Ron is a very straightforward genuine honest professional tech. I took my TCL 55 in TV to get it fixed I was not getting any picture only voice after Ron checked it out he told me the motherboard was bad so he replaced it my TV was up and running like brand new.

Dont pay attention to the negative review. This is the most honest business Ive dealt with in a long white. Owner just walked me through repairing my TV over the phone and was patient. He had nothing to gain in the time he spent and kept me from spending money unnecessarily.If i am unfortunate to need TV repair in the future I know who I will call.

My LED flat screen tv picture wasn’t showing. I was hesitant to get the tv repaired because I wasn’t sure if it was fixable. When I reached out to repair guy at Action he put my mind at ease. I had an issue with my 65 inch LG tv where the picture would go out leaving only sound and contacted LG who in turn gave me a list of their authorized repair companies. I called a few and got either no answer or I had to leave a message and never got a call back.I then contacted Action TV Service via their website and Ron got back to me by email the same day ! We then spoke over the phone about my tv and Ron was very professional and he definitely knows his business very well. As it turned out, the part that I needed was not available from LG because it was connected to the panel itself and the cost for the part alone was more than half of what the tv cost me 3 years ago so I purchased a new tv a couple of days later. The point here is that although I did not get the tv repaired, Ron was ready and able with more than fair prices and took the time to explain the situation to me. If anyone needs tv repairs--this is the company to use !!!
