Labcorp just needs to do a better job a training their staff. The customer service is below average, and you need to hire more staff. One of the biggest money making diagnostics companies in the nation, and still refuse to hire enough staff. I’ve been here for over an hour waiting in the lobby just to put urine in a cup.
This has got to be the WORST location from a customer service perspective. Literally every time I come in, someone is rude and unhelpful. This morning (mind you it’s 35 degrees outside) 7 people are inside waiting for their lab work. I walk in to sign in and am told “ma’am we can have only 5 people in here”. Really? You have 7 already sitting inside and I have an appointment... but sure. I’ll happily go elsewhere after already having to reschedule due to your own tech issues last week. Rude staff. Very rude.
I had to get my labs done this am and at 8am there was a small crowd formed at the door. One person was checking us in and also the same person was doing the lab work... so she was slammed but was still very pleasant... she had a couple with a language barrier that required most of her attention as we all checked in... there were a couple of others with appointments inquiring on time frames... no matter how frustrated people were her customer service was impeccable in my opinion....It was nice to see a person handle multiple personalities while juggling multiple job roles and maintain great customer service! And it was only 8am, the doors had just been unlocked!10.21.2020
I have not been to a LapCore in years. This morning I went, and got there at 9:02, for an appointment at 9:15 and checked in, letting them know I was in my car. Finally around 9:40 I went in, and she said they were having some kind of equipment problem, and were running behind. I had to have my blood drawn by 10:00, per my doctors orders. She said they weren’t going to make it and I could go to the next town over to get my blood drawn there. She would not call over there for me to see how busy they were, or to even see if it was even worth more of my time, to drive all the way over there. By this time it was 9:45.This is horrible customer service! Why did they not have the common decency to call me on my cell phone, or go out to my car to tell me they were running late? And ask if I had the time to even wait? This place, and company needs to be aware that people’s time is important. Some People take off from their jobs to an appointment, some people are sick, and health wise should not be out, but have too get their blood drawn.I don’t understand where common decency and good customer service has gone. I really don’t know if I will ever go to LabCore again.
Understaffed and disgruntled employees.Disgruntled employee took her angry understaffed issues out on my arm while drawing blood. Left the largest bruise on my arm that lasted over 1 week and was incredibly painful. Ive never experienced anything so unprofessional while having blood drawn.AVOID THIS LABCORP!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LABCORP UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE TREATED BAD!
Merkina was the only person drawing blood and taking care of front desk. She is very quick & capable of doing both - quickly. She is excellent! Very experienced!
Super easy to schedule. My veins are always hard and India got me on the first try! No pain, easy stick. For sure where I’ll go for any bloodwork going forward.
Got there when they opened at 8 and was out in 10 minutes. Was able to check in online. India was my technician and she was quick and professional, it was as pleasant as a blood draw can be. Will definitely return for future blood work
India did an amazing job! She was friendly and able to stick me one time and get what she needed after having a traumatic experience somewhere else where I was stuck 5 times before they sent me over to Labcorp in Holly Springs! Thank you for redeeming my other experience!!!!
Only one employee supposed to work this place by herself. What the heck. Labcorp hire more staff thousands of people need jobs im sure you can find one easy.
Horrendous customer service. The phlebotomist was awful and left a huge bruise on my arm. Literally the worst lab ever.
Staff was friendly, personable and polite. Service was quick and convenient.
I needed bloodwork done for levels of my medication. I was almost scared away by the reviews. I called this morning at 8:15 to make sure they did what I needed. I got there about 8:35, registered, had my blood drawn, and was out the door at 8:50. Everyone was nice and courteous.I would return again if needed!
Theyre always short-staffed, this wait times are long. It doesnt matter if you get there when they open. Theres no privacy in the place, so the front desk person discusses why youre there and what youre being tested for in front of everyone. Once you get back, they are kind efficient, and professional. Its obvious they are under-supported at this location.
I am the 5th in the line. Have been waiting for 40min from 8:00am…and still waiting!!! I will call labcorp and complain about this. This is ridiculous and waste my time. There is only ONE lab tech working here. She is very nice and super busy! She needs help!Update on Oct, 2018.After I gave 1 star review 4 months ago, today I went to this site this morning again. Now they have a new front desk assistant. And there is a new machine to scan and collect the insurance information which is really amazing. Everything is much faster. I was the 3rd one in the line today, and I got my blood work done in 15 min. The staff are always very nice and more efficient now. I am very glad to change my review to 5 stars today.
Closes at noon no exceptions. Only one person on staff doing both front desk and blood draws. Staff rightfully ill. I would suggest going to the Apex location if you value your time.
I wish I had thought to pay attention to names, but the tech who took my blood was EXCELLENT! My next appointment WILL be at this location again. By the way, the receptionist is very efficient and the fastest typist I have ever seen!
Very slow service. The wait times are well over an hour and the staff is not at all considerate of people waiting and their time. I might as well drive 30 minutes to another center and that might be faster for me. Very poor service and will avoid them always.
Super fast service and the ladies up front were very nice. Likely corporate has made some changes since the older reviews because everything went smoothly.
Only one person to attend at the front desk and same person to collect you blood. More than 1 hour waiting my wife to do the exams needed. Worst place to go !!!!
My wife is a cash customer and Lab Corp recently charged us amounts that varied from 3 to 13 times as much as the insurance company paid last year for the very same tests when she had insurance. How can that be described as anything other than a rip off of a customer with no insurance?
Been trying to get fasting blood work done for weeks, every time I come in they are crowded and have one tech working. This is ridiculous, I can understand rare occasions where someone would be alone in the office, but every day for over a month!!! I think it speaks more about the company than this location.
The wait was well over an hour and a half. Short staffed. Not good when you fast to get blood work done.1 year later and things havent improved. Still one person working and wait was over 2 hours by the time I got there. I would give zero stars if I could. LabCorp should address the shortage.
Female at desk was playing on an iPad or some small computer in a chair in the back of the front desk and didnt bother getting up to give customer service. Very rude and lazy. Then waited for over 40 minutes when no one was here. While sitting here can hear a personal conversation over a phone from some female in the back. Highly unprofessional. Then after waiting that whole time. Then the female from the front desk decided to get up and wait on me and did the same thing for the guy that came in after me who also waited . SMH .
2hs 45min and still not in to get blood drawn. Short staffed one employee so poor woman is doing the front desk insurance stuff and drawing the blood. Found out this is the third day with one person running the whole show. This should have been no more then 30 min process and I’m doing a fasting blood work so now I’m beyond starved. Will never come back here will go else where
Efficient and friendly. Love the staff.
Clean and efficient, no complaints. Made an appointment online, and they had everything ready to go at my time when I arrived.
The staff here are extraordinarily rude.
They took forever to do my blood draw, and the receptionist didnt know what in the hell she was doing
The receptionist is extremely rude and completely unhelpful
If you HAVE to get stuck with a needle, this is a good place to go. I survived, and you will too.
Holly Springs location has a sign on the door saying theyre temporarily closed.
What’s the use in making an appointment if you don’t get ahead of the others who don’t? Waited nearly an hour to get done. What a joke. They only had one technician on too.
Professional in every way !
