Reasonably priced for storage as well as rentals and the staff is firendly and extremely helpful.

Tried to reserve a lift 2 weeks out. When we called to verify days out they had booked to another company. We changed our schedule and move to the next day. Then they screwed us again. Useless vendor. Horrible customer service. They clearly cater to one or to regulars so if you aren’t one of those choose a better company.

Great company, fair prices. I’ve used their equipment probably a dozen times. I had one small issue and when I brought it up the manager went above and beyond to make it right. Highly recommended!!

Horrible customer service. They will promise you one thing and then turn around and refuse to back it up.We rented a machine and needed it another weekend. We left our cc info for our neighbors son to pick it up. After he arrived, while we pay for his time, these guys change their mind. We are out of town and they screwed us.If they would have just been straight up, this would not have been a problem. Kid told me that he thinks they rented it to someone else and were making excuses.Best part, I called to speak to the manager, Steve, and he avoided taking my call. Very poor business practices. Avoid avoid avoid.

Not sure what more you can ask from an equipment rental. They were polite, helpful, safety conscious... This is pretty much a no-brainer, they do their job well.

16 x 16 Tent we rented for a baby shower had extremely vague and poor instructions and was unable to set it up with 6 people helping.Ive rebuilt car engines for high performance applications, and am extremely mechanically inclined. I am sure theres a way to get this thing to stand, but the directions certainly didnt help at all. Ended up hurting my back screwing around with the thing and ultimately couldnt get it to stand reliably.Pregnant GF went to return everything since I have to be at work during their hours of operation and they wouldnt work with us at all due to not being able to use it and she left upset because of their attitudes about it all (basically blaming her)Wouldnt recommend this place

Very poor. I will never advise someone to rent from them. Rented a Roto rooter and the pipe was to small for the springs and because of that my pipes is still clogged. But cant get a refund of even partial. And the manager was very rude to top it off as well as the workers. They were then going to charge on my card again which I halted right away. Never again.
