Really great atmosphere. Wonderful place to work. Need a job just stop in, there is always an opportunity available.
While it might not specifically be this location, my experience working under SEC was awful. You have to meet a quota, something they dont tell you about until youre about to be fired for a week later, what they sell sounds like a scam, not everyone thats put on a DNC list is put on there. Ive had called the same person more than twice before. Not recommended at all.
Very nice place looks like a solid place
Very clean and health conscious. The staff is very friendly as well!
Looks like every review gets a star. They do not deserve one! These people are criminals in my mind. They call two or three times a day form different numbers and try to get me to give them info from my natural gas bill, telling me that I can get a rebate on my next bill. I assume they just want to switch my supplier without telling me what they are doing.
This place is a scam in so many ways a scam to work for him a scam what youre trying to sell people
This is an attempt to get you to switch energy providers. Their call center staff are not well educated on the process and provide mis-leading and just plain incorrect information. I work for a utility, Ive dealt with the billing process, I am somewhat familiar with the rate process. An insert in your bill? #1 I dont get a paper bill. #2 the utility company would never include an insert like theirs in their bill. #3 the rep didnt even know what was included in an e-bill. Variable rates month to month? PG&E is required to get their rates approved by the CPUC and they arent variable month to month (seasonally yes). Call center rep was rude and the supervisor was busy. Call center rep was also not very smart as he had an irritated customer that knew more than him about the process and wanted to be transferred to a supervisor and just stayed on the line. Now Ill take the time to leave a bad review AND the poor guy lost 4 minutes of his time that he could have used to scam someone else and get his commission.
As a previous employee these folks are unbelievable, physical fights within the call center during operations and not dismissing the individuals, putting employees in danger by not doing so, charging 50 registration fee for call center license when its only required by company and for company to list individual.Do the individuals, sometimes referred to as “salespeople,” answering the phones for a substance abuse marketing service provider need to register? No, only the business must register. The names of the employees must be submitted, but they are not required to register or pay a fee.giving employees only 6 hours actual training before throwing them on the calls, unfamiliar with products and call script.A number of businesses engaged in telephone sales need to get a Florida telemarketing license to legally conduct their operations in the state. You need to pay $50 licensing fee and provide information about the person and the telemarketing business.plus they make new employee purchase from them or themselves the call center headset and they use auto dialers which are suppose to be illegal in florida
This is the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. The continue to call me while I am working and their call is going to a number I use for my daily job. I asked a supervisor to add my number to their do not call list and he was extremely rude and told me to bad. I mentioned I would file a complaint for harassment and he said good and hung up on me. I shouldn’t be called daily and sometimes numerous times. So, I have filed a complaint with FTC.
Great place to work
Ive had 3 calls in 3 days from people representing this company. They were all from different locations...different phone number and cities. I tried questioning the callers but was ignored as they just kept giving me a spiel regarding my gas bill. I discovered the company is on FB...interesting if you want more info. Apparently they hire anyone from anywhere, no doubt the reason I received calls from various cities. I think rudeness is considered an asset when applying for a job with this company!
I receive multiple calls from different numbers 4-6 times a day even though I’m on the Do Not Call list. Very rude people who don’t care that you’re asking them to never call again.
Great ace to work, excellent management staff always willing to help out
These people call 3-5 times a week asking about an electric bill that doesnt exist. Not sure why they keep wasting their time.
This is a harassing company, they call several times a day, claim they will put you on do not call yet i get tons of different numbers that when i call back all lead to them. Building a database of phone numbers via images of caller ids, recorded conversations in which they claim to put me on do not call, lawsuit coming soon
Scam artists, trying to sell you electricity. When you ask difficult questions, they hang up and a different person calls the next day. PLEASE Go AWAY!I have reported them to the MA Attorney Generals office and the Federal Trade Commission.
Dr Alsadi.. So very glad you are back. Will see you soon. Hopefully you except Humana. Need you to be my Dr.
Calls and then hangs up in your face. Very rude i dont even know who they are
Got a job
Today Southeast Energy Consultant call me unsolicited, violating the Federal Do Not Call list. They are just a telemarketer who violates the Federal DNC List.
