Dont listen to her. I left my laptop with him for afew days. It was blue screening and he had it back to me before the end of the week. Rick was very helpful and explained the issue in terms that I could understand. I will be coming back with any further issues.

Dont take your laptop to this place. He will switch out your software or your device. If you have in the past recheck your property make sure its the same. Unsanitary place.
