I switched to Allstate after being with AAA for a few years. To have full coverage on my car I was paying just under $400 with AAA. (My sister was on my policy when I had first gotten it with AAA and totaled her car and the one she crashed into. Even though I wasnt even in the vehicle, it made my rates go through the roof and they made it sound like I couldnt leave.)My friend recommended for me to give Allstate a call- and I am so happy I did. I now pay $112 a month for full coverage, and thats including renters insurance. Ive never actually run the numbers until now, but being with Allstate has saved me almost $3,5000 a year which is absolutely insane. Hindsight is 20/20, thats for sure.In terms of the actual company and the people at Tim Taylor, theyre super sweet. They sent me a cute letter with all of their business cards when I first got the policy. The website is super easy to navigate (another huge plus from switching from AAA), and everything is straight forward. Initially when I got the insurance in November, I had some different coverage options, but I they called me a few weeks later and adjusted the policy to be more specific for my needs.I highly recommend Allstate and this wonderful team of people. If you feel like youre locked into a super expensive policy with another company- give these guys a call and let them help you!

Tim Taylor is by far the best Insurance Agency I have ever worked with! If you are wanting the best customer service then look no further. I had lots of trouble getting a good quote for one of my businesses and had to keep hounding other agents for just the quote. Mari got me the quote very quickly and was able to give me a policy that fit my needs and budget. I also have my auto and home policies with them.

I prefer to have an agent rather than dealing just with a website and I want that agent to be more proactive than just checking in with me when my payment is due since I pay annually. I have been with Allstate for 30 years. I got in an accident where the other person was at fault. The other insurance paid for my injury, but Allstates dr said that there was no way to connect my injury to the accident even though my Dr said it could not have happened any other way. Really USAA was Amazing and kind. Allstate called me a liar. After 30 years I am changing my insurance.
