$75 express detail. NOT HAND-WASHED. They put the car through a car wash and don’t even bother to check the areas like back of the car for dirt. RIP OFF. Only one guy speaks English so don’t bother explaining what you want. They don’t listen. I’ve taken multiple cars many times and quality got worse each time so I’m done with this place. Take your car somewhere else if you value your time/ money

My husband took my car to auto detailing but when was supposed to be ready was dirty. Definitely not recommended for nothing. My husband is cleaning again at home.

Place does an unreal job. My truck was covered in dog hair and completely trashed inside and out. These guys took me in an hour before closing while they were packed,and stayed late just to finish it. Would highly recommend

Really really great service. Michael is a super nice guy looking to help his customers. They got us in same day for a 3 hour intense detail, which came out beautiful. Headlights restored to a much nicer look. Paint looks better than it has in a year. Will definitely makes this our go to for auto wash and detail. Going In soon to have window tint replacement. Will add update then. Would recommend anytime. Great pricing. Very quick response. And very pleasant staff. They also discount for veterans every day. Respect! Convenient US 19 location. Great car wash! I was very happy. Got the express detail that cost me $60.00 took them about an hour to do, but so worth it! Sevena the owner was nice enough to drive me across the street so I can get a pedicure while waiting for my car to get done, and she was nice enough to come back and pick me up! Went in just to get my seats cleaned but ended up with an Express detail. I am very happy because they washed/cleaned my car and steam cleaned the seats with that package. I had a chance to review the inside of the car and point out anything I wanted worked on before they finished. The seats were gross from my kids spilling drinks and now they look nice and clean.

I visited for the first time last weekend and while I had to wait a while to get my car done, it was worth the wait. Not as pricey as other places and the attention to detail by the attendants was better that Ive experienced at other full service car washes. Ill definitely be back!

The staff here is amazing, and so honest! The gentleman vacuuming my truck found some money that slipped in between my seats and I did not realize it. He brought it right out to me. Its awesome to see there is still some honesty among people!

Paid $35 for the works and left a $10 tip. Needless to say, this will be my 1st and last visit. I still had tons of lovebugs on the front of my car, and splashes of tar that will come off easily with the slightest bit of wiping. What a ripoff!------------------------Update:I appreciate that you responded quickly and offered a timely solution. I wish I had noticed the condition before driving off, but unfortunately I didnt inspect my vehicle before leaving. I use my car for business, and rarely get off work early enough during the week to go to the car wash. I usually coordinate my monthly detailing on the weekends. Since you were willing to be cooperative and redo the work, I will give the employees a 2nd chance next time. This time I will have to take care of it myself though. Thanks again for reaching out. Let me start by saying that on a scale of one being the worst and five being the best, I would give them a 10! Talk about good, honest, hard work, and taking care of the customer. This unbelievable customer service started with the owner driving me back to my house so that I would not have to sit there and wait while my car was being worked on orhave someone else pick me up. When my car was finished he came back to my house to pick me up. I asked for the car wash, wax job, detailing of the interior, restoration of the headlights (which was spectacular in itself), window tinting, and checking the air in the tires. They did all of that as well as sanding the front bumper to see if they could remove some stains that were in the paint, restoration of the vinyl and literally cleaned every single nook and cranny of the vehicle. When it was all said and done the owner inspected the car. He pointed out a few different places for them to go over that I would have never, ever thought of. I cannot even begin to express how thorough these guys were. It blew my mind. I have OCD folks. I clean EVERY thing and I would have NEVER, thought about a few of these things! EVER! I also need to mention the guy that does their window tinting. Talk about professional. He matched my two front windows to the others PERFECTLY! I could not believe it. If you go anywhere else other than SEVANA’s Car Wash, you are wasting your time and your money. Yes, it took some time. However, I would have gladly waited 2 days for the service that I got from these folks! Look no further. This is the only place to go!

I didnt love this place. Expensive for a drive thru, and 1 guy gave a quick, unthorough wipe down. Not at all worth the money. Plus the inside seating area is gross
