The owner, Nick, is one of the most difficult people Ive worked with. I worked for him for 4 days and he has only paid me for one day. He has been giving me the run around all week. Saying he wasnt near a computer to pay me and he even said he scheduled a payment and I would definitely get it the next day. Still havent received the money he owes me. Hes extremely unorganized and understaffed. I had to provide my own cleaning products which is unheard of in the cleaning industry. Especially in the midst of a pandemic. Unprofessional, and takes pleasure in giving people the run around.

I am AMAZED by the quality of work this company does!!! Every time I use them for my apt I feel a weight lifted off my shoulders. If I had the money I would use them EVERY WEEK but for now every 2 weeks will suffice. Marta is very professional and thorough. Heaven Scent has a customer for life!!!!

I’ve used nick for both my businesses and I can’t say enough of what a great guy and business owner he is. Not only does he follow up daily to make sure I’m happy with the job at hand but his staff is friendly and hard working. I’ve gone thru roughly a new cleaning company every year however Nick is here to stay. Highly recommend and happy to vouch for his work.

Nick is a liar who uses his employees does no work himself and then gives every excuse when its time to pay.

Nick, the owner, has been amazing to work with. I own and run Intrepid Gym and he has stepped in as our official cleaning service and does a fantastic job. Not only that, but he follows up making sure I am happy and content. Their pricing is amazing...would recommend to anyone. Heaven Scent cleans the office I work at, and Ive always been impressed with how great of a job they do. A couple months ago I found out they also clean homes, so I got their info and now have them clean my house once a month - its been amazing so far! Would definitely recommend to others!!
