We live out of town but stopped in to get my Daughter who lives in Hinesville a grill for her birthday. Everyone there was really nice and helpful. I must have spoken to five employees and each one of them was extremely helpful. Very refreshing to see a store ran this well. Hats off to the store Manager and the entire team. Any time we are visiting and need anything we will stop in! Thanks again

The cashier had the personality of a rock! She acted like I was interrupting here conversation with a co-worker. Lowes is going downhill because of the quality of the employees. I asked for help with a cordless drill and after waiting for over 15 minutes I walked away and ended up buying my drill at Home Depot!

Lowes is always ready. Lowes is always neat and clean. The Sales personnel have always been very knowledgeable and willing to answer any of my questions. If they dontknow they will quickly find the answer, and help me locate the item Im looking for. Lowes is the Go To place for anything I need for my home.

This store is ok. The garden area is always organized and well distributed. The store itself is not bad. The only bad thing about this store is the Customer Service at the Pick Up area. In this area some of the employees are inconsiderate and unprofessional. Sometimes there’s a whole line of customers and only one cashier working. I spent almost 1 hour waiting to pick up my order while the employees were there just chatting and talking about personal things. The phone rang plenty of times and no one answered. This needs to be addressed by the manager who seems to never be around.

Today was a great day to shop at Lowes. Everyone we needed to talk with was extremely helpful. But the shining star was a young man in lumber, I believe his name is Ryan. He went over and above to make sure we were well taken care of. Now I first thought he was just being extra helpful because Im in a wheelchair but that wasnt the case. I got to watch Ryan work with other customers while my family shopped and Ryan treated each Lowes customer the same. His attitude restored my hope for the younger generation. Plus, I can now look forward to returning to Lowes. Now he needs be in a leadership role so he can teach others about customer service. Well done sir.

It was difficult to find an attic fan and almost as difficult to find an associate. Lowes is well stocked usually but its best to get to know the store layout yourself (makes finding items a lot easier). I do enjoy shopping and browsing Lowes. When I do find help they are more than helpful, professional and usually knowledgeable.

This store is going downhill FAST!!! Ive been a faithful customer for years, sometimes helping customers when associates are too busy, directing them to the correct aisle to find whats needed. Management is rarely seen, young, new employees havent any idea what theyre doing & new store designs cause more cluster than help for customers. They rebutted Home Depots arrival but arent offering the needed effort to satisfy the regular and/or new customers at all.

My husband and I go to get some paint. We picked vanillin color. It looks like vanilla ice cream. A whitish color with a soft yellowy glow to it. We picked a Satin finish. The paint lady mixes up an absolutely ugly brownish greyish biege color AND it was a semi-gloss finish and even labelled as biege. She just puts it up on the counter without a word and walks away. We werent even sure if it was our paint . She just put the paint in front of us, turned away and got on what we assume to be probably a phone. She had no other customers just us. She put it on the counter in front of us and then just... walked away... It was completely the wrong color and wrong finish. So we are waiting at home to take it back and ask someone else to fix it. Will update on how that goes in a little bit...

Lowes in Hinesville is without any doubt the worst they have, you never can get any help with anything in the store and when you do its like talking to a 1st grader. The costumer service sucks to. Say the least. Ill never spend another penny in that store. Ill drive 100 miles and pay twice as much before they ever get another dime out of me.

Jessica helped me order the perfect front door for my new house. When I encountered an issue with the contractor Jessica was there for me to listen to my concerns and report the concerns to the manager, Chris. When I visited the store in person to discuss the situation with Chris, the manager, he had already called cooperate on my behalf. Chris was very calm and professional while handling my situation. When I visited the store again Jessica greeted me like a friend.

I wanted to dislike them but they have all the stuff I need for home improvement and my garden. Some things are priced too high but I hate waiting and paying shipping fees despite it usually being cheaper overall. Really wish they would restock their egg crate panels but I found mostly everything I needed for my latest project. Just check online prices before you go in. Also, have the app downloaded because this place is huge and theres just so much ground to cover. The aisles are clearly numbered but again all employees congregated at the beginning of the store at registers so asking for help is unrealistic if youre not wanting to pull them away from a register. Just do not trust that what you are looking for is going to be there even if the app says it currently in stock at your local store.

I Hate to do this. I have called for a week long trying to get answers. Waited on hold to be hung up on over and over. Now ive waited all day on a dryer for me to call and they say they have no idea when it will be in. Mind you I called early this morning for them to say its on the way.This same thing happened when i ordered my door and my fence. Canceled my fence install because I waited a month to reach out waiting on them to call with an update. Never got it. They took my money three days after they came out to give me a price. No call no update on when they would start or if they got anything in. Called they had a hard time finding my account. Passed me around and still nothing I asked for a refund and that took even longer. My door has been an issue since it was installed. I stopped calling about it because it gets me no where. I will not order anything from this location ever again.

The return counter is like the bank on a Friday, one person waiting on a line that runs out the door. Why wont yall get your act together and take care of your customers who have already payed for merchandise and stop over whelming one cashier with a long line of people who if they had a home Depot in this town would not be putting up with your stuff.

I previously rated Lowes as 5 stars for their excellent selection of items and customer service. Lowes began to require masks on employees to protect customers in May. This Lowes, however, clearly does not care about the well-being of the shoppers. Employees throughout the store, including on the floor, at the checkouts, in paint, at appliances, in the garden center, and at customer service were either not masked or leaving their noses exposed. This is inacceptable.

We placed an order for a washer and a dryer about two weeks ago. Our sale rep came at first and said only the washer was in stock. She then told my husband and I that she was going to double check. When she came back she said that both items were in stock. We then bought both the washer and the dryer and also a dishwasher. She told us that the washer and dryer will be delivered on March 6, 2021. Can you believe that we went ahead and canceled everything we scheduled for that day in order to wait on the items to be delivered and installed especially because the sales rep said she could not tell us what time of the day our items will be delivered, But to my surprise my husband received a call from them March 5, 2021 to say that they don’t have our dryer and are trying to see if the other store has it. Fortunately the other store has one but now we have to wait until the other week for both items to be delivered. This is so frustrating. We feel deceived and is starting to believe that our sale rep lied to us in the first place in order for us to go ahead with our purchase. It is so unfortunate that on the day before our delivery date our dryer is not in stock. One would believe that when she said both items were in stock and we paid our money the items would be labeled bought and put away. But instead on the day before delivery were told that it was not in stock. Are the sale reps becoming liars in order not make a sale? I want to know exactly what happened? This is the second time trying to do business with Lowe’s in Hinesville and We are dissatisfied. At once we signed up for them to come and changed our carpet and measure etc but no one showed or even called. This is ridiculous. Well I am waiting until next week Saturday to see what we will hear. And the worst part about this is that we will now have to pay money at the laundromat and inconvenience ourselves while Lowe’s in Hinesville already collected our money. Disappointed I am since both my husband and I work hard to come up with the money to buy what we need.

Lowes has what I need, and I know where most things are. Ive tried the order ahead/pickup deal a few times and its wrong every time so I have to spend more time running around the store finishing (usually with a cranky or crazy toddler which is why I wanted to pick it up). Good prices, good selection, but customer service could use some help.

Awful! Have been unable to get confirmation on a delivery of a shower for over 2 months. Regional delivery tells me it is st the Hinesville Lowes but after calling the store multiple times and getting no confirmation I visited the store today and the staff still couldnt tell me if it the shower walls had arrived.

I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD. I ORDERED A WASHER AND DRIVER IN MAY SET UP TO BE DELIVERED IN JUNE WAS TOLD 8am-8pm FOR THE TIME THAT IT COULD BE DELIVERED. Waited for almost 45 min trying to get some plexy glass cut. I asked a cashier who never called for the help. Asked another an she had a time getting someone o the phone to help, then she said she would have a manager meet me there. No manager showed up. A employee that seems for months now doesnt know a single department actually got me help an got the glass cut. Then I waited another 20 for help finding a certain power tool an bit. Not happy with service today! Yall need to get it together.

Amazing customer service from an employee at this store named Kwanzaa. At 7 months pregnant im not able to lift heavy items and without asking this employee assistance me in loading my car. The experience last about 30mins and he was patient, even went to get help by another employee named Jeremiah. The most professional employees Ive ever met. If you want GREAT customer service go to this store!

Great place to get some of the stuff you need for fixing up a home or remodeling a home like small stuff from flooring siding walls plumbing that sort of thing. the only complaint that I have is that you definitely need to check the item number on some of the things that you order in bulk because sometimes they will not give you the same thing you may look like the same thing but it isnt. Case in point I had an order of tiles that had the same box number but not the same item number and they were completely different in measurement and in size so check your stuff when you order it.

I love Lowe’s I go in everyday to buy supplies I would give five stars but I had an employee escort me to the register because she seen me check to see if a bottle of butane fluid fit my lighter she assumed I was going to fill my lighter (still the fluid) when I explained to her she would not hear it still made me go to register while she followed me and watched me pay for I was very humiliated and I still had a lot more shopping to do I feel there could have been a different approach to this then making me look as if I was a thief when I spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars a day in this store

You better have your own cashier, register, csm, and scanner, when you come. The average customer service experience is poor. The employees hide so they don’t have to help you and when you finally find what you are looking for an item they want to still give you an attitude. If you don’t like helping people get out of customer service. I enjoy shopping and absolutely hate having to beg a store to spend my money!It took multiple trips and over an hour to find someone who knows how to sell and item (shaking my head). We try to buy local, and help circulate the money in the community but come on! Hopefully, the new employees are more enthusiastic at working.

Constantly having a headache over wait times. Pick up orders are ready an hour and a half after waiting in the parking lot after the “ready” notification. Didn’t get the right items after the long wait. Waited two hours inside to get assistance to get a freezer, and an hour to get the wrong item off the upper shelves. Unfortunately going out of town for items is inconvenient so I have to go back, but there’s always an issue when I can’t just grab something myself and leave.

I have always been a Home Depot over Lowes customer.. But the experience we just had with Lowes in Hinesville hands down was unexpected.Purchased a Zero Turn and after it not cranking, switching out batteries and adding gas .. 1 HR wait but only because they were trying their best to crank it, Candice stepped in without hesitation and offered a discount. I did not have to be a Karen ..she just wanted to make sure we were 100% happy.. Thats all. I was overly surprised at her actions and now will visit Lowes more often for sure!!

From the signing of our flooring installation contract to 3 months after installation, we are very disappointed in the quality of the work performed by the contracting company as well as, Lowes in general. The manager in Hinesville was the source of the problem from the start and then with continued problems, did not offer a solution in any way, his flooring specialist did. The manager himself was responsible for putting our contract together which did not include all necessary supplies for installation. The delivery team also placed the new flooring in the garage which resulted in a delay for installation since it was unable to acclimate to its new environment. The supplies also included incorrect flooring and damaged flooring that needed to be returned. And the worst part, the contractors. The quality of their work was horrible. The edging when transitioning to other rooms was not installed, so the transitions are not staying glued down. We have had to reglue one transition mutliple times and now just have it taped down (which when you have new flooring installed, you should not have to have it taped down after 3 months). We will be contacting the corporate office for a solution for the transition issue.

I was trying to buy a product but I was told that I couldnt just buy only that product without buying the product that goes with it. What was told to me didnt sound right, so I decided to test that employees theory and brought it online to pick up. No one at the pick up area told me what was told to me earlier and buying online to pick up it never said u have to buy this product along with this product in order to get it. If you doubt what the employee is telling you on a product, try to buy online to pick it up instead of being told the wrong information.

I have been a shopper and a customer of Lowes since 1970 and I will continue to do the same, the only thing that I have a problem or question about is the fact that they kicked my ID number out of their computer system because I have made a lot of returns, I am a contractor and a lot of times I dont have a receipt or it was left at the office, I have asked for assistance or for some help with this matter and so far I havent had much luck, but I will continue to do business with them
