Terrible!!!! They completely screwed my bassinet! I gave them completely new bassinet that had no spots, i just wanted to refresh it before baby would go in it!! I picked it up today, and my bassinet is a mess!!!! It was covered with yellow spots allover ! Mattress has a water marks allover it! Sitter has a sticky spot on a plastic platform!!! I contacted Anna Stanin who managed my “cleaning service“ with my complain and her respond completely shocked me! She said that sometimes cleaning does leave a spots and that my stroller had a spots already !!! Lier!! I have a picture that i send to her before with my bassinet, it had a complete clean surface!!! I will work with paypal to try to get my money back!!! Its the worst cleaning experience i ever had! If you dont know how to provide a stroller cleaning services then stay away from it, before you will screw more strollers!

Sudsy Buggy works magic on dirty strollers. Our 7 year old City Mini has been through 2 messy kids and countless walks thru Hoboken in all sorts of weather. Anna made it look and smell brand new. Amazing. Highly recommend!
