Great communication. The worker that came out was very friendly and worked super hard to unclog my dryer vent. It took 2 hours but he finally managed to clear it. Kudos to him and the price was great. Recommend 100%

(We usually try ourselves) but was impressed by what they offer for their price and can say I was satisfied with the outcome. Would recommend if looking into the carpet cleaning service.

Originally had a bad experience (overpriced bill) but the owner at Stephco came out personally to my home and made things right by refunding a large portion of my bill and giving me a discount on future use of their services . I honestly have never had a company make things right in a more professional manner than Stephco did and I can honestly say that their old school local business attitude made me feel better about using them over the larger restoration companies....thank you Stephco
