Love using UPS for my business shipping. At this location everyone is always really nice and helpful! Alex and Audra were really helpful the first few times I came in and did not know exactly what to do for my small business.
The last 2 times, including today, Ms. Jillian was caring, efficient, knowledgeable and professional.The other employees were very nice and helpful to the other customers too.I use to dread going in there due to unpleasant customer service.Thank you Ms. Jillian for going above and beyond!!!!
What a wonderful experience- So grateful for the help they provided this old lady. I had a Amazon return, and didnt quite understand how to get this processed. I was greeted by a very warm individual who I later found out was the owner. She was kind, and patient and made sure all my needs were met. I have never written review before and feel like this experience is worth sharing because this my overall day improved due to the kindness of another. People are so impatient these days and act poorly because of it. I have read the other reviews and can honestly my experience was delightful. Thank you UPS store. I will forever be a customer.
Ive spent a lot of time over the past few weeks going back and forth to this UPS and every time, the customer service was amazing. Everyone was always happy to help and I couldnt give this location anything less than 5 stars, really great staff!
I was in town to take care of some business. I had a special package that needed shipping back to the West coast. I was totally unprepared and packaged it really poorly. Yikes!! They HOOKED me up. and my package arrived timely, intact and I could not be more thankful. It take Customer and Provider to make for a positive experience, and I am very satisfied with my service. BRAVO
Came to this location to ship some shoes back, the line was long but the wait wasn’t too long. The workers were very nice and friendly especially the manager Keyani. She helped put my boxes together and made sure each label went with the proper items. I wouldn’t hesitate coming back

Came to ship out a package on Tuesday, 16 Feb, and Megan made it extremely easy and painless. I was in and out in no time! Definitely will be back any time i need to ship anything.

The worst UPS service I have ever experienced. The drivers are unprofessional and deliver your packages to the wrong address on a constant bases. It is not hard to read an apartment number when it is in big black letters. The store is just as unprofessional. If you don’t have an AMAZON return code to have them scan, not one employee has a clue on what to do. UPS needs to send some corporate personnel down to conduct training and observe the substandard Orlando and customer service.
Normally don’t write reviews but this location refused to help me with something I’ve always had no trouble doing before and told me to just call the customer service line instead of checking telling me where my package is.
After trying multiple times to print a label it wouldnt work so I went home but I was still charged twice for printing and I guess for using the computer. You have to swipe your money card before you can even try to use the computer which is fine if you can actually get what you paid for. This place will eventually shut down though. The customer service was not great at all but its a UPS store they would definitely need their job bless their hearts. I will have my husband ship it for me when the time comes. I dont want to go back there.
Do the owners at least pay for these fake reviews ? The names are a quick facebook search and friends with the staff that don’t live anywhere near here. YIKES. The staff is so rude and unprofessional. They never want to help anyone and stay on their phones. And why is no one properly trained for this job? I will be contacting corporate and going to Fedex from now on. They will never stay in business like this.
Rude people that went out of the way to be snarky. Go in to ship a simple item. Grabbed an envelope and filled it out. Went to the counter, turns out they can’t ship it. No worries, turned to leave was told to pay for the envelope. Okay, paid for the envelope. Turned to leave again and Whitney said in a snarky condescending tone, “happy thanksgiving” it was obvious I was upset. She didn’t say sorry, didn’t give advice of who could ship it. But she did have the nerve to laugh and say happy thanksgiving as I walked out the door. Absolutely disrespectful.

Wanted to charge $25 to box items for shipment and another $25 for Ups Ground service with a 6 day delivery window.. Went to Walmart bought box for $.82 yes thats 82¢ and bubble wrap for $1.97 and then to USPS and got 3 day Priority and had a total of $30 invested. Dont get ripped off.
I came into the store today with some returns. I had 3 labels and 3 items but only 2 boxes. I was confused as to which item went with which label. The ladies upfront were super nice and helped me figure it out. They, also, got me a box for my other item that did not have one and even packed it for me. Awesome service !

I went in to pick up a document I sent for printing and first of all it was busy, which wasn’t a problem except all the employees were wearing their mask below their nose and mouth.All I needed was this one piece of paper and I asked one of the girls to help me. She stated that she only does drop offs. I asked her to put her mask on correctly. She lifts up her mask and gives me a dirty look.Finally I get to someone who can help me and there is another girl at the computer trying to pull up my email. The original girl goes over to the computer and tells the other girls that they need to wear their mask properly so as not to “irritate” the customers. Then again the dirty look.To add insult to injury my one page document cost $5.00 to print. This is highway robbery. For sure I won’t be using this ups store again.

I went in today returning an item via Amazon and the employee with the curly blonde hair was extremely rude. I explained that I needed some assistance with retrieving the code for my return label and she rudely said “that’s between you and Amazon”. She could have said that I should contact Amazon or something along those lines, but I guess she knows nothing about customer service or how to speak to people. I stepped out, called Amazon and got the code and came in and spoke to a different employee and that second employee was very polite and apologized for her coworker.The irony was that rude woman was training a new employee! I pray someone stops her before she passes those horrible traits to this new employee. Good luck customers...you’ve been warned!
Arrived 5 minutes before closing, when the employees noticed I had pulled up one of them came to the door and locked it. Businesses are to remain open until said time. There was also 3 other people that showed up at the time I arrived.
First impression was watching the two ladies at the front desk deal with two customers. They were a little short with them, so that set the tone. No real issue when it was my turn but I sent a document to be printed while on site. It was two pages. She told me they charge by the page, but she prints my two page document (5 copies) on separate pages. I asked why she didnt print both sides because it was a two page document. The lady replies with thats how it was formatted.....Um Im standing right there.She could have asked. How hard is it to select print both sides? I just shook my head and left.
I just went in to ship something from this store and the service was great. They got me in and out and were not too busy. I will definitely be coming back here!
I usually use Fedex to mail stuff but I have heard great things about The UPS Store so I decided to check it out for myself. My expectations were exceeded. The staff is so nice and they made my experience personable not like a usual customer service robot. I will be coming back !
I have dealt with this place for 2 days trying to ship something back. They are rude, lazy and uneducated on contracts with Amazon. Have wasted more gas than I needed to for their behavior. I wish UPS would train thier employees before cutting them lose to the public. Very unhappy with service here.
So i simply go to drop off a package and since i cannot wear a mask due to a medical condition I was not only refused service but HUMILIATED in front of a store full of people.. when asking for the owners contact info I was refused again. This VIOLATES my civil rights and everyone elses.
I just left the ups store and the notary said that they stopped notarizing paperwork at 5:15 🤔 if that is true why does it not say that on the website or google? This ups location closes its doors at 6 pm, therefore all aspects of this business should have still been functioning until the doors closed. I highly understand if the store was full of customers and her and the gentleman were both busy but that was not the case. The store only had two customers including myself and one rep that was available to assist that one customer. To the young lady, if you do not like your job please quit because you do not decide when ups feels like notarizing paperwork. How would you feel if you walked into a gas station 45 minutes before they were closing and they told you that the gas pumps were turned off for the day? Only reason I gave one star is because the young man greeted me when I walked in.

If there was a way for me to post without giving them a star, I sure would. The employees here have the worst attitudes. I highly advise people to shop elsewhere because I can guarantee you will encounter rude and disrespectful employees on any given day. Just earlier this week, one of the employees was yelling at a man saying Theres a 6 person limit, cant you see the signs posted. I will not be shopping at this store anymore. The front counter personnel are very respectful and courteous, but the notary is so unprofessional. Instead of her coming to me to see what I needed notarized, which was a memorandum of cancellation, one sheet of paper, she yells out to the clerk that it will be 30 minutes to an hour before she could help me. Meanwhile I see her accessing Google. She could have at least told the younglady all of that when she went to tell her I was there.
I went in there without my proper shipping label’s and A girl named Alex helped me and was very patient!
So Javon at the counter refused to ship my box cause it had a hazard label on it. But if you go to the website it says y’all can. He refused me service and was rude about it. Don’t waste your time or money here they don’t know what they are doing

I had one of the worst experiences with the assistant manager while trying to have documents notarized. It was one of the most unprofessional encounters I have ever had when trying to conduct business. When I asked if I could just buy UPS shipping, she told me to go take my package to FedEx since I already had a label with them.
I am curious to know why there are 2 big signs on the window that say OPEN FOR YOU and OPEN but the store hours are the smallest font of any sign. These signs should be removed and the word OPEN only put on the store front when its actually open. Its very misleading and honestly you lose business because people try to go in and get mad because there is a open sign yet the store is closed so they take their business elsewhere

DO NOT buy tape from this store. I purchased tape from this store thinking that it would be thick enough to wrap Christmas gifts and it was not. When one of the associates and I asked to return the tape and get thicker tape the manager Jerricka told me I could NOT because the seal was broken even though I never used it. So just a heads up they do not buy tape from here.
The customer service at the Hinesville location is top notch! I have been a customer for several years now and have been meaning to post a review to commend how great this store is. Everytime I go in, the entire staff is very friendly and extremely efficient. The store is also well stocked in case I need any materials for my packages, and is always very clean.
Went to the Hinesville UPS store to get passport photos made. We had a great experience. The staff was so friendly and very helpful. Getting my 6 month old to sit still and take a picture is not easy. We were very satisfied with our visit and will be returning in the future.

This whole company is a complete joke. I recieved a delivery status 3 different times and when I called to ask. I was told by two, very rude, call center specialists that you SOL. I was told we have to wait until middle of next week to claim my packages as missing. I had two completely different packets come up missing. I will never ship with ups or usps ever again. Both companies have job security because there are no other options.

Ive had great service here! I was pretty annoying with one package: I had to take one item out of a box after already taping it up, paying, and sending it to the back. Then, later in the day, I came back with a different item (same size) that I actually needed in the box after it had been taped up AGAIN. I felt really bad, but they didnt mind at all and it got sent out completely fine and made it to its destination right when I was told it would.
This is one of the cleanest, well kept UPS stores I’ve ever been to. Great workers too.

In business you have to be able to place orders and pick up things in a timely manner. When I called to have 6 photos printed out for my sons project I was informed that I would have to come into the store to place the order and pay instead of paying over the phone and picking them up when they are ready. When I ask if it will be done as soon as I come and order since it is a small order I was informed that due to a new policy and new employees that this isnt possible. So for business purposes and time management this is not the best route to take. There should be a way you can place an order and pay over the phone so that you arent taking time out of your business and driving to make a payment, place an order, and then have to come back to pick up that order when the store cant give you a time that it will be ready. VIP office will receive my business until this gets straightened out. This is not the way to run a business, atleast not a profitable one

If I could give zero stars I would. Talk about the most horrible experience I have ever dealt with. First off the owner Randy is a joke. Employees said he’s never there and is only one that can deal with claims if something goes wrong. Calls you from a blocked number then tells you in voice mail to call the store to talk to him. Guess what he’s not even there.UPs should be embarrassed to be associated with that store. They put a black mark on your name.
Called for details about a delivery that was very important. I talked to an employee named Randy. I asked him about four questions on an important delivery to the Hinesville UPS store location. Randy did a superb job with answering all of my questions. He was also very professional and courteous over the phone. This location in Hinesville is a lot better than the West Des Moines, IA store I am used to dealing with. Great Job Hinesville UPS Store!! :)
I genuinely had to Laugh out Loud when reading some of these reviews. First, I can tell that over half of them are FAKE! You pay your employees to write these? This store is horrible. The owners are horrible, the current employees are horrible, and the service is horrible. I come in and catch them talking about being/getting high. are you serious!? UPS I would never use this company again, they are the worse and the employees just do not care about the customers and what we pay for. I paid for two days shipment and I received it at the end of the third day, when I complained to the supervisor all he said was that it will get to you. I dont just HATE this company they should be shut down.

I have mailed out a couple of packages out of this place. Theres never any waiting in line. The crew here are chill and help you out as soon as you walk in. The one thing theyre missing is to be able receive packages that come from the Savannah location when I miss the delivery truck during my work hours.
In the last 5 years of doing business with these folks, never a bad experience. Will continue to do business with them.

Poor business, I was getting taken care of and someone else came in looking for a box to pack his canopy to ship. I got put on hold so they can take care of that customer. Once that was done the lady who does notarized things went to lunch leaving a trainee to fend for herself. I asked her to please mail this by regular ups to go overseas. When does a business measure a simple envolope and tell me the only way to ship is by expedite and it will be $190, really??? I mailed envolopes before but obviously they cant look at my history in the system or call a supervisor or district manager. I explain it should be between $30- $50 I simply got looked at like i was an idiot. This was on Saturday 16 June 2016. Im a business man and until these ppl are properly trained they lost my business for good....I would have fired that lady that does the nortory cause she was straight rude!!! I also called UPS and asked about the price and of course I was right, lack of training cause you will be ripped off.

The store needs to have new store hours posted and update the web site with changes also. I have looked the hours on line and the hours state 330 pm. I went to the store today and I saw one worker and what appeared to be customers at 210 today to be told they are closed. Please make these adjustments!
