Ive used Maid in Hoboken for bi-weekly cleanings for a while now, and I have no complaints. Theyre timely, and always do a thorough job. I know the apartment will be spotless after theyve come in. Theyre also pretty easy to get in contact and very flexible with the occasional one-off, or cancellation, or rescheduling, as needed.

We have hired multiple cleaning companies before and they are by far the best company weve hired. They fogged our place to disinfect from the Covid virus. Our cleaners, Destiny and Alejandra were running late and we were notified way ahead of time which we appreciate. We will likely use their service again depending on the price and plan they offer us.

The best part is they bring all their own materials so with us working from home still, our day is not disrupted. I just want to say how impressed I am by this company. We used them to clean our brownstone (move out/post construction) because our realtor recommended them. They did a beautiful job, but more importantly, they missed something (that could easily be missed, dirt on pocket doors that were essentially hidden). I sent them an email at 5 pm on Friday. The owner called me within an hour (and he was out of town) and sent someone first thing on Saturday morning to clean the doors. I honestly couldn’t ask for more. And the woman who answers the phones, Vanessa, was awesome too. Highly recommend!

They sent me information via email immediately and were very detailed in what was included in the initial clean, their pricing, and their scheduling. They were able to fit me in the same week which was also awesome.They send confirmations two days out as well.The team that came to our house was Team 4 and they were just fabulous. The arrival window was 12-2 and they arrived at 1:30 and were here for three hours. Keep in mind we hadnt had a professional clean since moving in this June and our place is two stories and four bedrooms.I dont think our house has EVER been this clean. The women (I hesitate to mention their names for privacy purposes) were so kind and respectful and so so thorough!They were respectful of what we wanted cleaned and even made the bed and dusted the artwork.With COVID of course there are concerns but the team wore masks the entire time and we just worked in separate rooms until they indicated they were ready for us. The use of microfiber cloths was also nice because they didnt generate a lot of trash.I am absolutely planning to work with them again and am 100% requesting team 4 (because they actively want you to have the same team each time). Overall great value, transparent pricing, and friendly service.
