We purchased a very nice vintage Pontiac, but it has needed some mechanical TLC to run correctly. Greeners has been very skilled with things such as a carburetor rebuild, manual transmission linkage tuning, and keeping all drivetrain fluids topped off. Their work has helped make this a very pleasurable vehicle to own and drive; Id recommend them for upkeep of your vintage vehicle.

I took my Motorcoach in to diagnose an ABS light. They told me that they checked all the sensors and all the sensors were working just fine, and that the ABS module was completely bad. When I got home I crawled under there and realized that an ABS sensor was broken and just hanging there. I called back and asked did you guys even check the sensors and I was told yes I asked then why didn’t you tell me about the Broken sensor when you told me you checked all four sensors. The service manager admitted that he himself did not check it and it was one of his employees even though he told me he checked it himself. He said he would get to the bottom of it and call me back I waited a week and finally called him there was no clear explanation He told me he got the runaround from his guys. He then said bring it back and will look at it so I drove it back down to the shop to give them one more chance and it sat for two days and they didn’t even look at it, when I went to pick it back up the manager said I did crawl under there you’re right the sensor is broken.If you like to waste money and time this is the place for you to go, but if you want your vehicle fixed go somewhere else.

I dropped off my Cadillac CTS awd for a full inspection I talked to them twice making sure it was a full inspection. When I picked up my car they charged me full price for it, when I got home I figured out that they didnt do a full inspection Among A lot of things they didnt check my transmission or motor, I call and asked the manager why, he said it was too hard to work on my car and they just didnt want to do it. If you didnt wanna do the job dont say you will do it.

I set out to teach my son to do his own brakes, and we did. However I could not for the life of me to get them to bleed correctly. Ultimately we brought it to Greener’s where they determined the parts store gave me two RH calipers (so the LH couldn’t bleed right). They fixed the problem but also helped my son trick out his ride by painting his front brakes red to match. It made his day, and he was part of getting his first brakes changed.

Our favorite place to have automotive work done. They can do anything on almost any vehicles. Serive prices are reasonable and they usually have an appointment within a day of calling if not the day off.

Curtious, knowledgeable, fair pricing, will always go the extra mile. In my opinion theirs is the best car repair shop in West Michigan. They are trustworthy.

BUYER BEWARE, if you pay for tire services here, they will not rehang your spare because Rob the manager feels most customers like them left in the back of the vehicle. They also do not remove the ugly blue stuff protecting the white lettering. He did say they are happy to have me come back in and charge me labor to do so.

They always do a good job with oil changes. Prices are competitive and have a nice lobby to wait in as well.

Working with them was simple and straightforward. I scheduled an appointment and they provided a decent quote for a half hour inspection, they diagnosed the issue and had an answer for me about two hours after my scheduled appointment. I ended up needing my fuel injectors replaced and the pricing seemed spot on according to a quick Google search. They finished my repair the next day and I was off with my vehicle! I didnt give 5 stars because I didnt get a lot of explanation without me asking the right questions as to why I needed fuel injectors. They also didnt explain that I needed to drive around a bit and let the engine run after the repair, so for awhile it had seemed as if the repair did not resolve the issue. Overall, about your average repair shop but Im satisfied enough that Ill go back.

I won a free oil change at Greeners on the radio. They were very thorough and very friendly. Nice people. Id go back again.

All the guys working there are absolutely wonderful. They take the time to explain what they need to fix and are true to their word on price. They went above and beyond for me twive now and Ill definitely continue to trust their abilities.

Do not do business here. Check all reviews carefully. I’m not the only one saying this. Over priced. I spent $150 to have them look at my truck. they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. So they advised me of some other issue that needs attention and my truck is down because of the reason I brought it there. I’m a Small business owner and I depend on my trucks. I spent at least 7k here last year on a new rear end and leaf springs. You think they would do me better but I guess they don’t need my business. My advice steer clear people.Update: turns out like I thought I needed an alternator. They couldn’t figure out that I needed an alternator.So I was told even though they could figure out the original problem that I need ball joints on my truck. Took it to barber ford they said ball joints are fine. I will never ever do business with a snake like this again.

As always, Greeners were prompt and courteous. They are honest & ethical and always do a good job, and I would not take my car any place else! If you need your car serviced, Greeners is a great place to go!

Staff is very nice and knowledgeable at the truck center in the back. They were very nice to install new tires on the duels on my truck that another tire shop tried to change but couldn’t! Very nice! Bring your truck here for repairs and tires. UPDATE! I drove the truck home last night after the repairs And I would like to report that it has never driven better! They did an excellent job of balancing the tires and the corrections they made to the front end alinement made the truck easier to drive and it rides very smooth! Bring your motor home and your trucks here for repairs. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

Wonderful customer service-My car was towed in to Greeners. They called to let me know when the car was received. They had a chance to look at it the same day and give me a quote. When I had questions about my car (Im not mechanically inclined) they had no problem explaining in detail exactly what happened to my transmission and how they were going to fix it. VERY KIND throughout my whole service no matter who I talked to. Very quick and efficient. 10/10 would go again!

This review is a couple months overdue but necessary nevertheless. My family and I took my car in for an oil change and to change the belts. After picking up the car, all of the emergency lights on the car lit up along with the words power system service urgent on the way home (lights that have never ever lit up previously) and we had to tow the car back to Greeners because it wouldnt even start. They then claimed a new alternator would be the solution to the problem, and after having to pay hundreds of more dollars, that didnt fix anything. Greeners offered no refunds, despite us purchasing a new alternator that has no use now since the car is not functional and also did not pay for any of the towing. In short, I feel as though I paid Greeners around $700 to break my car that worked perfectly fine before we brought it in. Its safe to say that we will never be returning to Greeners!

Dishonest. Will lie through their teeth to try to rip off anyone they don’t think will notice. Went here a couple years ago and they charged me for work they didn’t do and when I asked for a refund for the work they very obviously didn’t perform, the owner cussed me out in front of other customers (including children). Is that the kind of “man” you want to take your vehicle to? I have turned away so many people from going to them simply because of that incident.

My family and I have always been using their oil services for many years. We never do an appt, we just show up and they get the job done very quick for a good price.

When I first moved to West Michigan, I took my car to another place - what a big mistake! Ive been taking my cars to Greeners for almost 10 years now. Greeners has always given me fair and accurate quotes, thorough service, and they know me by name.The only problem I EVER have with Greeners now is that the word is getting out about how good they are. Theyre so popular that sometimes I have to wait a day or two to get my car in for the big repairs, but its worth it to know that Im getting reliable repairs done by a great crew!

I wouldve been happy if they had fixed the problem I paid them for. Their service was friendly (I considered 2 stars), but I ended up getting my Toyota Camry fixed here. It had a stalling issue, so I wanted them to take a look at it. The day after I picked it up from getting fixed, it stalled on me going to work even though it was running as it should. Yes, people make mistakes, so I brought it back and said it was still doing it. They called me a couple days later telling me there was nothing wrong with it and there was nothing more they could do. I took it to Ludington (a poor choice on my part) where it stalled on me and wouldnt start back up again. I had to buy a tow strap so my dad could tow me away. I ended up taking it to a different shop where they replaced a coolant sensor which is a much cheaper (and very different) fix than what Greeners charged me for. Overall, very dissatisfied. I feel cheated, but their customer service would do nothing for me.

Took my RV in to get a new tank switcher and they wanted a large amount of money for a part that cost 1/3 of the price they were saying it cost. I ended up having to pay a bunch of money for just about no work or anything actually fixed, they also over tighted 3 lug nuts causeing them to sheer, I had to take it back and they replaced for free but then managed to un-balance the tires.... This place is not trustworthy in my opinion.

I would not recommend Greeners. Their customer service team borders on dishonest. They recommended a repair that was not needed for my vehicle. They also offered no help when a set of tires had premature side wall wear. They were not inexpensive tires. I need to buy new tires and they suggested I buy the same ones.

Great service... dropped in, got my oil changed and they pointed out some other things...no pressure to get anything else done... but they replaced a worn oil plug.

Terribly overpriced, they wanted to charge me almost $500 dollars to replace the front brakes and rotors on my vehicle. Then they tried to convince me that numerous parts of my vehicle were rusting out and needed to be replaced right away. I took it to another mechanic who walked me through the estimates they gave me and pointed out things that were not rusted out but could simply be repaired with a $20 part. They wanted to charge me over $400 dollars for that $20 dollar part. I will NEVER trust them or recommend them to anyone ever again!

I use to like this place but then I found out that because they arent the dealership, their techs apparently dont know to replace the seal on my oil pan after changing the oil. I just bought a brand new car and my first oil change was done here because the dealer was closed at the time. My next oil change was at the dealer and they showed me that a bunch of oil leaked out because Greeners never replaced seal. On a brand new car! Its a nice place and the people are friendly but Ill be taking my car to the dealer as its the same price for oil.

Had our suburban towed there for a Starter to be replaced & without even starting the vehicle we got a call saying that a piston went threw the block. We had it towed to a highly recommended shop and the seal we knew was bad was confirmed and the starter. NOT ONE ISSUE with our 1999 suburbans pistons or Block! In fact, the Owner at Dinks Auto said other than those 2 issues it is in GREAT SHAPE!

DO NOT GO HERE! WITHHOLDS INFORMATION!Just got back from greeners to change my girlfriends starter. We paid over 400 dollars and they almost couldnt start it when they tried to pull it up front. The mechanic stumbled over his words saying the engine suddenly flooded and told us good luck and took a hasty retreat back into the store. My girlfriends car died twice in the way back and we live less than a mile away.I repeat they tell us we have more problems after we paid and told us good luck. Please DO NOT GO HERE

I initially visited in December because my chevy van conversions fuel pump wasnt working. the estimate for that repair had been given and i approved it but prior to beginning the work, the mechanic checked a fuse and found that replacing that fixed the fuel pump problem.at that time they noted that the alternatir was not working properly so i had a new alternator and battery installed. after initially installing the wrong alternator (that was removed and the proper one delivered to shop while we waited) the staff was very helpful and stayed late to get me back on the road. they also did a oil change on the vehicle and maintenance service on the generator. (I was told the reciept showed regular oil but synthetic was used as I had requested)August - generator is unable to maintain an idle speed after running for 5 min i explained the problem, and that it began after their maintenance, i was told it was likely bad gas and I need to run generator, restarting when it stalls and it will improve. I had vehicle tuned up and a new house battery installed. I had asked to have the idiot light for the air bags checked because it was constantly on.Im not as pleased with the work this time. I was told. the light is no longer on (it is ) and when I got home I found that they had not secured the battery tray (despite a decal right there that says tray must be pushed in and locked) .I found that cables behind the battery had blocked the tray, i moved them to the proper location out of the way so the drawer could close and lock .Im changing my review from 5 to 3. the staff are nice, but the lack of attention to detail is worrisome to me as it may reflect how the rest of the work was completed.TLDR:. nice staff, questionable reliability .

I took my 2006 F-350 Turbodiesel to Rian at the truck center here and was greatly impressed. I told Rian what I was looking to do and he walked me through several procedures. He took the time to explain to me what would be most beneficial. After getting my truck back, I was extremely happy with the quality of work. All the technicians there were very friendly and professional. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing preventative maintenance or repair.
