The crew that dropped off was so helpful and polite. My kids played non stop the entire time we had it. They brought it clean and safe to use. Anyone with kids I recommend renting these for any special occasion.

I rent from Ubounce all the time. I prefer them over anybody else. The delivery guys ask questions on how you want things set up and ensure everything is how you want it. If you have issues with the equipment they will come out to assist. (There was no issue I just didn’t check the blower which plastic had flown and covered the side which caused air not to blow in.) They still came and had great customer service. They are freaking awesome. Best prices. Great quality bounce house. I rent everything from bounce houses, water slides, combos of both to tables and chairs even tents. They have a loyal customer in me!!! I have never had an issue with this company at all.

Search no more! Ubounce is all you need. Compared to other businesses, Ubounce was most affordable and the service was excellent. Equipment was clean! Set up was quick! Team was professional and kind!I scheduled online for a 24ft water slide, however I was nervous about getting rained out. He was patient, responded to phone calls within 30 mins; even provided a weather update. Also, Though I booked a time online, he was Flexible with the timeline-allowing me to push it to the right.The party was a success!!! Definitely (and only) using Ubounce again.

Wayne was awesome. I was concerned about the size of the bounce house and over the call I was able to give yard/driveway measurements as well as text pictures of the area and he let me know immediately which options I had. The equipment was very clean, and set up far before my party time. The kids... and adults... had a blast. Love that setup and takedown is included in the price. After placing purchase I didnt have to lift a finger. We ordered the Dry Dino Bounce Combo and it was perfect. Will rent again!

Excellent service! They came and delivered the waterslide the (Friday) evening before the birthday party on Saturday.. NO EXTRA CHARGE! thats few more hours my kids were able to play on it and they enjoyed it all till Saturday night! I really appreciate them as they also look after the customers and getting their moneys worth from the product. ON POINT... we definitely got our moneys worth and we will definitely be getting them to do our next event.

Ubounce set up process was quick and a day early which I didnt mind at all. My two older kids really enjoyed it for their twin sisters birthday. I am very pleased with everything and Ill definitely be renting from them again.

AMAZING!! First we received our water slide a whole day early free of charge. In addition to being dropped off exactly at the time they told me it would be. The young men who delivered knew exactly what they were doing they put it up in a matter of minutes. My son loved every second on the slide along with all his friends. We rented a bounce house & chairs from UBounce for a graduation party and the service we received was amazing!!The bounce house was setup the day before our event which was a huge time saver for us on the day of. Setup was really quick and the guys were so friendly. We were able to keep the bouncer for a couple of extra days and there was no additional charge.I spoke with Wayne several times from the start of my reservation until after the bounce house was picked up, he is so polite and very accommodating!It is hard to find quality services and products that also come along with great customer care - UBounce has both and then some! I live in Atlanta, & it was my mothers Birthday out in midway, so I decided to rent a bounce house for the kids. All I can say is U Bounce was on point & on time! Came a day early to set up and a day after to take down. I only rented for 6 hrs. I myself and the kids were Grateful! Thank you again!

I chose this company for a number of reasons. My experience with this company though was nothing short of ghetto. I made an appointment for 5 p.m. for some chairs to be delivered for my daughters birthday party at my house. On Friday the owner called me three hours early. I informed him i made that reservation time for a reason, but i agreed because i was close by, then i made my last stop and before i could get back in the car the owner was calling me again, rushing me to get home. I told him i was on my way, then he asked me could he leave the chairs outside my door?! I told him no, so someone could steal them and then you try to hold me responsible. Once i finally arrived, i pull up and the chairs were indeed outside my door, he was also in the truck with a bunch of men. He didnt have the class to even walk up to me and greet me in person or assist me in setting up the chairs. Once i got the chairs in the house i noticed they were dirty and looked very old. I called him back and he stated the workers should have cleaned them and that he would come back. He did, but at this point i did not need or want his assistance. The next day they were scheduled to pick them up at 11, they didnt show up until after 2 p.m. I never received a call from the owner stating they would be late, or to ask me if i would be okay with this time. They just popped up at my house and luckily i was home. I really want them to refund me at this point. If it was one isolated incident i would let it go, but it wasnt.

This place has a variety of items to choose from which really helped us find something in just a week’s notice. This was our first time using a “wet” slide which was absolutely perfect for my 8 year old’s birthday party. The guys that came to set up and tear down were friendly and quick.The only thing is that I wish a phone call with anticipated delivery and pickup time would’ve happened. At least a 30 min-1 hr heads up would be appreciated. Other than that, everything was absolutely wonderful! Definitely recommend them.

At first I got a combo, but the weather changed so I requested a regular after the combo was already cleaned. Wayne was very understanding and patient, he said he will make the change and will clean the new one I requested it on site. Great customer service and delivery and set-up was on time but the bounce house was wet when set up and obviously not cleaned I called and they sent somebody out pretty quickly but it should have been right the first time.
