This is the worst banks I’ve ever used in my life. If you want great customer service but A truly awful banking experience, go to Woodforest national Bank. I would not send my worst enemy to Woodforest. Again, Customer Service is exceptionally good but their banking strategies and Business model is among the worst I’ve ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and go to Wells Fargo or BB&T or even Bank of America but stay the hell away from Woodforest national Bank unless you want to be angry 90% of the time that you are doing your banking.

Great customer service and the friendliest staff ever!! I highly recommend this branch !

Disappointed new customer. Would not cash money orders made out to me from Walmart nor would they cash a check written out to me and the person who was paying me by check wrote it out at the bank in front of the teller! Meanwhile my wife set up an account and immediately after that was able to cash an 1800 insurance check. Very very disappointed and extremely upset I canceled my credit union account!!

While visiting family I have used them often. They are great.
