I am very pleased with Les Schwab they have went above and beyond and took the time to make sure all the Ball Joints and etc was taking care of before handing the keys back over to me and I definitely recommended them and they deserve a 5 star rating especially for having the truck and working so hard for 7 hoursThank you once again from the family from South Georgia

Had an unfortunate flat tire and needed help. I was quoted $50 for a service call to help change the tire. They changed the amount to $59 when we paid the invoice. My wife complained. Did no good. I have been a customer of Les Schwab for several years in Oregon and Utah. My experiences with them have been good for the most part. It seems they have gone downhill lately. Its obviously not the amount. It is the way she was treated at the store. Good Bye Les Schwab. Les would not approve. I am out in the marketplace all the time. No more referrals from me.

I came in about 30 minutes before closing expecting to drop off my flat tire and pick it up when they next opened. The gentleman at the counter not only told me that they could get it done but there would be no charge for the repair. It was a very pleasant surprise. Thanks.

We were heading on vacation early Sunday morning and Saturday afternoon, I had to pull into Les Schwab at 4:52 pm with a leaking tire and the shop was supposed to close at 5:00. The employees there were very helpful and took care of my problem on the spot. Very thankful to Les Scwab.

I had to have my wheel/rim replaced and placed a call to them. The advisor on the call listened, understood what I was looking for and told me to come in. In less than an hour, the cracked wheel was replaced by the brand new one that I had purchased and I was my way. Happy!! Thank you!!

It was 3:30 on a snowy Saturday, I found myself with depleting tire pressure. I found a nail in my tire, went to 3 other tire shops (your competitors) all of them told me they couldn’t help me, they were too busy or it was too close their closing time. Nervously driving home, I passed this location, pulled in by this time it was 4:00 & they closed at 5. They were busy, but they said they’d fix my tire & get me back on the road safely. I was so happy!!! They did a wonderful job, even stayed past their closing time! I offered to pay, and they said it was FREE!! My husband needs new tires for his truck, we’re coming here! The buying process for my new wheels was very easy. After that it was miserable.They couldn’t seem to balance my tires despite going back and telling them there was a vibration. The employees claimed I needed hub centric rings, they didn’t even realize they had installed them. I had to deal with a terrible vibration for a 1,200 mile road trip. I finally went to another shop and paid to have them balanced. Now they’re great.They gave me the key for the new lugs and told me I was all set. It didn’t fit my lug wrench, luckily I caught it before our road trip.A little more care, effort and attention to detail would go a long way.

I had a couple nails in my tire so I went over today and they took me in, without any wait. The people there were really courteous, skilled and got me taken care of right away. 5 star experience!

Three reasons. 1 they were very honest in their assessment of my needs. 2 they didnt sell me more than I needed. 3 they charged me less than original post because they didnt have to do rear alignment and finish the job in under time quoted. Amazing service

Needing a tire repair I went to the shop where I had purchased the tire only to find they were no longer in business... So I went to the Les Schwab that was right next door. As I got out of the car, there was a mechanic there to ask what I needed. He quickly spotted the problem, and they repaired the tire at no charge, even though I had not purchased it from them. In short, great service and a comfortable waiting area. Highly recommend, I would not hesitate to give them my future business.

This place has always been good to me with tires. I don’t use them for other stuff but I’ve always found them to be fair and reasonable. Also, they work hard. I was there on a busy Saturday afternoon and they were running from place to place trying to get stuff done. Pretty impressive and great service.

All I can say is wow, great customer service. I got a flat and had to quickly make my way to this Les Schwab. The moment I pulled up this really nice dude ran outside to ask what he could do for me. They patched my flat tire in around 20 minutes and didnt charge me ANYTHING for it. Guys there were great. Waiting spot is also nice, there is a TV, some tables, AC and a popcorn machine.

They had no way of knowing what was going on in my personal life. But after sleeping on a bench in a hospital for 3 days I found my car had a flat. I barely made it to fire stone next door to Les Schwab. They were closing and wouldnt help me. Les Schwab had no hesitation in staying late to rescue me. They really seem eager to help, not put out. They patched my tire, and asked to rotate my tires! My new car had almost 5k miles. They offered me snacks, drinks, and gave me the remote to the TV. And after staying late they sent me on my way free of charge. I have never cried so much. They were just plan nice to me during a very hard time for no reason. They didnt even make money off it. If I could give them more stars I would.

I see a few negative reviews on here, and while I can’t speak for those who posted them, I can say that I did not have any of the same experiences.I had noticed I had a flat tire on my way out of work on a Friday night (I was about due for 4 new tires anyway-gotta love awd). The following morning I came in to have it replaced, and was surprised to get my car in almost immediately (on a Saturday!). Tiffany was wonderful. Without hesitation she showed me my options, went over the pricing, and found everything I needed well within my budget. As they were replacing the tires, they discovered I had a bad ball joint, which the technician promptly showed me (this thing was TOAST), and asked if I wanted to proceed with addressing the issue. They said it would take a bit longer than originally thought, but hey, I needed my car. I wasn’t going to drive around on a bad ball joint and hope for the best. I ended up leaving the car there for them to work on, and was told it would be done by 5 PM. Got a call about 3:30 that afternoon saying the work was done, and the car is ready to go. I hope this helps anyone who reads it. My experience was phenomenal, and I’ll absolutely be coming back. The quality of work is excellent, and only outdone by their customer service. The whole team went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care and well informed of the situation and process. These guys are rad, professional, and courteous. 10/10. Would highly recommend.

I just went to my car for lunch and my tire was low. I drove this location. A guy ran out checked my tire and confirmed no nail. He checked all my tires and filled all tires! On my way! Still got to go eat lunch! In and out! Amazing! I will definitely go back!!

I asked to take a look at tires if I needed snow tires and the nice woman explained all my options and that I wasnt necessarily in need of new tires yet.. awesome service great staff. Said it would be about an hour, took about an hour. Very happy!! Would highly recommend.

Traveling from Kansas to Ca. Lost an axle on our Travel Trailer and barely pulled into this Les Shawb location. The staff and Dave let us stay behind the shop for the night. First thing in the morning, out locating a new axle to get us back on the road. Can not say enough about the OUTSTANDING service and attention to Customer Service. Definitely 5 Star.

I was on my way out of town and ran over some crazy metal shard that completely flattened my tire. I pulled into this shop and Mike helped me change out my tire for my spare in under 10 minutes. I didn’t have to cancel my plans, and I didn’t have to keep panicking about what I was going to do! I’m so so grateful! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Had a tire that was deflating in my Tesla, I came here as my family always does... we all buy our tires here and they just told me I was going to have to pay $20 to get it fixed because of the tire Tesla puts on from the factory makes it harder to fix? I have done this for 15+ years and have never heard of that anywhere else. Looks like we will take our business to Discount Tire where they fix flats FOR FREE.

I wish I could give six stars. I hit a pothole on my way to work which required me to replace my struts, strut mounts, and wheel bearing. They did an inspection for free, and stayed two hours past closing time to repair my car. Drew and Juan could have easily taken advantage of me, but instead they went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe to drive and that it was done in a timely manner. I would suggest this place to anyone looking for an honest job well done!

I went here on a whim when I got a coupon to get my brakes done. I knew I needed to get my brakes, rotors, and a wheel bearing fixed. The price was very reasonably considering what I had been quoted for the wheel bearing at another shop. They took the time to show me how the wheel bearing was messing up the brake and rotor. They didn’t pressure me at all to get the service done.

I bought after market tires and wheels here a year ago and they didnt install the standard wheel centering hub rings, which caused my car to subtly shake over 70mph. After spending a few hundred dollars trying to find the problem, a wheel specialist in Arizona, where I live now, finally found the problem. Thanks for the half-a$$ job, wish I could send you my bill!

Best tire store in town

Terrible experience! I needed front brakes and new tires. A job that would normally take an hour max. I arrived at 9:30 and had to wait for my vehicle since it was a company car. It took them 5 hours to get the job done. I watched 8 other people who didn’t have appointments come and go during that same time. They were fully staffed and had guys sitting around. You would think that a business that specializes is specifically tires, brakes, and alignment would be able to get things done faster than you can at your own house. Obviously you should form your own opinion about this, but I will never be coming back.

Went in to get a flat repaired. The nail was still in so it was a slow leak. The woman at the front desk said it would be a two hour wait. No problem, I would bring it back then. When I brought it back she said it would take at least an hour to fix it. It doesnt take over an hour to fix a flat! Big O fixed it in 15 min. Without an appointment.

After trying to buy tires at a dealership, they are much much better. Way less expensive

Great for taking Fords to. Very attentive. If you bring in a Chrysler or Subaru apparently you dont get same level of attention. Do not understand.

Cant Say I have had any bad thing to say about this place. I have been going to Les for my children tires until they went to college. Sometimes the tires are little pricey. But customer service and speed of completion was great.

Their employees completely ruined my best friends tire who was visiting from California. They went in and trusted this place to fix her tire but instead messed up the patch job and caused them to be stranded . We took it to discount tire and they fixed it up perfect and for FREE if you want better service go to another shop terrible customer service and they obviously don’t know how to fix a tire properly

Went in to get a flat repaired right after a major snowstorm. They had it fixed very quickly and didnt charge me! I was worried I would have to get a brand-new set of tires (for AWD) if the tire was beyond repair, but they assured me that the patch was secure and explained the process. I will absolutely come back when I need a new set!

This is how I wish every business was run. I stepped out of my car and a technician was right there asking what I needed. He checked the door for stock tires, asked what I needed, and in less than an hour I had brand new upgraded tires. No fuss, no up-sell, no mktg bs, just exactly what I asked for in a very reasonable amount of time. And clean! I, went in to have my tires rotated. the serviceman asked me if I wanted them spin balanced, I asked them if they need to be balanced he said probably not. I drove down road the wheel started to come off the truck immediately returned led Schwab and they told me if I would have the tire spin balance that wouldn’t of happened. makes no sense. I,send an email they just forwarded it to the same guy who told me it was my fault for not having tires balanced. He called a day later told me they reviewed the video and two guys miss torquing the lug nuts he does not know how that could happen

Had a flat tire, brought it in and it turned out to have a bulge and the entire tire needed to be replaced.When I pulled up, someone immediately came running out of the garage to meet me and ask how he could help me. I explained the problem and he invited me inside to get me into the system, and to sit down and enjoy free popcorn while I waited.They replaced the tire studs and tire and gave us an $80 credit from the old tire toward the new one. They were fast and efficient, while taking the time to make sure everything else was working properly with my vehicle. Not to mention that the were so kind and courteous, giving me updates as they went along.I would definitely return and recommend them to my family and friends.

Found one of my tires was flat this morning before work. Made a quick phone call around 8:45am to check and the gentleman on the other end was friendly and said the wait was minimal. Sure enough, I drove in 10 minutes later and was greeted by David E C. He immediately checked my car in and went to work into the bay. I observed while he worked, he was efficient and reasonably careful of my car. Within 10 minutes, he had it back together and repaired the puncture - also checking all the other tire pressures. David told me the puncture was near the edge of the tread, but said he always tries to fix punctures - even with run-flat tires. It saved me the cost of replacing all 4 of my tires because its an AWD system. He said the puncture repair was complimentary. I was back to work shortly and my whole schedule was intact thanks to the great & expedited service I received. I will absolutely recommend my friends to visit the Holladay location and especially to ask for David. Youve earned a future customer with me.

Service took over 2 hours to rotate tires & get an oil change. Staff argued the reasoning as to why it took so long and said they dont normally do oil changes. Wish they would have had better communication and told us this in the first place. We were getting ready to leave on a road trip & this put us back at least an hour.

Took my car in to have my summer tires mounted. They said this would take 45 minutes which seemed like a bit longer estimation than I would have thought. There were open bays and there were only two other cars...the two other cars were already in bays being worked on. An hour and a half later, my tires still had not been mounted. Two hours later when they finally finished, I asked why there was such a long delay...the answer, we got busy. Frustrated, I asked if they could do any thing to alleviate my feelings of frustration. The answer, nope. However, they did offer to perform additional services for me at full price. Thanks for the offer, but I will be taking my business elsewhere, which is a little sad because I have been a life-long Schwab customer. Hopefully corporate reads this review and takes notice. In the meantime, Id recommend finding somewhere else to have your tire work done.

Came in today for a flat tire repair they told me no appointments available I could wait 2hrs so I said ok waited 2.5 hrs for them to say it was fixed and ready to go home it was a leaky valve free repair but I got in to notice it was wrong tire was holding full psi it was passenger front as stated guy pulled in another car and said Ill get to it next so I waited over another hr and a half so hopefully fixed properly this time as all customers after me was serviced and on there way if I would have got in a accident who nows what would happen I say 0 on service all the new sets was installed why I watched the traet warranty on the back burnerSince remodel they went down hillDavid was service tech support

I went in to get my truck align and they quoted me 60-70 bucks which was cheaper than any other place so I left it to if. It align. I went back a few hours later to pick up my truck and I was told I needed new tie rods both inner and outer and new struts and shocks other wise they couldnt do the job so I took my truck and got them done. A week later I went back to get it align and they ended up charging me 35% more for the alignment than what I was quoted before I ended up paying it cause I needed my truck. As soon as I pulled out my truck started making a squeaking noise and it also swerved to the right so I took it back the next day and they checked it out told me I needed new wheel bearings and new control arm bushings otherwise they couldnt align it right I asked them why did they do the job? if it couldnt be align right. I then ask if they could refund me my money since the job wasnt done to manufacture specs well that didnt happen. Why do they start a job if they know from the start they cant do it right? I ended up taking it to the dealership instead and they confirmed that the squeak sounds is my u joints not my wheel bearing Les Schwab are crooks and the technicians dont seem to know much, they need to have certified technicians. Wouldnt be surprised if they where the cause of most of my front suspension problems and u joints problems. Hard to believe that it was a coincident that all the problems started when I took it off their garage. I was skeptical about the reviews and thought maybe they dont get the right credit they deserve, but nope the reviews are right save your money and take your car somewhere else dont end up paying for a job that isnt done right like I did. I wont go back to this location maybe hopefully another location will be better but for now Ill just stick to the dealership and pay more for a job done right.

I was told by a co-worker that this shop would do exactly what they did. Went is for a simple tire plug for a screw in the tire and a hole miraculously showed up in the sidewall. Oh, and ironically you cant just buy one tire. You have to buy two. Oldest trick in the book. I will never go here again and hopefully you dont either.

Never will I ever buy tires from anyone else again other than Les Schwab. I’ve had them patch my tire before and they did it for free and just said “think of me next time you need tires or brakes.” Buuuut I totally bought my next tires from another place because they were cheaper and I was poor and I’m college.Today my full size spare exploded. Which I was already riding on because I had a flat last week and hadn’t had time to get it patched yet. But even that tire is in baaaad shape. I didnt want to buy new tires because im looking to buy a new car anyways, and don’t want to invest any more in this junker.The guy at Les Schwab had a used tire he slapped on there for me FOR FREE so I could make it the hour drive home and give me a few days while I car shop. All he said was “just think of me next time you need tires or brakes” For some reason I felt like this was way above and beyond and I’m so grateful. I won’t just think of you guys next time, but every time. Thanks so much.

Yet another bad experience at this store. Took my car in just to have the tires rotated. Like every time I have taken it here, they broke a hub bolt, and I had to wait for them to fix it. Then before I left the parking lot, I heard a rubbing sound on one of the tires, so I had to go back. They had bent part of the hub and it was rubbing on the ABS. Now Ill have to go back to have that fixed when the part comes in. Then when I finally got to leave, my car sounded like a tank cause they messed up my muffler somehow. The only reason I go to this store is cause I bought my tires there and they service them. I will not make that mistake again. I should have just paid someone else to rotate my tires. I dont know why I even went back today with all the bad experiences Ive had at this store. This will be the second time Ive had to take my car to my mechanic after having Les Schwab work on it.

I have now on three separate occasions caught this location trying to sell unneeded services. I go in for a free tire rotation and every time they com back trying to improve their ticket price. But I verified each time with our honest mechanic and he has debunked their attempts. Dishonest.

Were going to do tires and brakes but hadnt started brakes yet. Called first thing they opened to cancel them doing the brakes because we were quoted a much better deal else where, they claimed they already started. Came to get car at 1020 they said they were waiting on a part thatd be here in 15 to 20 minutes and it would take 20 to put on. At 1055 i asked how much longer, as i am now looking at being late to work... They said the part just got there then 20 minutes to put on. I asked Wasnt the part supposed to have been here in 20 minutes? He lies to my face and says ya it has been exactly 20 minutes. 1020.....1055... thats not 20 minutes. Wont be returning and hopefully i still have a job after this.

So I just bought a new car 3 months ago, and I get a nail stuck in one of my tires.Great!!! :-(So I call my dealership to see if a repair would be covered under one of my warranties considering its only been three months. Which of course it isnt. So I go down to Les Schwab because its right by my work and can do it on a lunch break. Not only did they have me in and out in 15 minutes, but THEY comped the repair because the vehicle was new. Les Schwab, a company I have never spent any money at, took it upon themselves to fix an issue that the dealership should have. So glad to see that there are still some companys who do actually still put customers first.Way to secure my business in the future!!!

I live across the street from this Les Schwab. It is 12:02 AM and their alarm has been going off disturbing the whole neighborhood for over two hours. This happens frequently. They are a horrible neighbor and do not care that they are keeping people up at all times of the night. Due to this, I would never do business with them. I do not recommend anyone do business with Les Schwab since they care nothing about the community in which they reside. This is my Les Schwab story---they suck.

This was my first experience with a Les Schwab tire center and it was not good. I dropped off my truck on a Friday afternoon for an oil change, brake pad change, and a 3 inch lift to get put on. The reason I dropped it off Friday night was so that it would be ready to be worked on at 8am Saturday morning. Saturday rolled around and I called at 2pm to see if it was done- they hadnt even started. They told me I would have to leave it over the weekend and pick it up Monday night- they forgot about it. After I complained for a while they said it would be done by 5pm. I ended up getting the truck after waiting in their waiting room for an hour at 7:30pm. When I got in the tuck, the oil change reminder light had not been reset. I got home, and woke up the next day to oil leaking on my driveway because some bolt wasnt tightened. I then needed to take my truck back in a few weeks later for a re-twerk to adjust the lift. I dont even know if that word exists.The lift looks and functions good now after the retwerk and another alignment, but I paid over $1000 to have that work done and it was not up to par the first time.I have heard good things about Les Schwab before this, so I may try another one in the future, but as for this one, I would recommend going somewhere else.

I have been here for alignment for my evo x. Mike is really helpful and know how to do the job right. The tools they use was mount outside the tires so no worry about scratching wheels!

Nice people, really really slow service. One tire took 2 and a half hours. However, these guys had the lowest price out of 5 places I called!

This tire shop will try and talk you into the most expensive tire and services they think they can get out of you. Terrible service.

Great service and a few tires.

Wanted to replace tires rather than fix the nail hole, wouldnt look for one used tire for me, suggesting I do it myself. Needless to say I took my car to my regular mechanic first thing Monday morning. The found me a tire put it on and I was out the door for 130 instead of over 500 at les Schwab
