If you like being placed on hold for hours, and when you go to there store they ignore you while talking to others about there BS at home. As far as knowledge of products, well ya better skip the parts department. Talk to their mechanics instead of the parts counter otherwise youll get the wrong part. 2 stars is generous as far as I am concerned. hope the other branches arent like this cause Hobbs branch is a joke.
