The employees of FSCS are a great team; honest and hardworking. They replaced my 20 year old rusted chimney cap for a very fair price. I would highly recommend ! These guys really went over and above the job !

Had Zach out two days ago to clean and check my Majestic gas fireplace, as it was behaving strangely. He thoroughly checked and cleaned EVERYTHING and was clean and neat and took time to explain as he worked! Cant say enough about how glad I am to have found this company!! Definitely Top Notch in Service, Workmanship AND Professionalism!!!And, the cost was very affordable,r and not Inflated!!!

There are so many good things to say about our experience with Four Seasons. We purchased a house with a wood burning fireplace with a gas starter. We knew the gas starter has some issues, so we called Four Seasons for an inspection. They came out right away for the inspection and were very thorough and involved us every step of the way, showing us their videos of the chimney and explained everything. We decided to convert to a direct vent insert and they guided us through the process. The installation went as planned and it looks great and works wonderfully. We thought this would be the end of it, but what really makes our experience better than great is what happened today. We noticed a gas smell last night and called them today. They came out to look for the leak and determined it was not the fireplace connection. They could have stopped there, but they didnt. The looked around and checked all around the house until they found the source of the leak, which was the shut off for the fireplace. When they got the cover off the shut off, we found the previous owners had used it to stuff Lord only knows what down there. Four Seasons took the time to clean it out and make recommendations on what to do and who to call. They truly went above and beyond. I am confident that for any fireplace/chimney issues, we will always call Four Seasons. They are professional, competent, timely, and responsive to concerns. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a service that they provide.

Id give ten stars if possible! Zac did such a thorough job cleaning and inspecting my gas fireplace. Zac, being quite knowledgeable on fireplaces, patiently answered all of my questions regarding my fireplace. He went above and beyond by adding in new embers and sprucing up the paint job on my fireplace. So happy I now have a chimney guy I can rely on year round!

Our Chimney leaked Doug came when no other company would answer our calls an fixed the leak. Since we needed a new chimney we choose Chimney Sweeps because their prompt, efficient and have awesome customer service! We love our new chimney its beautiful. I highly recommend this company.

Called these guys 3 weeks ago for a quote on repairing my leaking crown and cap. Took them 4 days to get back to me after I left 2 more messages. Guy gives me a quote of 2k over the phone! I called them back exactly one week ago. No answer so I left another message requesting Zach to come out and look at my chimney then give me a more solid quote. No return phone call. I used them for a chimney sweep in October 2018 and was happy. Now however these guys are no better than the Fly By Night Albert the Chimney Sweep. Unreliable, unprofessional. I do not recommend using this company to anyone.

We bought a foreclosure and had them come out to sweep our chimney for the first time (who knows how long it was sitting collecting dirt). They were easy to schedule with, affordable, on time, quick, polite, and did a good job cleaning up afterwards. There was no mess left behind. Which was a huge bonus!

We converted our direct vent fireplace from propane to natural gas but encountered a problem. Our fireplace manufacturer went out of business. Zack & Tim came out, spent over 4 hours reworking our fireplace. They were not happy until it was working perfectly. No one else would even consider the job. These guys were very professional and did a WONDERFUL JOB!!! I can’t recommend them enough. If I could have given them a 10 I would have.

I saw a brief article featuring this company in the newspaper and decided to give them a try. Doug, the owner, came out as scheduled and was very good at explaining what he was doing and why it was important as he completed a thorough inspection/cleaning. He also took the time and effort to keep the work area clean. I will continue to use them each year.
