*Customer Beware*I inquired with Over the Edge Seamless Gutters back in December to do the gutters over my small courtyard. A man came over to complete an estimate and I agreed to the plan. The man (who I now know is the Owners brother) left and a person by the name of Marci (the owner) calls me to schedule an installation date 3 months out! Marci claims its because theyre a small business and that they only have 1 crew. But to make your potential customers wait 3 months out is downright unacceptable. Its as simple as Dont take up more than you can handle.I give them a chance and I wait 3 months.The gutter day is here and Their gutter guys (only 2 of them) come on time and I was instantly put-off by their appearance. What looks to be the crew leader/driver is chain-smoking cigarettes, his clothes have holes everywhere and are all beat up (not professional looking at all). The second man (which Im led to believe is the helper), had scabs all over his face, clothes tattered as well, and appeared to be tweaking on something. In a nutshell, it looked as if the owner picked up two substance abusers off the street and employed them because they were cheap.I wish I had stopped them there in their tracks, but Ive already waited for this appointment for so long, I needed the work done before rain season starts, So I let them get to work.The guys get to work, finish the job and Im instantly mortified by what Im witnessing. There were two downspouts. One aiming towards the garage (which Ive stressed to everyone working there that its a flood zone) and the other downspout was aiming towards my courtyard (which I have ALSO stressed from DAY 1 that my courtyard gets flooded extremely easily).I voice my concerns to the gutter workers and they notified me that they will relay the message to the owner and fix it at a later time.Marci phones me to set up a quick fix date and asks why I was not pleased with their work and I express that from day 1, I told them the areas that get flooded (Hence the reason I needed gutters in the first place), and my voice fell upon deaf ears. Marci (the owner) to this date, doesnt believe she or her company did anything wrong. I even notified her that her workers threw rubbish (as they were drilling and cutting away wood pieces) IN the gutters! She said nothing and apologized for nothing.The fix date is here.I had a personal appointment that I needed to tend to, But I notified Marci and her team that they were more than welcome to fix the issue at hand without me being present. The downspout by the garage was fixed and I was pleased, but the second downspout is still aiming towards the courtyard, which will keep flooding it!Also, where the downspout was moved, they never patched up the holes/fixed the damage THEY caused. Im sick to my stomach at this point.I open my email and Im met with an email by Marci basically telling me that their work here is finished and if I needed any other future work, I needed to look elsewhere. She gave up on her work and me as a customer and that shows her character and how she does business.Save yourself the headache, the miscommunications, your precious time, money, frustration, and take Marcis (the owners) ending advice. Look Elsewhere.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Marci. Highly professional and responsiveness to returning my calls and emails! They did a fantastic job installing new gutters around my home. Crew was professional, prompt and neat. Thank you Marci and crew.

If I could sum up this company simply: Poor attitude, shoddy/messy work, owner doesnt take responsibility for her mistakes, and sketchy workers. My gutters that They installed were not angled correctly, so now they are pooling up with water drastically. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else; I truly wish I had listened to the negative reviews here. So nows your chance! Run away!!!!

Its ashame that you cant respond to a review as a business owner... the most recent review insulted one of my installers whom just finished chemo two weeks ago and the sun is very harsh on his skin. WE ARE A DRUG FREE WORKPLACE and have been for the 17 years since we opened. She waited 5-6 weeks like everyone else & had an estimate done last November 2020 and contacted us February 25th to be exact an waited like everyone else had too. We have one truck. This company came to my home to repair/replace my gutters after they were damaged by a roofing contractor. I initially met with the owner and walked the entire property with him and we agreed on what was to be completed. When his workers showed up at my home, they had no idea what needed to be done as the owner didnt prove them with what we discussed. I walked the property with them, accepted their recommendations, they tore off the old gutters from my garage...then they left and disappeared until the following day without any word. When they came back they had some BS excuse so we walked the property AGAIN...we agreed on what needed to be done...I was home..and they put on a couple pieces of gutter...as they were trying to disappear again and leave without saying anything, I stopped them in my driveway and asked them to walk around the home with me...they clearly did not want to. When I showed them that they had not completed the job and that they actually caused a pitch leak that was not there before they agreed to finish...well..you guessed it...they went to their truck...left...and never heard from them again...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I read reviews and price shopped before making a decision. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to go with this installer! Marcie and Vicky were great to deal with and the installation team was on time and payed attention to every little detail. I’m a tough reviewer and I give these guys a big “two thumbs up”! Highly recommend.

This is a family-owned business. They did a fantastic job on my home. I have worked as an insurance claims adjuster. If I was able to I would recommend them every time. Not only did they look fantastic when they were done they also followed up to make sure I was satisfied. One of the best companies Ive dealt with across the country.

In think the work on my home is shoddy and the attitude poor. I have filed a formal complaint with the government against this business. The included picture tells the story.
