What could be better than turning Sweet 16 with a group of your favorite friends, a wild and zany hibachi dinner, and a drive through Boston to get ice cream???? Well, a party bus, of course and even more importantly a top shelf limo driver like BROOK.He was enthusiastic! He was kind! He was professional! We booked the Mercedes Sprinter party van last night to bring my daughter and a group of friends into Boston. The experience was great, both for the girls and us as parents. The driver (Steve Sweeney) was conscientious and super professional. He made it fun for the group, and also texted us parents throughout the night to let us know where they were and how it was going. The Sprinter van was immaculate and super clean. This experience couldnt have gone any better. Great company!!

Puts in danger the lives of those in their vehicle as well as those around them.6:41pm on 8/24 near the HOV merger on I-93S. Vehicle with license plate APLUS1 at first hesitated to merge in front of me from the lane to the right of the fast lane (which I was in) with a blinker. They then decided it was best to push their vehicle in front of mine without a blinker, nearly taking off the front of my car. I had to slam my brakes to avoid the front of my car from hitting the rear driver side wheel well causing my tires to skid. The cars behind me had to as well. If I had not slammed on my brakes, there would have been an accident. I know this because I could see the rear driver side wheel well out of my front passenger window during this event.Mind you I had my 5 month old in the car and the driver of the APlus vehicle had passengers.This driver shows clear neglect and makes decisions with reckless abandon.As someone who rents town cars for myself as well as others coming from Logan, it would be best to avoid a company that might not get you home safe. I have considered them in the past and will not longer make that consideration in the future.

Used A Plus Coach for small group transportation to and from a wedding over the weekend.Steve was fantastic! Unfortunately it was pouring when we arrived at the venue and Steve walked each of us to the door with an umbrella. He was extremely accommodating with picking us up at the end.Highly recommend and will definitely use again!

The party bus does not really accommodate the number of people stated comfortably.The air conditioner was not working, so it was hot and humid . I guess the windows don’t go down. The drivers’ section was full of ac. He said he would fix it for the return ride, but the ac was still broken.The TVs did not work. The Bluetooth did not connect.Not worth the money charged at all!!!!!

Highly recommend APlus Coach!! Our Flight was over 2 hours late landing at 2:30 am instead of Midnight coming in from Salt Lake City. Flew into Logan Airport - walked outside across the street to the limo pick up and was so Happy to see APlus town car there - our name on the window and around driver ready to help with the luggage.Brook loaded the luggage in and my husband and I sat in a super comfortable car with refreshing water on the console.Five Star Service

Me and my family had a great experience with A Plus Coach. They picked us up in their Sprinter Limo Bus and took us to Logan Airport. The chauffeur was on time and took the stress out of getting to and from the airport. If you are looking for a ride to the airport or a night out on the town, I highly recommend A Plus Coach.

I would strongly recommend “A Plus Coach”. I cannot say enough good things about this company. We hired A Plus Coach for our wedding (September 2020). As a typical bride on her wedding date, I was running late; I joked with Bob (our driver, he wore a mask the entire time) to get us to the venue! Even with heavy traffic on a Saturday, Bob took us through back roads to ensure I got there. The limo was affordable, very clean, (with Covid, I know this is a concern and on everyone’s mind!). Our driver, Bob, was incredibly professional, helping me and the others in and out of the limo, making sure we had music playing and ensuring we were having a good time.After the ceremony, my husband and I find out our bartender for the reception unexpectedly canceled. My husband and I were in a panic, Bob, who had just finished his shift for the day, could see the distress look on our faces and volunteered to bartender for us. He honestly saved our wedding (what good is a bar with no bartender?).This company is more than a limo/car service company, your wedding day can be stressful enough (not including Covid, tons of traffic and your bartender randomly canceling), it was such a great feeling to have Bob/A Plus Coach team wanting to help and going above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable day.

Be very specific. I had intended to use for a fun drive thru wedding idea. Paid for a wedding package. Unfortunately there was bad weather which happens. I was told by one person I’d get a stretch ford excursion if the weather was really bad and then the day owner called me we discussed switching to 4 wheel drive. Well he meant a literal bench seat SUV not the four wheel drive excursion limo I was told of earlier in the week apparently (see unclear communication reference). The vehicle showed up to my horror and I sat 3 deep in a bench seat for my wedding. Thank god the chapel was able to let me move ceremony inside when we showed up. It was embarrassing. I emailed the owner and never heard back. The driver was fine it wasn’t her fault. Even when I gave the order of drops off they wanted to change the order when we were heading home so it was easier for them. If it’s an important day watch out.

I had 14 girls going into Boston to celebrate my daughters 18 birthday. The car showed up early, clean and the driver (Joe) was super courteous and accommodating. He made sure the girls had an aux cord for their music and carried extra waters. I would definitely use this service again.

I hired A Plus Coach for my wedding day. Booking was easy, and all of my many questions were answered ahead of time. They even honored a discounted price that I had seen at a wedding expo. Driver was about 5 min late, but it was not a big deal and we still arrived to the church on time. Driver was courteous and the limo (14-passenger Ford Excursion) was clean and attractive. Positive experience, wedding day went smoothly!
