The worst experience Ive ever had with any type of insurance service agency...I had my auto insurance policy with Matthew Fox. I have a laundry list of things that went terribly wrong..after being a customer for many years. Enough was enough. I actually stayed with Allstate, that wasnt the problem, in fact I found another Allstate agency to move to and its been amazing ever since. So much so that theyve even were able to save me some money without asking. Talk about incredible service. Best decision ever... if you find yourself having any issues...runnnnnn ..it wont get any better. If somehow you managed to get good service here, congratulations!

Literally the best. They answer the phone and are knowledgeable....... they are resourceful and responsive. They ensure good service for insurance...... and I thought actually customer service was a lost art! Thanks Matt and Janet!

You couldnt find a nicer, more caring Allstate agency owner than Matt Fox. Truly a special kind of man. He truly values and appreciates all of his customers, and also his staff.

This agency wrote a renters policy for me that should never have been written in first place. Been trying to get refund for balance since last year when policy was cancelled and they are doing nothing. Had to file a complaint with NYS

He’ll gladly take your money, but when you want to switch to another agency he doesn’t respond.
