I could fill page upon page in regards to this companys customer service department. I also work in the aviation tooling business and Aerospace Precision was a previous customer of mine. We have fulfilled several purchase orders for this company in the past. Currently, I have 3 outstanding invoices for them, all over 1 year old, in which I have gone above and beyond the normal actions that someone in my position would take in order to get an invoice paid. I have emailed all the email addresses I have available, I have called (BOTH LOCATIONS) tried every extension, EVEN THEIR AOG LINE, I have left countless messages. Nothing. I cannot fathom how a company of their character can have a 5 star review when they conduct what they call business in this manner. If I could give them ZERO stars, I certainly would not hesitate. Disappointed is an understatement.
