Customer service was great. She even printed my labels for me. I did have a short wait bc she was busy but she acknowledged me and said she would be with me shortly.

Literally the most anti small business branch of fed ex Ive had to deal with.I went in to talk to them about some delivery issues went fine. Later having more issues I had to send some one to pick up a package that had been refused delivery as my shop was closed. And the clerk told my mother that I was the most rude hateful person when I was in there. Main thing is they refuse to come by my shop before i head to my second job and close before i get off of work at 9 pm but still expect me to come pick it up some how.

The woman waiting on me was the nastiest rudest woman dont know her name but I will never go back! Ill ship ups

Worst customer service by the manager Angie. She is very rude and nasty lady. She should be demoted or fired. If anyone what’s to know the full story please let me know I will tell you what happened. It’s just to long to post. Just believe me I will never use FedEx again if they allow this woman to stay in here.

I sat around the house all day waiting on a two day package because I have to sign for the damn thing. At the end of the day it turns out it won’t be here until next week now. I work nights, so I really don’t have time to sit around here and baby sitting fedex people. I have better things to do.

There is a man here that helped us a lot. Amazons third party and my dads bank got order details mixed up and instead of sending to recliners the company sent nine! So when the delivery guy understood what happened he brought the two best ones and sent the others back for us. These people were really helpful and understanding.

Worst customer service Ive ever dealt with in person. He always reject my questions and always say NO but he doesnt even let me finish and cuts me off and say No! He is not an asset to the company, rude and treat you as if you cant afford it. I paid for the priority shipping and paid cash but my shipment took longer than the expected delivery date! Oh, its the big old fat guy who assisted me. Thanks Big Guy!

Mrs. Angela always tries her best to accommodate walk-ins while doing numerous other things.

FedEx never follows order details. They always take my package back to the station instead of leaving it on my doorstep as I instruct them to do, then I have to pick up the package - thus negating the convenience of placing an order/delivery. Plus, they close early 5/530, so I can’t even make it to the store in time to pick up the package. Their station’s customer service reps are very unfriendly and not helpful. They also don’t deliver on Saturdays in Hobbs, yet they deliver in Lovington on Saturdays - a city half our size! *angry face angry face angry face*

My $200.00 package was delivered to the wrong house, the lady that delivered it even admitted to me, that she had no idea where she delivered it to, but knew that she hadnt left it at my house. Fed Ex refused to replace it. So It was a total loss for me.Extremely irritated in Texas!!!
