Brian does a great job spraying for bugs at our home in the woods. We dont want to jinx it but we havent had any big problems since we started using this service. Its totally worth the price for peace of mind!

Was frustrated by the way my wife was treated. We found some large spiders in our basement and called to have our house serviced three weeks ago. The initial service was fine, but we were told if we see any of the pests that were treated for within 30 days to call as they had a guarantee. Weve had some more spiders and my wife called to have them come look at the house again. She was told that wasnt a part of the guarantee? If they dont want to come look at houses again, why offer it? Honestly, had they not told us about a guarantee and asked us to call I wouldnt be writing this review. Why make promises and set customers up for expectations youre not willing to meet?

We paid to have Vandenberg come out to spray our house and garage for spiders. They guaranteed a 30 day for control of spiders. After 20 days I called to say that I am having to take my broom around the house and garage and remove numerous spiders and webs that came back. Mitch Vandenberg said that I didn’t understand the 30 day guarantee. I thought it was self explanatory what a 30 day spider guarantee was and if my house has spiders all over it then his product needs to be resprayed. He refused unless I would pay more money. I guess your word means nothing.J T

They have been taking care of our lake house for 3+ years. They are professional, reliable, affordable, and best of all... we dont have spiders or ants.

Great service! Gets rid of those pests

My last experience was not a good one. We began with a one year contract with them expecting the service to terminate after the last contract date. It did not. We had a tech show up without advance notice to us. We were told an attempt was made two days prior to our service to text us about the service call they were anticipating they would make. I have no indication of receiving a text on my phone. Before I could address the unexpected service call the tech had been there and gone. I was not at home at the time. My wife tried to contact me but could not because the work I was doing did not allow me access to my phone at the time. I had no interest in continuing the treatments and in fact had done an insect treatment myself two days prior. You make the judgement whether billing for an unexpected treatment is fair or not. My rating indicates what I believe. This certainly is $105 I did not intend to spend at this time.

Amazing business! They treat my house, my parents house and my brothers house. They also treat our church and our business. They do a great job. If you see any pests after treatment they will return and re-apply as needed for free. I have been using them for 9 years and only had to call them back once for ants one year. Highly recommend!

Extremely nice people to work with. Did a very good job. After each time they come to spray, they remind you to not hesitate to give them a call if you see any bugs and they will come back. We decided to use them after getting high recommendations from people we know who have been using them for many years.

I had them out for mice control about a month ago and i havent had a single mouse in the house since then! Before i was finding daily evidence of mice. I would highly recommend them. They did a great job in sealing up my old farm house!

In March I contacted Van den Berge pest control because I was having a problem with mice. Jake Doornewerd came the same day I called and he was professional with his business card in hand and went through my whole house inside and out. He showed me a couple places to caulk after putting a cooper mess in the cracks as mice wont get through that. This guy was awesome. About 3 weeks ago I called because now I was seeing ants with wings. I specifically asked for Jake because of The thorough job he had done before. So glad I did. He explained so many things to me about bugs and it made me feel a lot better. I havent seen a fly, an ant, stink bugs. You name it he took care of it. Thank you so much Jake, I couldnt ask for a better job done.

They are very thorough, and we NEVER see any pests. We live on a lake so spiders can be an issue, but have never seen any in or around the outside of the home or garage.

I was told by their field tech that I had carpenter bees in my deck, he said he would thoroughly spray the infected area. 5 days later a woodpecker is boring holes in my deck going after the carpenter bee larvae. I called Van Den Berge, told them the problem and they wouldnt stand by their guaranteed work. They said they already sprayed and the woodpecker is a different problem. They see the woodpecker as the cause, not the carpenter bees. Im very disappointed with this company and dont recommend them for this particular problem.
