After coming down with Covid, I contacted Serv Pro of Tarpon to do a Covid cleaning of my home. Danielle Collins was very thorough and made my family feel very safe with the whole process. Extremely professional and responsive. Both Taylor in the field, and Britney as service manager in the office were prompt and courteous in a difficult situation. The water damage occurred in my Florida condo and was discovered by a friend who checks the premises while Im home in New York. There was extensive damage to walls, baseboard, carpet and furniture. ServPro provided disaster restoration and cleanup services immediately and had dehumidifying fans running constantly for many days. Special thanks goes to Britney in the office who was both patient and pleasant regarding payment when the insurance company was basically incommunicado for many months both with ServPro and with me. Recommend them without hesitation.

During a roof replacement, water got into the attic/house due to inability to tarp the roof in time for a rain shower. The company who I had contracted to replace the roof contracted ServPro and Im very happy with their selection. Dustin was our rep who came out ahead of time and did his due diligence to identify all the wet spots in the house. He was very detailed and definitely knew his audience (me) who wanted to make sure all parts of the house were considered. Dustin then worked with the roof company with professionalism to make it clear that 3 days of fans & dehumidifiers were a recommendation which they followed. After the 3 days, he arrived and performed with the same professionalism to see how the fans/dehumidifiers worked. He suggested that we do more time on the one spot which was not remediated (I had a total of 4, so he did a great job fixing 99% of it!) but since the roofing company already had contracted people to fix the remainder if the fans/dehumidifier didnt work, he simply marked on the ceiling what needed to be replaced.He did a great job and I definitely recommend them!

Upon arrival, he was very polite & professional and went to work right away assessing the situation. Once Dustin had surveyed the damage, he explained what the process would be to restore our office to normal. Upon receiving approval, Dustin went to work immediately cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing the affected areas. When he was finished the mess was just a memory &smelled our office smelled fresh and clean. We are a Down syndrome Achievement Center that offers free programs to all individuals with Down syndrome. We have many medically fragile participants who come in and out of our Playhouse daily.
