Amazing service!! I am a repeat customer and have had a wonderful experience every time. I got my two goddaughters beautiful crosses there. It was a great process— went in and browsed the book for selection and was able to order a few and choose which one I liked best. I first went to W. Kodak at the 60 Newark Street location in Hoboken a few years ago for my fiancees engagement ring. Adelina and Maria helped me tremendously in figuring out the logistics for ordering the ring I knew my fiancee would want. We had it shipped in an instant, with help and care offered every step of the way. We even visited the store following the engagement to clean the ring up a little, and the ladies were more than happy to celebrate with us and offer us a complimentary drink or two of champagne! Fast forward a few years, and here we are, approaching my wedding. As always, I wait until the last minute to get anything done. That being said, I waited until the last minute to contact Adelina in order to purchase our wedding bands. As usual, my fiancee knew exactly what she wanted, and so Adelina was able to order that one right away. I sent Adelina a few of my ideas, and she made some recommendations as well. I wound up ordering one, with sizing recommendations made by Adelina that were pretty spot-on. For not having been able to purchase the rings or even browse for them in person at the store, we were shown a great level of care, allowing us to feel comfortable and confident knowing the rings would safely and securely make it to our hands on time. I walked in and asked if they could put a battery in my watch and it was a Friday afternoon and they were very friendly and helpful. I loved the lady that helped me sadly I forgot her name. She said she didn’t think it would be done till Saturday and I said okay. I would just check around 5:00 p.m. I would be back that way. She really didn’t think so because they were real busy with repairs but she would se what they could do. I was pleasantly surprised my watch was done and cleaned no charge for the cleaning. Very friendly staff. Watchmaker fixed one of my automatic watches that was running slow and it’s been working great now. My other watch needed a battery replacement and it was replaced in one day.
