Staff is friendly and welcoming but my nails look bad. Theyre poorly shaped, extremely thick and the color is streaky. I wont be coming back here again unfortunately.

They are not sterilization the equipment in between customers. When I insisted on having sterile equipment they were very annoyed and tried telling me they were clean. They made me feel very uncomfortable because they were talking to each other in their own language after I insisted on clean equipment for me and my daughter. Not very professional!!! While I was waiting for my nails to dry I saw the staff take all the used equipment and put it in the basket that they told me was clean. Wow they made sure they have the plastic barriers to protect them from us but they are not protecting their clients. I used to go there all the time but I will not be going there anymore due to the uncleanliness. I don’t feel safe going there anymore.

I absolutely love this nail place! Rose is the best and sweetest lady. she always listens to what i ask and does an amazing job!

In my opinion, this place was very great. The workers were very nice to each other and the music was peaceful too. very recommend going to this place.

This place was great when they first opened. But within months I started noticing that my manicures and pedicures were chipping within days. Even the gel. Which means theyre putting thinners in their polish or using old polish instead of buying new ones. Its a shame because its a nice salon. But Im not going to spend my money on something that doesnt last . Being cheap lost them a pretty frequent customer.

I really REALLY LOVED the massages that they did to me. They were SO comfortable.

Went here a few days ago. I was so happy to be able to go with my one of my daughters and relax and get my nails done. Long story short the entire time the girl kept trying to get me to do more or upgrade to more money. Every single thing she did she tried getting me to do more and she didnt seem to care I was getting annoyed. Every person in the salon was having an issue with the person doing their nails. When it was finally over she told me who did my daughters nails and to go tip her. And held her hand out to me waiting for a tip from me. Of course I was going to.tip them even though I was disgusted at this point but the fact that she stood there with her hand out then looked at the amount of money and said oh thats it. I will never ever return here again. And I live less than 2 minutes away. The poor women next to me was crying from the way she was being treated. DISGUSTING.

Great powdered nails and pedicure!! 1st time here owner was very nice and staff were pleasant as well. Salon looks very nice and clean. My experience was very good..

I made an appointment on my phone, I went there, they were busy, but they didnt keep me waiting for long. I love this kind of service that they are giving.

The staff is extremely friendly and polite, they take their time with your pedicure and don’t rush you in and out. By far the best experience I’ve had at a nail salon in years! Very clean and organized. I feel as tho I got my money’s worth and then some.

I think this is a fact that the menu is pretty cheap and I like cheap. You guys should come and take a look, but I think this place is great.

The salon is beautiful. Had 2 previous visits and positive experiences, however, after today I will not return. My mother and I went in for pedicures.My mom chose a spa pedicure and then decided she wanted another scent. She was told by the manager she couldn’t change the scent so I took that pedicure so she could get the Lemon Spa Pedicure. So when it was time for my bill received a gel manicure and spa pedicure. The book stated the spa pedicure was $35 and I was overcharged to $40. I asked the young nail tech who said it’s $40 for you??? So I paid it.Later I check my bank account and they charged me twice $83 for the visit. They stated the 2nd charge was already cancelled, but it’s still on my bank statement. Also, when I went to manager and inquired about the price of the spa pedicure, she confirmed that Spa Pedicure $35 and was provided refund of $5.

I had an appointment scheduled for Friday for a full set. I showed up and they were busy and when they told the lady she had another appointment (me) she rolls her eye.. I let it to cause they were busy. Well she’s putting on the acrylics I asked she cut them as short as possible..she cuts them and they weren’t as short as I liked so I asked to cut them shorter and her reply was “I guess will save these for another customer.” As she laughed in my face. HOW FRICKEN RUDE, honestly I would of walked out but I had no other time to get my nails done. I will NEVER go back to this place again. For a nail salon who is fairly new to the community you should really learn how to treat your customers.

Awful! went on sunday and two tips broke by monday. Went back to have them fixed. I didnt mind paying for it but they didnt even make them the same shape she got annoyed when I asked it to be fixed. They are now two different colors and different shapes they look awful and they were very nasty about it when the place was empty and they had no one waiting. Very disappointed.

I will not be going back to this nail salon. The place is gorgeous and they have tons of options, but the staff is incredibly rude and has no respect for their customers. The few times I’ve been here, I’ve had my manicurist talk loudly to her friend through my time there, been asked to pay $2/foot for saran wrap, and been rushed through my manicure. Today however was the icing on the cake. When the jets were turned on for my pedicure, they shot into the air like a water ride. When she tried to fix it, the water shot directly at me. Mind you, this was not a little bit of water. I sat there (on a towel) with a soaked bottom, face and shoulder shivering for the remainder of my mani/pedi. The manager never came over. When I was getting ready to leave, I was asked to pay the full amount. When I asked for a discount, I was told that “it was just water”. My family and I will find another nail salon.

My nail was ripped off at this place. Do not go here they rush you. They disregarded that my nail was bleeding and they just put nail glue on it the owner and some workers are very nice but I think it’s time to move on:(

It was nice and quiet. Clean. Nice staff. The only complaint is the lady misunderstood me, and took off more than I wanted on the waxing. I have half an eyebrow until it grows back. :(

The place is absolutely beautiful but the workers could careless about their clients. Most were on their cell phones in a robotic manner. While filing my nails I was cut many times and my lady barely batted an eye as I flinched. I left paying a large bill for mediocre service at most.

I just had the most horrible experience at this nail salon. I got a powder manicure. The ladie is hurting me so bad she kept filing my cuticles and cutting them I told her once then twice then i snapped at her. Then she is doing my nails so badly. She is not going putting the powder down to my cuticles so it already looked like I needed a fill in. I told her 3 times to go down further and she would keep adding coats and they would look the same. I said your not understanding and im not happy . So another nail ladie walks over for me to explain to her whats going on I told her and she starts talking to me but I had no clue what she said because god forbid they ever speak english. I said I dont understand you and I just want to leave at this point. Another ladie takes over n is trying to fix them again hurting my cuticles so I say ive got this done alot of times and Im never in pain. At this point my nails have like 6 coats of powder on them. I told her she needed to drill them down. I told her to just finish bc Im never coming back here. They still made me pay and gave me a free powder manicure for next time 🤬😣🤦‍♀️

Full set on Tuesday, Wednesday 1 nail came off and 2 broke and lifting. Went back Thursday had the issues fixed. Friday 1 nail fell off and another broke. Complete waste of money. I gave them a chance, but will not be going back

Nail tech multi-tasked entire time. Two days later and it looks like I need a fill-in, tech didnt polish to nail bed. Husband even commentedon how sloppy they looked.

They did not honor coupon for 10 percent off. Very pricey
