Great customer service, got the information about ordering a new window within a day. Got it ordered so easy. I had no idea what window I had, the windows have been in this house for 15 years and I just bought it a few years ago. They were so helpful they found the same windows I had to look it up order me my window and now just waiting for it to come in. They were awesome a customer service team was amazing at the Hingham store will absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Using this company from sales to install to service has been a nightmare. I was better off with my >30 yr old windows and doors. I replaced all windows and doors at my home and all of them leaked both through the pane and around the seal due to improper install. All of the products are drafty. No one whom I’ve been assigned to my account returns my calls or can provide updates. Don’t use this company unless you like wasting time money and patience

Let me start by saying my wife and I LOVE our new, 8 foot slider. We got the mini blinds inside the glass and it is beautiful and very energy efficient. We ordered the unit in April and since it was a custom order, install was postponed 2 times and done in Mid June. We had some issues with what we thought were scratches on the inside of the glass which took another 5 weeks to take care of....turned out to be glue and cleaned up nicely. The Unit is fantastic, the install was excellent but the customer service in between was not all that I would have hoped for with calls not being returned and dates being changed very close to the scheduled date. If you can be patient and flexible....its worth the wait.

Made an appointment on their website, if you have tenants, they do not go to the Unit to give you an estimate. Do not waste your time. Spoke to someone who definitely needs to be trained about his customer service skills. Will never contact this company again.

I HIGHLY recommenced Pat L. from the Hingham Pella store!He is very easy to work with and very professional! we had a somewhat hard order that he was happy to assist us with and he took the stress out of our project. He even offered to come and assist getting our delivery off the truck ( not typically something that he is responsible for)!!! he has gone above and beyond and we are very pleased with our service!In addition the quality of the product is fantastic! officially our whole house is Pella now and we couldnt be happier and a true cost savings for us on our heating bill!!Thank Pat L. for all you have done for us!!

Jen and Patrick greeted me with assurances that no job was too small. I had an unsecured, unfixable vinyl window from another company that needed replacement. I left the roomy, organized showroom directly off Rt 3 loaded with materials to read about my options. Darren G arrived at my convenience. Darren is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and had great consideration for all our needs. Darren helped us make this happen. Steve measured with the ‘measure twice, cut once ‘ professional work ethic. Sean and John installed with exquisite care and consideration to our home. Every member of the Pella of Hingham team were on time, friendly, knowledgeable, professional. One. Single. Window. And it looks great. Truly grateful to all of you!

I visited the Pella showroom looking for a specific window with an arch on top for a kitchen remodel. I tried the big box stores, but they were not able to help me. I met with Brendan Girouard, who was very product knowledgeable, discussing all of my options and who helped me come up with the perfect solution. Brendan kept in touch with me during the delivery process, even to the point that if no one was home, he offered to sign for it and put it in my shed. He went above and beyond more than I could ever have expected. I am looking forward to working with Brendan again on the next project.

Pella Windows has been the best window provider I have dealt with. From the products to the customer service they have exceeded all expectations. We have used them for a few projects now and our sales rep Brendan Girouard has been extremely attentive and helpful. He has gone above and beyond as a rep. Would recommend to anyone.Chris Timmins
