The best gym! All of the trainers (and owner Emmitt) are incredible and keep you highly motivated with varying workouts every single camp. It’s become so much of a part of my daily routine that I’m not sure how I got through my days before without it! Even though it’s ‘corporate’ it has the small family business feel to it which I love. If you’re on the fence, try the 14 days free. You’ll love it!

My last name would have been under Parent, probably why you cant find me. I was there for a trial class last fall-ish. Here is where my experience wasnt the greatest.Ive had two kids and went from 120lbs and fit to 210 lbs and very much not fit. So, Im insecure. As your gym is primarily promoted towards women I would have assumed you would have been used or at least prepared for members that also fit my description. Not necessarily the case, in my experience. I recognize that my insecurity is my own issue. When I walked in, there were a bunch of women in a line for a computer. Tons of ladies going behind the counter I didnt know who worked there and who didnt. I had no idea who to ask for information on how to start a trial. I asked someone in line behind me (not sure if they worked there or not) they handed me a clipboard with some papers to fill out. I didnt know what the heck I was supposed to do with it after I was done. Ithink I brought it back to the front desk and was like soooo, do I give this to one of you ladies or set it here??? Orr? They took it and they said the class would start soon. Lol, I guess I had chose the worst Saturday to start going 🤣 it was like total cardio reset or something aka you gonna die today I modified a lot, but I have a bum hip and knee so 🤷 I actually really enjoyed the workout portion, sore for 3 days after 😂 but worth it. Aside from my complete confusion at the beginning everything else was great. The instructor was awesome and encouraging. Im just going to put this out there, I want whatever coffee she drinks because she was READY.Oo! Also, when I was trying to determine which gym I wanted to go with, they have a company policy that states they cant share membership costs online. For someone who was super motivated to get back into the gym and was ready to sign up that day, but not knowing what to be prepared to pay before arriving - not a great policy... I wish I understood why that was a policy... I know several gyms wont share membership costs on their website and you have to inquire, but....I did inquire....

I don’t belong to the gym. I’m a neighbor who’s awakened by their loud music every morning. It’s very disturbing to be woke up by unwanted music an hour early than planned to, especially when my alarm clock has not even sounded. It’s hard to go back to sleep. I’ve talked to the manager, who promised to be good neighbors, but seemed to have forgotten. When I call them to ask them to turn the music down, I can’t get any answer, because they can’t even hear their own phone because of their loud music. My mom is an elderly lady whose not wanting to hear the loud music either Please be mindful of your neighbors, 5 am is too early to be playing loud music, and you have neighbors less than 200 feet away from you.

Starting going to burn about a year and a half ago. It has been a great experience, can’t recommend highly enough! It has helped me to stay motivated and consistent with workouts. As a mom I enjoy the 45 minutes of “me time”.

Burn is my “Cheers.” I am always greeted by name by our superb trainers and by some of the AMAZING ladies that provide support and encouragement as we tackle workouts together. I am challenged every time I step through the doors; challenged physically and mentally to be stronger than I think I am. Joining BURN was the best thing I have ever done for myself!

Best workout in town! Emmitt is an upbeat, positive, motivating trainer who knows you by name and will push you to do your personal best! Workouts are challenging but fun and varied! The climate is supportive, non-judgmental and encouraging! I honestly look forward to working out each day and leave feeling amazing! We are all there to build each other up and better ourselves, physically and emotionally! Check it out! You wont regret it!

Dont walk . . . run to Burn Boot Camp Holly Springs. The camps and instructors are wonderful! I love going to BBC because the camps are effective, inspiring, and fun all at the same time. The energy Emmitt brings to BBC each day is so encouraging and motivating. I also appreciate the nutrition advice and suggestions to ensure we avoid injury and get the most from our camp experience.

I lost 11 lbs in the first 21 days! This camp is amazing! I cant remember a better workout, 45 minutes of awesome burst training with an awesome trainer! Great camp times, childcare available and more importantly a great group of ladies with positive attitudes who all cheer each other on! I love my #tribeat5, come join us! It will be worth it!

BBC Holly Springs has been a life changing experience for me. Before BBC, I was always intimidated by boot camps and group classes.... not with BBC. This is by far the best gym I have joined. I owe it all to the trainers and the wonderful community they have created. I just cannot say enough great things about the trainers, Emmitt and Aaron. The trainers are motivating, encouraging, help push you to reach your goals, and become stronger everyday. I feel fortunate that I stumbled across BBC and took a chance. I strongly recommend BBC to everyone and anyone....you will not be sorry!!

I had been looking for something other than the typical gym after having my son. BBC is just what I was looking for and more! Not only are the workouts awesome but the group of ladies you work out with are all supportive. Emmitt is a great trainer, so encouraging, and there to help you every step of the way! I love this place. Before Burn, I would workout hard for a few months, get bored, then stop for a few months. This cycle would repeat itself over and over. Ive been at Burn for well over a year now and am consistently working out 5 days per week. And, Im certainly not bored but addicted! I cant say enough good things about the Burn workout!

Burn Boot Camp is absolutely the best way to lose weight and get fit! It is much more than a place to work out. You are educated and supported with nutrition advice, you workout with other ladies looking to improve their health and it is fun!We are not competing with one another but with ourselves to improve. You work at your own level! In addition, child care is provided so there are no excuses!If you want to get fit then give it a try! Groupons are out there!

BBC has been a game-changer for me! I love group fitness classes, and these work-outs are by far the best Ive ever had! The head trainer, Emmitt, pushes us to reach beyond what we thought we could do. The family/community atmosphere and childcare are an added bonus!

Burn Bootcamp gets me out of bed every morning at 4:40 am to be there by 5! I am welcomed by an amazing group of women who are supportive and encouraging! I love that I don’t have to think about what to do, everyday is a different workout and I am told what to do by trainers who push and modify if need be!!

I cant say enough good things about BBC Holly Springs. I am an exercise junkie - and was burned out and bored from my old routine. One camp with BBC and I was HOOKED. Totally different camp every day? Highly skilled and super fun trainer? Nutrition advice and accountability? AMAZING group of ladies who get after it every day and push you to go harder? Check - check - check - andddddd check! If youre on the fence, please just give it one camp. One single camp. Youll see whats different about BBC than any other place. Its magical. I purchased a Living Social deal for BBC-HS. I started 4 months ago and now I am addicted. The results are amazing - Ive lost 13 lbs, my blood sugar levels are under control and every 3-4 weeks I can see how much body fat Ive lost and inches off my body. Seeing those numbers is key motivation for me - it means THIS works for me. I love that they have a schedule to fit anyones needs (I am a 5amer myself which is very hard to find). I highly enjoy the weekly motivational emails, the opportunity to connect with others - especially since you see the same folks in your class daily and the accountability it affords me. Im pretty clumsy, couldnt do a push up or pull up when I first started and exercise is not my thing. But, Im 40 now, no longer out of breath just climbing the stairs and I can do push ups and pull ups! BBC-HS IS a game changer. If you want results and youre willing to put in the effort - this is the place for you. You wont be disappointed.

I just turned 40 and I havent felt this strong since my mid 20s! I used to dread workouts, but now I look forward to them and hate when I have to miss one. The head trainer is energetic, positive and motivating and the women I work out with are truly awesome. So glad I took a risk and decided to try it!

I absolutely love BBC!!! I purchased a Groupon at the urging of my friend Christa and I was hooked after the first workout! I had been going to my neighborhood gym and was getting bored. I love that the workouts are different every day and there is a lot of flexibility with respect to class times throughout the day. Our trainers (Emmitt, Chelsea and Megan) are AWESOME and so encouraging. I enjoy the friendships that I have made and love how everyone is so motivating and supportive - no matter your fitness level. The workouts are challenging but modifications are always provided if you need them. I love the energy at BBC and you will too!!!!

The energy in the room is amazing! The trainers walk around pumping everybody up and encoring you to improve your form and the camaraderie amongst the participants is warm, inviting and fun. I got talked into BBC by a friend...try it she said. So I did...to appease her. What I found was that I was actually doing something really good for me, which, lets face it, doesnt always happen for us moms. What I found was a work out I love. I am challenged every day. I come home every day and tell my kids what a great time I had. I cant help but believe this is a good thing for my 9 and 12 year old girls to see. It challenges me. I sweat. I am sore. I work every muscle I have and some I did not know existed. I really love the atmosphere. It is quickly becoming a community that I love. Emmitt is great as a trainer. He knows everyone by name. He encourages. He makes you work a little harder than you thought you could. He believes in you! You will not be disappointed!!

Having worked out most of my life in typical gym settings and in various group workouts, I have never experienced a more positive setting than HS Burn Bootcamp! I already had a good physical foundation but BBC and trainer Emmitt have pushed me beyond what I thought my limits were. I see and feel changes weekly! So thrilled with my results!! Burn Bootcamp Holly Springs/Apex is not your typical gym!! ALL of the ladies are extremely supportive! Motivating!! Inspiring!! I have never pushed as hard as I have during the past 3 months! ! Emmitt Terrell is an absolute gem!!! He keeps every single workout exciting; invigorating and interesting!! He pushed you to your max!!! It is a class but its more like a one on one personal training session! !

I started working with BBC after an extended break from working out due to stress with work and just feeling overwhelmed with life with 3 kids & a full-time work-from-home job :) I quickly found that the bootcamps timing and child care set up fit into my schedule PERFECTLY and I didnt end up feeling like I lost my whole day going to the gym. I also felt both challenged and encouraged by our awesome trainer Emmitt, and the atmosphere of women youve never met before high-five-ing you between sets and saying nice work! is really just amazing. The positive environment, the one-on-one training and assistance, the nutritional tips and advice, as well as the opportunities to give back to the community just really sets this place apart from any gym. Its awesome and I bet you will love it too!
