Called to ask for a simple mod to be done on the mavic mini 2 and the guy sounds clueless and not enthusiastic with drones

Excellent shop!! Just had my dji mavic pro repaired. Very fast and professional team.I use the drone everyday. So i had asked them to try to expedite this as much as possible. They called me in two days, gimble motor and sensors were fixed and i was off to fly the drone!!Excellent shop all around.I had a very pleasant experience.They also have some used items at a very good prices - mac desktops and laptops!!

They are almost impossible and not friendly at all... I left the call in despair... I have no clue how to go about getting my drones fixed...
