In January 2021 I contracted Kevin Hocking from Pro pools to install an inground pool as of today the work never was done he had to cancel because he never ordered materials and I’m still waiting for my money back. Two weeks ago he wrote me a check and asked me to hold the check for a few days to cash I waited over a week and the check bounced. Excuse after excuse. I will be filing criminal charges now. Do not use!

If I could give them no stars I would. Long story short. They don’t answer your calls. They have employees that come install your pool that smell like alcohol. They didn’t install the pool correctly which caused our liner to create a hole from the bricks under the pool to shift. I could go on and on. Do not do business with this company. You will regret it.

Pro Pool did an amazing job with our hot tub! They got it delivered, installed and prepared in record time. We were using it after a few hours! The associates were very knowledgeable and considerate when scheduling. A very professional job that I would recommend to anyone in my circle. 10/10 experience all around.

Terrible customer service, closed our pool and the pillow deflated, it took them 3 weeks to come fix it, then it deflated again, waited another 2 weeks for them to get back to us. The pillow was brand new not opened. 5 weeks later we asked if we could purchase a pillow from them and they wanted to charge us $65 to come back. Spoke with the owner who yelled at me on the phone that he was going above and beyond what he should.

Pro pool guys were great. They came to install my pool on a rainy day and had told me beforehand that rain might delay the install. They got it all dug out before it started raining and worked thru the weather.The secretary had to reschedule me once already but she was very accommodating and worked around my schedule to make it happen.I will be calling them back if I need pool help in the future.

WORST!!!! Replaced our liner- took our money and NEVER returned to complete the job!!!! Didn’t return calls for days and then said they would come and didn’t!!! SCAMMERS!!!

They showed up on appointment day to change the liner that held water all winter it was old and faded they cut 25% of the liner and sent me a text saying I need a new pool still have not herd back from them I realize it is busy season everyone has a phone attached to them now a days

Hired to do a job Im still waiting to be finished very poor customer service called and texted 3 or 4 times a day and no response started the job over a week ago still waiting
