste your time and money. Do not even ask to speak to the manager who has a disgusting attitude.

I called Thursday at 8am to speak to Albert. He told me he had brand new sumitomo tires for my vehicle and the tons sensors in stock. I made an appointment for 4pm to get it installed, after a long day of work in construction. When I arrive, they put my car on the left after 15 minutes and took all the tires off. I then saw the service manager, albert, run to his truck and speed away. After 30 minutes I asked why nobody was working on my car and they said the manager left to go get the sensors what she said was in stock already. When he got back, nothing still was happening to my car and thats why and they said that he was waiting for the tires what she said was there already. He finally came back at 7:15 15 minutes after they closed. They put the tires on.I pay for a 3-year alignment package and ask them if the car was aligned already and they said yes they did it before they got the brand new tires which does not make sense of course.my car so all my tires are showing zero.he said if theres a problem combat in the next day which I did and they did do a tire alignment finally but told me that the person who programs the sensors were not at the shop today.they basically did a bait and switch tactic they bait you to come to the store and then switch meaning whatever they told you was not true.after a long day at work something that was supposed to take less than an hour took more than 3 hours which is ridiculous. three days later my tire sensors are still not giving me the tire pressure for my tires.I would never recommend anyone to come here. They need to change your name from tire kingdom to just kingdom.I will definitely be trying to contact corporate they charge me $345 for labor fees when they only worked on my car for about 45 minutes

I find it hard to believe given the current state of the world, anyone would try to take advantage of a single hardworking mother of three. Shame on you for not offering a more comparable solution to my car sevice needs. The reality is I was bullied into changing a gasket when all I really need was an oil change. $235 later Im left wondering if they even replaced it at all, since no one had the courtesy to show me the old casket or explain what had been done in detail. Being a veteran of the service industry, I will never recommend this location to anyone. The lack of professionalism was astronomical.
Horrible service & no one knows what is going on. I ordered a battery & oil change. I was quoted a price for an Interstate battery which I agreed to buy & then told that the battery was out of stock. Then the only option was Die Hard which was way more expensive. I had to wait for the battery to arrive for about 45 minutes. They said they would change the oil while they waited for the battery. When they finished installing the battery they park my car in the ready side. I pay & as Im waiting for the keys to leave they tell me that they forgot to change the oil. Really? This is after expressing several times that I was heading out on a road trip as soon as they finished. Maybe you can blame this on management? I can understand why the online ratings are low at this location. In addition, I was told that I would receive a first responder discount they struggled to give a small discount of $40 but they charged $20 countering the original discount. Real discount was $20 on an overpriced $400 battery purchase. They finally finished the oil change & no apology or communication.
Scam artist they just want your money. Took my car in that had a nail in the tire, Terrell said that it couldn’t be fixed that I needed a new tire. It would of cost me around $250 which is a lot. Took it to tire plus for second opinion thank god I did. Guess what it could be saved and patched. The tire was basically new. Stop trying to cash grab. You lost this and multiple customers now because of this. Bad customer service. I was saved over $200 by going to tire plus. Highly recommend tire plus over tire kingdom.
Tire Kingdom went above and beyond getting me in last minute when my tire blew out in the middle of the day on a Sunday. I am so thankful for how quickly and professionally they handled my unexpected incident. I will always go to them for my tire needs.

The gentleman working upfront wearing the shop uniform got me in for an oil change. He kept me updated on my vehicle and made me aware on what will need to be done in the near future. They have a very friendly, professional staff at this location. The waiting area is very clean as well.
Had an excellent experience while coming in for tires by going through Kenny. He always kept me posted. His mechanic was pretty quick and got me out the door in no time.

Terrible service. These people dont give two cents if you have an emergency or is the end of the day and need some assistance. I went in with a tire leaking air and a lady straight up said that the tire was just too worn out and she wouldnt help me unless I wanted to buy a new tire, although I have my reservations because I just did balancing on those tires at another place and they told me the tires were just fine.Then I asked if they could at least help me put the spare tire and the same lady told me she would have to charge me the same money as they would for replacing a new tire. And on top of that she couldnt even bother to offer to put some air so I could at least get somewhere where they could help.Just avoid this place at all cost. If you have one year old tires with good thread, confirmed by another company, they will try to sell you some new tires or tell you to get out. Dont waste your time going to this place if you have an emergency unless you are willing to just throw your money and buy a new tire. I understand they run a business, but this business lost a client for life.And their prices are not good either.
The new gentleman that works up front, I believe he’s a manager, is super friendly. He is very informative and let’s me know what’s good on my vehicle and also what needs work. I haven’t seen him the last time I visited but I’m glad this location has someone like himself up front. Once I get paid, I will surely come back to get the repairs needed done. :)
Go see hard workin Terrell Stubbs, store manager. Very professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Runs a clean store with a friendly, warm atmosphere and staff.Cool and comfortable waiting room with complimentary coffee.More complicated, vehicle specific jobs might be better left to a dealership with more experience in that make/model in my opinion. But Terrell will advise you his honest opinion on a course of action for your vehicle.Thank you Tire Kingdom 😊

I went to have my oil changed and tires rotated. Found out that I needed new brakes and they tried to sell me 2 new tires and an alignment. One of my tires had minimal ware on the outside but was having them rotate it to the back anyway. So no need for new tires! They had to replace supposedly the rotors because the grooves where to deep. 5000 miles ago I asked another tire kingdom to check my brakes but never did. So instead of it costing me $100 it ended costing me $325 extra. This was my first time at this location. On top of that they charged me additional shop fees of $40 and the work only took 45 minutes to complete and they charged me for 1.6 hours. So be ware of this store selling you something you dont need and then over charging you for labor. Not a good first impression.

My husband and I have been bringing our vehicles here for about 10 years for all our service needs. The last time he brought it in for an oil change they told him we needed a new battery which we had just replaced 1 month earlier! Obviously not needed! They even showed him the printout of the supposed #s it was reading at. Unfortunately we will no longer be using them for our repair needs at all. Too bad we always had good experiences before that.
I made an appointment for 10am and at 11:15am they started working on my flat tire. This is like a doctors office. They never start on time and you have to wait for hours.
This was my very first time coming to this branch and the customer service has to be the WORST out of all of the tire kingdoms in the state. I was not greeted or served when I walked in there. They all intentionally ignored me for some odd reason and I had to go up to them to get served, even then they were lost in their own world. They abruptly cut you off when youre talking and just hang up the phone without you finishing your sentence! I dropped off my car for a rotation, balancing, and alignment. Few hours later, they call me saying they cannot rotate the tires because they needed immediate replacing when CLEARLY my tires WERE NO WHERE NEAR the wear indicator and had more than 20k miles left in them. I told them next time Ill stop by for tires and they rotated the tires after showing their attitude to me. I come pick up the van (after 3 hours of no phone back saying the car is finished) and I see they did no alignment. I asked them why and they said your tires are bad and we cant do the alignment. Again, my tires were no where near the wear indicators AND I had my car serviced at another tire kingdom 5k miles ago and they never mentioned anything about replacing the tires and just did my requested services without wasting any time.(I do my rotation, balancing, and alignment every 5k miles at another tire kingdom. I have the 3 year plan for these services) I just left the place because it was 5:45pm and they close at 7pm and I was just sick and tired of their nonsense and I didnt want to waste anymore time here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. Avoid this branch at all costs!

I had terrible service at the location in Davie on Nova drive and was sent here. I was met by Reginald Tolbert who treated me with the utmost respect and provided the high level of service that a person always hopes to experience. Because of the other location, I had pretty much decided against using Tire Kingdom again in the future, however Mr. Tolbert restored my willingness to come back. Thank you again for your kindness and respect.
Well despite the bad reviews I gave it a try and I was very please with the service I got. Ive been here twice once to purchase tires. Ive got to say I got very good price and the second time I walked in on a Saturday morning early without Appt and I was out in 30 minutes. Mario was very professional quick and had no problems of any kind with any of the staff. I will be coming here for my Auto Maintenance and needs and hope that the great customer service continues. Thank you Mario for doing a great job.

This is my second visit to this location. Both times Ive had great service and repairs. The quality of work is exceptional and the service manager went above and beyond my expectations. They also have a clean and comfortable waiting area, which is a plus!
I have taken multiple vehicles to this location for over 8 years. JudiAnn (past manager) was the reason I moved to this store. For about the last 4 years always received excellent service from Terrell Stubbs. I greatly appreciate the fact that Terrell LISTENS and does as I request. Terrell is always professional. Bathrooms are clean, nice coffee bar and air conditioning in waiting area is good. Wireless is a little slow - but I am not there for that.

Had an appointment for a tire rotation and alignment at 5:30 pm. Was told it would take about two hours. I bring my car in early at 4:20 pm. I come back later. By 6:30 pm my car is still sitting in the exact same parking spot as where I left it. It is currently 7:10 pm at the time I right this and I have no idea when Im getting my car back. I missed my hair cut appointment because of this. Theres people that came in after me were serviced before me. Theres absolutely no point in making appointments and the wait estimates are, apparently meaningless.
I had a very good experience when I came here a couple weeks ago. Terrell told me that I needed shocks and struts because they were leaking. The mechanic, Kenneth, installed them and my car rides like new! I never knew what was causing my car to bounce a lot until the mechanic told Terrell that the shocks and struts needed to be replaced. Thanks again and I will be back for more service!
Thinking I heard it all, I went in for a tire rotation on Saturday because it was recommended by Eric the manager, when I bought the tires. Now I get there and he says why am I even rotating the tires? He says he just buy new tires every three years and would never rotate them. He says they rot out before the go bad. This is what he does and recommends. So confusing and he didn’t make sense. Such bs from him every time I go there. I only use that one because it is close by.
They are always very nice and knowledgeable. Always try to get you in and out so you do not have to sit there all day.
The mechanic, Kenneth, did an alignment on my truck and it rode perfect after he was finished. I had gotten into a wreck with it about a year ago while driving intoxicated and had it rebuilt at a body shop and ever since then the truck would shake like hell and the tires would drag in smoke down the road. I would never have thought my truck would ever ride the same. Kenneth showed me the paper work from the alignment and explained to me that the caster, toe, and camber was way off! He got everything back into the factory specification. I definitely recommend this place and I will go back and do business with Mr. Stubbs and his mechanic. Good job bud!
If youre a woman.. dont ever come here! They try to rip women off. I got a nail in my tire and the guy tried to tell me I needed a new tire and it couldnt be patched. He tried to explain why I needed a new tire by mumbling nonsense that didnt make any sense. The nail was in the middle of the tire. My tires are only 2 years old.. they are fine. I take it to tires plus for a 2nd opinion and they tell me no problem.. we can patch it. Its within the area that can be patched and its even $10 less than what I paid for patch at tire kingdom last year. Never again!
The staff was nice and the service was good, but the installation packages they sell are Bullsh-t and a waste of your money. IT says for the life of the tire, not true total rip-off!!!! I bought my set of tires from here, did an alignment at the tire kingdom on Taft Street and was told that they didnt see where I did an alignment so they couldnt assist me with the nail in my tire, all they could do was put air in my tires. You sold me these tires now you cant assist me, what kind of foolishness is this
By far this Tire Kingdom is the worst one I have ever been to. Twice they didn’t install the heat shield under my car correctly after an oil change and while I am driving down the road it falls and I am dragging metal.I also dropped my car off for a 2pm appointment and never got a call to pick up my car because it was ready. I called after a few hours and they said they were closed but I could pick my car but had to hurry up.
This store is always staffed with professional, knowledgeable and friendly personnel even the service technicians are friendly and kind. Customer service goes a long way and this team of professionals know how to treat customers. The store manager Mr. Stubbs is always willing to assisting and has displayed what it means to be a store Manager and a leader.
Terell has been taking care of me and my family at this location for years . His staff is top notch . They are always honest with their knowledge of cars and their prices . Its like doimg business with a family owned operation but getting the benefits of doing business with Tire Kingdom. If you arent getting you car serviced here you are makimg a BIG mistake.

I came to this location for the first time after having a real bad experience at a TirePlus and met with Kenny at Tire Kingdom. He was professional and helped me get my car in and out without a long wait.
Awful!! They overcharge you and then tell you 10 more things are wrong with your car. Took my car to another mechanic and nothing is wrong with it.

Paid for an alignment and 6 months warranty. Car was never properly aligned and warranty was honored. I went to Tire Kingdom a few weeks ago to get an alignment done for my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe. The alignment came with a 6 months warranty and salesman tried to push larger extension but I declined. Following the alignment the car still pulled to the right. I went back a week ago and besides being treated like a stupid woman TK still did not get the alignment correct. I took it back today and (same guy) I was told since they could not get it aligned the second time that they would not try anymore. I asked about the 6 month warranty and he told me I would have to pay more money to have the car aligned again. I still had 4 or 5 months left on the original warranty. Again the guy was total jerk and refused to honor the warranty or give me my money back.
I came to this store yesterday without an appointment. The took care of me right away for an alignment. Eric Garcia was very professional and helpful with me. The rest of the employees was very nice to everyone that came in. I highly recommend this place!!!!
Worst experience Ive ever had at a car shop. I took my car in for an oil change, dropped it off & got a phone call saying all these things were wrong with it. I asked if they could still do the oil change & give me an estimate of what the cost would be to fix everything. They said sure itll be done in 10 minutes & called me later to say it was done. When I go to pick it up I paid for my oil change & as I was waiting for the estimate the lady helping me started speaking spanish to other customers before I was done & didnt have my keys or receipt or anything together. Another guy walked in from the garage & gave me my estimate. After I left I get another phone call saying there was a mix up & they never actually changed my oil because it was a liability so they needed to refund me for an oil change they never did. The cost of the repairs they gave me totaled to $850 & had nothing to do with an oil change when I talked to other mechanics. When I called back to speak with a manager he blamed the mix up on being busy, told me to take it somewhere else & hung up on me. Never have I been so looked over & ignored by a car shop. Worst place to take your car for anything. Rude customer service after totally wasting my day when I really needed to get that done. Not even one apology.
Don’t bother with coming to this shop. Called and asked about doing a tire rotation. Came in and they made me wait an hour while standing there. Finally they took my keys and the mechanic comes back and says the better tires are already on the rear and they’re policy is NOT to rotate. Total rip off. I have serviced and rotated tires religiously and front tires will always wear out faster. Now they start offering for me to purchase a new set even though tires are in great shape and just need a rotation. Totally unprofessional and a waste of time. Go elsewhere.
I brought my car to repair a flat tire. Left the car foe 2 hours and came back to pick it up. The tire was repaired BUT my apple USB cable disappeared...I immediately told the manager that Im missing the cable. He claimed that there wasnt any cable.Well there was a cable!!!I think you should consider if to trust this place next time you looking for a garage....
A gud place to go. the new kat reggie up front had his young buck mechanic fix the whip while i went bac to the crib to do some spring cleanin. think his name was keith that fixed the whip...now I be back on the streets rollin..

Sigh, what can I say. I sent my husband to go for our appointment today at 10am for an alignment and to fix the flap under the hood that came out. When I called yesterday to make the appointment they told me it wouldn’t cost me anything to fix the flap. I told them if you cannot fix it to remove it completely. They neglected to fix the flap and when my husband asked about the sensor that’s lighting up in the dashboard they said my tire needs air as if we are incompetent. He explained its the sensor of the tire that’s damage it DOESN’T need air. After stating that to the mechanic then they agreed and said “oh yeah it’s the sensor” they clearly just wanted us out like every other mechanic shop. Not a good experience I wouldn’t go back.

After a horrible experience at the Nova Drive Tire Kingdom (see my review),I phoned the Cooper City store at 2600 Pine Island Drive and requested an appointment to purchase two Goodyear tires and have them installed. I was specific with the polite associate (Patrick) and clearly read out the Goodyear tire size I wanted and repeatedly mentioned that the tires must be the raised white letter model. I told Patrick how he could pick the day and time so long as I was first in...I didnt wish to sit around waiting. Patrick said Tuesday March 5th at 7:30 would work and told me the tires were IN STOCK. I arrived on time that morning and was happy when manager Terrell Stubbs quickly completed the paperwork before taking my keys and going out to the truck. He came back inside minutes later and told me the tires I picked WERE NOT the raised white letter model, even though he couldve seen I had a new pair of those exact model tires installed on the front of my truck in Georgia two months earlier. He then tried to help me by going back to the tire storage area to search for the tire I wanted...there were none. Now, something unbelievable happened when we went back out to the lobby and Mr. Stubbs began a tire search on the store computer. Mr. Stubbs WAS TRYING to help me...I know that...but the one associate had already screwed up. NOW...Mr. Stubbs told me that THAT TIRE IS NO LONGER MADE BY GOODYEAR! I told him how the Nova Drive store had no problem finding them and that Goodyear in west Davie had them in stock however he was telling me that these were no longer made!I left the Tire Kingdom, drove over to University Dodge in Davie where I was told the Goodyear tire IS STILL MADE and I could buy as many as I wanted. Already made late by the Tire Kingdom screw up, I made an appointment with the University Dodge service manager to come back later and, on 3/11/19 had two brand new Goodyear tires installed....the ones Tire Kingdom says Goodyear doesnt make.This is the second royal screw up by two different Tire Kingdom locals Ive experienced in a week...horrible customer service and quite tarnishing to the company reputation. The service is you get here is outstanding! Tires, hands down they know their stuff. Dont sleep on them when it comes to automotive repair! Everything from AC to rebuiding stearing columns. They got you.

If you want to buy tires, fix a flat or change the oils car, stay away from this place. The prices are ridiculous high. (1 single tire is there for US$202.00 when you can get elsewhere the same one for US$ 80.00. My wife committed the mistake of buying 4 tires and a warranty n case of getting a flat or for rotation. When I got a flat, the manager said that my wheel was useless and I had to buy a new one for 202.00 dollars. Today I went there again to use my warranty and the same employee told me that I needed I a new tire (again) I spent 20 bucks to get my wheel fixed in other store and my tire is working perfectly.Stay away from these people.if you dont want to be cheated. Search for another plece. Dont go there.
Do not come here. Go somewhere else or other tire kingdom. They charged you at least $20 -$40 more on every services. One customer complained why she paid $24.99x4 tire= $99.96 on balance while another Tirekingdome charge only $9.99x4 =$39.96. It is over charged $60. They did not refund and She had to call police after a big argument with the rudest manager.it tool 20 minutes for police come. Finally, the police told the manager refund for her $60. I had the alignment $169, while I paid only $129 at the another tire kingdom at Hollywood last time. I talked to manager, shown him the proof and big argument with rudest and loudest manager to get my $40 refund. If you do not want them rip your money off. Go somewhere else or another tire kingdom to prevent stressful things happened like me and another ladies. I should report to BBB about this location for trying to rip customers money off with a over chagered like this.
They wont service a car with oil on the engine that they determined was a 2000 dollar repair for a valve gasket (which I doubt because I had a car with that issue and it went through oil unlike this truck which doesnt need any oil added usually). They said it was corporate policy. Ive never been refused service at a mechanics for a dirty engine. To boot, they took an hour and a half to tell me this. I think they just wanted to go home early or something. One star for wasting my time and not doing the service. If thats your policy and you have an older car come in you need to be upfront.

My tire had been leaking they said they couldnt find a hole for it, that I just had to replace it as well as my brakes I said Ill take a second opinion take it to another place they tell me there isnt anything wrong with my tire the rim is cracked thats why Im leaking air and that my brakes are fine.
I did a drive in to get my tire fixed. It had been punctured. The manager had a look at it and said the puncture was too big and i needed a new tire. I took it to another shop and they repaired it in 5min. It was just a small screw. Rip off central.
I just wanted to write a quick review of this particular location of Tire Kingdom located on Pine Island and Sheridan. I have been bringing in very high end cars here for many years for all sorts of wheel and tire issues. I have found the guys in the shop really know what they are doing, and they dont try to upsell services you do not need. If theres a problem with the car, theyll take care of it, and if not, theyll tell you theres no problem.This is one of the few places I would trust with expensive rims and ultra low profile tires, especially runflats. Make sure you tell them ahead of time what kind of rims and tires you are bringing in. It will cost a little more, but they take their time to protect your baby.Finally, I want to specifically spotlight the service manager, Eric G. The last time I was there, there was a little miscommunication. But Eric kept his cool and acted very professionally, and in the end, the situation was taken care of to everyones happy satisfaction.I definitely want to recommend this place for all your tire and wheel needs (most online shops deliver to these guys too, makes it very convenient). And ask for Eric, he knows his stuff!
I had to wait 90 minutes until I got serviced, but they do good work, it couldnt hurt if they got some more employees to service everyone and get to the next customer faster.
I drive from Boynton beach to come here over other tire Kingdoms. I have been going here for years and always feel at home. The manager Terrell stubbs is always in the garage working on cars when it gets busy. He doesnt like to keep his customers waiting and values everyone that walks in the door and treats them like family. Not only that but he hires the best employees he can find. I will always drive to go out of my way to come here over other shops or other tire Kingdoms.
Horrible experience. It was my very first time there, I am young. 19 of age. Let along I am a female. I do not know much about cars. I went there too get an oil change for my Mitsubishi. After 5 days my oil light appeared back on the dash board, I returned the same mechanic preformed the same position. Not sure what he did too my car, but that light never comes off the dash. Mechanics offen make a problem out of nothing!

If i had seen their 3.1 star rating BEFORE going there i would have never went! Wish i can give 0 stars! First and foremost $55.45 for an oil change with no topped fluids and no tire rotation although i asked for a tire rotation they gave me some crockpot run around response claiming my tires are too bald.... I also asked to have the alignment checked which their response once finished with over priced oil changewe didnt need to check it because your tires are bald thats why their bald because YOU DO need alignment fyi those tires are 2 years old i dont drive much my work is 6 blocks away from home and my alignment is actually fine (i know this because i had a friend check it the very next day) but if your offering a free service of course anyone would take itNow once they finished their service they decided to announce a list of what my car needs. I took my car there for an oil change I DID NOT ASK YOU TO DO A VEHICLE CHECK I KNOW WHAT MY CAR NEEDS AND DOESNT you do not have to tell me while speaking at a loud tone so EVERYBODY can hear my personal info! Thats my business not the entire shops and customers PERIOD. Now lets get to the moment that really ticked me off and has caused me to write this terrible review on your terrible bussiness. the total was $55.65 I paid $56.00. This rude obnoxious front desk lady with these 3 inch nails that could barely type says my boss isnt around at the moment i cant open register do you need your change? I calmly said yes. She than spoke louder as to embarrass me and asked again are you sure you need your .45 cents . Yet again my response is yes why wouldnt i need my change... Than she scoffs at me and with a nasty attitude says fine my manager will be here in a few minutes.... I had to wait several more minutes for some random mechanic to come in and she asked loudly do you have .45 Cents for him since he wants his change. So the guy walks to his car grabs me .45 cents and says here with a rude tone. Never have i experienced something so ridiculous really tire kingdom your shop is that poor you need my change? I have already called cooperate and complained and will be receiving a measly 20$ gift card which still doesnt change anything, and now i will be contacting the BBB about your disgusting business. Leave my city there is no room for rude cooperate places like yours! UPDATE:7/18/18 Its amazing to show you their laziness and how they dont care they send a stupid automated response. Shows how much your company cares. Now I plan to have many others give you more bad reviews and I will be contacting the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU BY TODAYS END oh and FYI a coupon is what was sent to me NOT A 20$ TIRES PLUS GIFT CARD AS PROMISED! Disgusting lying cooporate company!
Very bad service. And they be messing things up on purpose to make money. I went there to change oil. They asked if I wanted to change transmission fluid. I said no because I know I dont need to. Next day my transmission was making noise when I shift. Very terrible service
Terrell the Mgr is the best, always takes care of biz, friendly, etc I drive out of my way to go to this location instead of other Tire kingdoms
Everything was great.
The worst experience I have ever had at a car repair business or tire sales outlet, and I have lived in various states and owned many vehicles. The technician was mechanically incompetent, rude, and disrespectful. I had to intervene twice to prevent damage to my vehicle. Following this, the technician visibly and verbally mocked me for the entire duration of the repair, a behavior which was apparently tolerated by the manager on duty. The absolute lowest level of service. Avoid this shop GO ELSEWHERE.

We went to get a punctured tire changed that was under Michelin tires warranty. The car had new tires recently new and one had been punctured that needed to be changed. They are Michelin dealers and their computer system were not on par with the Michelins computers. Because of this we could not get the correct warranty due to this discrepancy. I wanted to write this review on their customer service because when talking to the Michelin company, they did not give any extra effort to resolve the issue, also did not try to give us any alternative advice other than buying a new tire regardless of their discrepancies. Also, they had to ask us for the Michelin tire phone number, Kinda weird for an authorized dealer to not have their phone number.1/5
Had the unfortunate luck of dealing with Eric to fix a flat tire, Eric refused to fix the flat saying that the tire was too worn down to fix and that I had to purchase a new tire. I ended up going to Goodyear less than a mile a way and they told me my tire has at least another year of use l. It’s truly sad when an employee inconveniences a customer for personal gain. I don’t know if this speaks for tire kingdom as a company, or just for this particular employee, but what I can say is that I will never return to this company again.

Friendly staff made my appointment for an alignment and break check and was in and out in an hour clean and comfortable waiting room. I have been to a few other place around town and I will be coming back here for sure.
