I was scheduled to take an exam with pearson. After arriving 15 minutes late for a 3 hour exam, I was told they I was too late and they would email to reschedule the exam with me. The personnel stated they would help me so I can take the exam at a later date. They never emailed me back only to find out that they gave me a status of ‘no show’ even though I was there ready to take my exam. I paid 600 for my exam I am trying to call them back now. They don’t pick up the phone and they have bad customer service and support team who are clueless and unqualified to do their job. Do not go here if you have to take an exam. Parking is expensive also and it is a long walk. If you want to waste your money go to the Hoboken testing center. If you do they will most likely screw up your exam results. Virtual exams seem to be the better option nowadays.

Ordered a book from here to be mailed overnight over a week ago. Never received it and its impossible to speak with an agent. Thanks to them im missing loads of class work and still no book. Avoid if you can!

Worked in this company from my parent company payroll in 2010. good environment. good security at entrance for without card employee. found on map it does not exists where i worked in NJ 07458 Near TD Bank in Upper Saddle River Area of New Jersey USA.

My boss received a charge on his credit card statement from this company and we cannot get in touch with anyone from Customer service to rectify the situation. Horrible company to deal with and we NEVER purchased their product. I cannot imagine my feedback if we had made a purchase.

Pearson is not helping me as a student. I am in my senior year at the moment and ever since I was a sophomore we got into the Pearson program. It has made it more difficult for me to understand what I am learning now I hope they take the program off our school curriculum because it’s not just me being affected but also the many A+ average students lowered to a B- or c+

Worst Company ever. if they were not the only company that sold the product that we must use I would not deal with them. charges are always wrong overcharged and no one knows how to fix it or to remove them. You can never speak to the same person or someone in America. I have been receiving the same invoice stating past due for 9 months and every time I call we owe nothing and the dont know why.

Got credit card charges from Pearson, which we disputed since I never heard of them and never used their products. Started getting past due invoices at my address, so I tried to call and got put into a loop where nobody was ever the right person to talk to. I dont know what this company actually does, but they sure dont like to answer questions.
