The Hobbs, NM branch is by far the best staffing agency I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with.I’ve been too multiple staffing agencies in the Permian basin along with some staffing agencies I visited when I was in Houston, TX and I chose the Hobbs branch with that being said it’s not always the company policy or the people in general that work there that make a company great it can be an individual and I can honestly say Bianca Salinas the manager of the Hobbs branch lives and breathes her job she’s very knowledgeable of the jobs/careers she discusses with you, she’s patient, she looks not just for you’re interests in a career path BUT for a career you can grow and benefit from, she doesn’t cut corners and give you a halfast run down on careers your interested in she gives you a in depth perception you can understand.If you want a career go to the Hobbs branch and speak with Bianca Salinas she will actually guide you and find a career that will work for you some people are just there to clock in and out this woman is there to work.🙏🏽
