When you complain to corporate that the woman at the front desk is rude and makes you feel uncomfortable. They tell her and then next time you come in she says I know you complained to corporate about meWhy is the appropriate? I have had my belongings here for almost a year and so far I have had great service. The staff is always nice and helpful. The only issue I have is the increase in price because of new insurance? I am not happy about this..I expect to pay the same amount every month when it comes out of my account automatically. I wasnt notified on this. Thinking of a new place because of this issue. Other than that it has been great.

I have 2 units at this property and I feel safe with my belongings here. I visited the office to discuss some billing questions and I met Stephanie. Be sure to ask for her. She is a true asset to the office. She provides the best customer service with knowledge and understanding. Its a rare thing to find these days but i was one of those fortunate onesShes definitely an asset to her company and any being that gets the privilege of meeting and connecting with her.....i just hope her staff is aware of her patience and genuine persona. I felt inclined to share my experience simply because I left there a little less worried about what is ahead for us. We have made the hard decision of moving my mother into an ALF and will be needing to store some of her things. I informed Stephanie that I was just shopping around to get an idea of what would be needed when that day finally came. Stephanie not only helped me determine the size unit but went out of her way to show it to me. She was knowledgeable about the products available in your store and even made suggestions on how to best pack Moms fragile things. Although this decision is hard for us Stephanie atleast took the worry off of me when it comes to having a safe place to store the things Mom cant take with her.

I had a situation and Stephanie was the gal in customer service that took care of me efficiently and promptly. I would recommend this location and the people that work there.

This is a great facility. Very clean and well kept. The staff is courteous and very helpful. Talk to Sam; she will make sure everything is taken care of. I have used other Public Storage facilities in the past but I use this location, even though I have 1 closer to my home.

Clean and well kept. The staff seemed friendly, but in the end I left the office feeling a bit taken advantage of after signing up for a space. After discussing different options and pricing with them, we settled on one that would work for me. Multiple times I asked if the price we discussed was the total price, and was told yes by Sam. When it came time to sign the paperwork, all of a sudden there is a necessary monthly insurance fee of $15. No way around it. Obviously, it would have been nice to have been told that at any point during our conversation and pricing talks. Instead, she waited until I was already signing up with pen in hand to mention that. Felt very deceptive and am still not happy about it.

ViVi helped make my transition from another Public Storage location (which was being torn down) to her location seamless. She’s pleasant, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. The paperwork was all done and ready to go in no time. Unfortunately she’s not in upper management, who I have no time or respect for, due to the way they waited to inform me that I would have to vacate my previous location, but that’s another issue, which I might address later if I get an attack of righteous anger.

ViVi is the most professional associate I have dealt with.She was very very receptive to my needs when I was looking for a place to store my belongings before my condo was done.She is an example of a great manager, and one that cares about the person she is dealing with at that time.It is a very stressful time and having to put your stuff in storage and wait for your place to be done as you worry about if anything will happen to your belongings.She truly assured us of the security and the manager being on property. Dealing with her on a monthly basis was very rewarding to know she cared and knew you by your name when you walked in the front door.June 1 today, I pulled my belongings out as my place is completed and I can store them back at my place. Dealing with her again today she was kind and helpful as she was in the beginning.I can only imagine that you feel as strongly about her as her customers do.She is somebody that should be rewarded to some capacity for the job that she does for public storage.Kindly,Tom Wilson

7/2020 I have been a tenant at this location since they opened. I went in to rent another unit and the staff were very helpful. Vivi has helped me in the past as well and is always willing to assist your needs. Bobby showed me the units available and helped me select the one right for me.11/2/2020 As stated above I have been a tenant at this location for a very long time . I had a few concerns with the many units I have rented at this facility. I left a message for the Property Representative to call me back and within minutes my call way returned. When speaking with Samantha from the location, she listened to my concerns and stated she would contact HQ for me and give a call back within 24-48 hours to let me know what they decided. Within 24 hrs ( even it being a Sunday) I received a call and she explained that HQ was willing to listen and consider my requests.Dealing with the office at this location, you will always experience professionalism and consideration . Thank you to all: Vivi, Bob and Samantha.

The staff was nice but the property is laid out poorly. The A/C units are placed on the ground so I had to move my truck and trailer 5 times in the first hour of trying to move in so people could squeeze through...

I have them, I have the climate controlled unit, which is nice. I check on my stuff from time to time to grab things I need, everything is still good, no bugs.Management is very helpful and helped rectify a situation I was having, very pleased with the company overall .

Always raising prices, lights have been burned out for over 3 months, claim to be waiting for a work order approval to replace them.. meanwhile customers have to load and upload in the dark in certain areas

Cleanest public storage I honestly have ever seen! Had the best customer service experience, got a tour of the facility, was welcomed and helped without any error. Best in town in my opinion.

Awful customer service. Staff was rude from the beginning. Then proceeded to tell me they don’t honor the prices listed online and I’d have to pay an additional $80 per month.Was not helpful at all.Went with a different location.

Bonnie is absolutely a doll, I was very frustrated when I went in to do a rent a unit. She helped me figured out what I was going to need and she never got agitated with my tone which she helped me calm down. The place was super clean and smelled amazing but i love the smell of pine sol lol. Would recommend if you need storage go see her.

Unable to pay my bill. no one in the office, doors always locked at different hours this is not the first time its not the second third fourth or fifth time. Ive lost count. homeless people are consistently coming in and sleeping inside the building. Last year they found one guy dead inside the storage and had been there for five or six days. Absolute fact look it up in the police record

Had a special experience with Vivi . A top notch sight for pasco for sure . Seemed clean and the temperature was nice. And the price was right.I would recommend this one.

I was out of town during the recent hurricanes and were concerned about the possibility of rain water getting into our storage unit. When we returned we found the unit completely dry; in fact, the damp-rid pail that we had in the unit was dry as well. Excellent!In addition, since Public Storage took over, the lot looks new and clean; the lights work perfectly and automatically and there is plenty of room to temporarily park your vehicle near your storage unit to unload or load storage items.Finally, the staff is a great help. Shannon was most patient with all of my questions and both Shannon and Vivi are friendly and professional. Thank you!!!

My mother fell on hard times and she developed dementia before I found out she had lost her unit! I emailed the storage company begging them with tears to please keep the urn but I just wanted my grandmothers cremations and my family pics! I didn’t want to go in the unit. I would of just taken what they found. I understand they sell what’s neglected. I also said that it didn’t need to happen right away. I asked them to maybe pass a message to the buyers. They did absolutely nothing!

We used Public Storage since it opened in Holiday Florida. Even after we moved out, which was several months later, the entire staff still remained extremely helpful as if we were still paying customers. Service after the sale!

Tons of hidden fees and some bullox insurance they dont tell you is mandatory until your about to sign the final form, and so when I asked for a refund all I recieved was $11.50 out of the intial $67 sign up fee (that was supposed to be $1!) Like how is that even legal?Nothing but lies and thievery.
