I was referred to OMNI by a neighbor. Neil responded so quickly and was able to schedule me in and accommodate my scheduling needs. He was friendly and efficient. You could tell he was just a great person with great customer service. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing their services.

Very nice people! Family owned and operated, local business! I’ve used another, very prominent, local company and I just wasn’t happy! Neil gave me a complete explanation of my issue and went above and beyond to make sure that it was resolved on the first visit! And it WAS!!! They weren’t pushy about future visits and did not lock me into a crazy contract. This morning, I was scheduled for a follow-up and I left before he got to the house to spray. I called the office, thinking I had mistaken the day but was told that Neil had been running behind. I was happy to reschedule but he came right out. I got to the house before he did, only to find his card on my door, where I must have just missed him this morning! You can’t find better customer service in this town! Thank you, gentlemen! I appreciate you so very much!

The guy was 45 minutes late. I just wanted the spiders on my front porch taken care of. He gets here and does the porch and I pay him and he leaves. I walk outside to make sure everything was done, and everything looks good except he didn’t do the light fixture, where the biggest spider was and the spider eggs sacs. I call and tell him. “Okay he will be there around lunch time to fix it”. It’s 2:10pm and he still isn’t here.... not too happy.I’ll update this if he shows up.

Arrived on time. Very nice guy, went above and beyond and cleaned all the spider webs up outside. Was very informative. Great prices, were set up for monthly services.

Doesnt even deserve a star. When I think about an exterminator I expect someone to come down and kill the bugs. I have yet to notice a difference. I basically paid the guy to walk around my house and say he did his job. What a lousy excuse of an extermination company.
