The support of the professional athletic and the nutritional staff at the Holbrook/Braintree location makes exercising fun and awesome. Plus, I lost 9 pounds in just 2 weeks of attending. Michael and Melissa are so welcoming! I went there because I wanted to feel better and start eating better. I am not a person that likes the big gyms with a lot of people showing off, because it is discouraging. At SetpointRx/Holbrook I am welcomed when I come in with a smile. They tailored a great work out and diet plan for me. Now I come in, they show me new exercises and stay and make sure I am doing it right. They are so encouraging and friendly.
