Went to the cottonwood heights clinic for my 1st renewal. They did everything in the EVS system for me & it was so slick! My appointment was on a Wednesday & my card was accepted & renewed by the state on Friday! 5 stars!

Its awesome that theres a place to go in St George and you dont have to break the law bringing it back across state lines from Mesquite. Its about time!

While I feel that Disabled Veterans & Veterans with medically diagnosed combat related injuries and PTSD shouldn’t be required to pay for a medical cannabis card. Mike Sanchez was very helpful in making the process goes smoothly and easily. He was very patent, helpful, and knowledgeable about the process. He made the the process quick and easy. I also like that they have a Veterans discount, and I would recommend that any Veteran looking to get a medical cannabis card go talk to Mike.

Excellent experience, happy people providing a public service. Let’s all remember that Utah.gov is the proper place to continue making progress regarding our laws. These people are saving you a trip out of state to purchase cannabis.They are not a distribution point for cannabis, they can only sell you CBD at this location.The pricing isn’t cheap, but for me, is still a good value for access to the real thing.I never thought I’d see the day when Utah would legalize real cannabis, so I’m elated not to be taking another road trip today just for that. Instead I can enjoy a delightful day right here.I hope you too can smoke or vape responsibly.Have a nice day !

Empathetix does, literally, all of the hard work it takes to get your medical card. Their staff is so knowledgeable and kind and patient. I was extremely anxious about applying for my medical card and they took all of that away. It ended up being a very pleasant experience at their office. I couldn’t recommend this company enough!!

Everything was great and incredibly smooth up until my 90 day renewal. You are allowed to renew 30 days before expiration, so out of caution I did that and waited and waited and waited. About 1 week before my card expired, I submitted the forms again and reached out, still no response. I finally reached out to their instagram account where I finally received a response. I was told to send an email to someone specifically and it would get taken care of hopefully before my expiration date, but here I am with an expired card still and no response. I had about $150 worth of medication in the form of flower that I had to dispose of because I am currently not legal. I wish it hadnt turned out this way.

Over all experience has been great until I came to renew my girlfriends card for the second time, Ive called and called with no call back, no explanation of why they wont just I date the evs so we can make the payment!!! Loss of words that the company that gives people there card will also make it next to impossible to get ahold of them!!!

Im a veteran with severe PTSD. For years Ive had all sorts of medical issues for which Ive been seeing MANY Veteran Hospital doctors. It was like pulling teeth to even get those doctors to care about my physical or mental health issues let alone treat them. So of course I was expecting a long painful battle to win my medical card. I was in and out with card in hand in less than 30 minutes. It would have been faster but I had issues figuring out the websites (not their fault!). The staff was AMAZING. Very kind and understanding willing to help or answer any questions I had. I even was able to come in early. I adore this company and suggested them to my friends and family.

I was diagnosed with PTSD in 2019. I was nervous about my initial appointment but the staff at Empathetix were kind and disarming of my anxieties. They answered all of my questions, and the QMB that consulted me was sympathetic, real, and kind. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone on the fence about getting their legal medical card in Utah

My friend recommended empathetix to me because he had a good experience. I have a busy work schedule so I decided to book at their cottonwood heights location because they had Saturday appointments. I drove all the way from Layton to the appointment only to be unable to find it. I used the map link they sent me in an email. It took me to a strip mall with nowhere in the strip mall being labeled “empathetix” there was no phone number to call to get directions that’s available on the weekends. I searched for about 15 minutes. But ultimately I missed my appointment and wasn’t even able to call. I had something else to do after the appointment so I had to leave. So frustrated.

They were great at getting me qualified, but then when it came time to renew they were completely unresponsive, and my card expired. Now I get to try the process somewhere else.
